The truth is that the cabin is very nice. The only thing is that a scorpion came out, and most of the guests were afraid, hehehehe, that more would come out, and the toilet in the master bedroom was leaking.

I apologize for the inconvenience and I would also like to take this opportunity to tell you that the cabins are fumigated every month precisely because we want to minimize this type of risk as much as possible. Unfortunately, we are not exempt from insects and bugs since we are in the forest, and the manager told me that the scorpion could possibly have also been in the loads of firewood that you brought. Regarding the water leak in the bathroom that you mentioned, when you reported it to us, the staff in charge went there and it was fixed. We thank you in advance for your visit.

The accommodation is fine, it has nice details, the drains in some sinks and showers are clogged, the kitchen is not the cleanest, and the person who welcomes you is not the most personable.

I recommend it. It's a very quiet place and you feel at home. Besides, the place is super peaceful. If you want to go relax, this is the perfect place. In addition, the manager was super attentive, always available for our needs, and Ana always answered our messages. Thank you🙏🏻

We enjoyed our stay, the house is very big and spacious. There was a lot of beds for everyone and we fit perfectly. and we felt safe in the little gated area. The manager very nice and responsible.

We had a great stay at Ana's cabin, she always helped us with doubts and even recommendations, she is an excellent host, in the cabin the staff of the private was very friendly, has a great view from the lid and has the amenities described, although I think some could be improved as a sofa bed, shower and internet.

Everything is very good and very nice, the towels and soap have to be ordered, but at least we were explained everything from the beginning :) Only the WiFi signal fails a lot... I imagine in the mountainous area, but it's a topic to consider :)
