Everything was fine, it just smelled a bit like cigarettes, or moisture.

Everything was very nice, the apartment is amazing, the service from the condominium staff is also very good, the location is excellent!

The apartment has everything you need to have a nice vacation. Quite spacious, clean, its decoration is very cool. The rooms are very comfortable. Apartment with everything you need. We really like the common areas of the building, the Alberca with excellent temperature. And everything is very well maintained.

Our stay was great, the view is amazing, the atmosphere is super relaxed. It was perfect for the 10 people we were going. It has an excellent location, security, elevator, access to the pool and the sea. Everything you need to cook, washing machine, dishwasher. It's definitely a place we would choose again to stay! :)

I loved it so much, it really is much better than what you see in photos and what is said in the description, the house is very nice, comfortable, with an incredible view, with everything you need to feel at home, the place is very quiet in the pool area, beach, very good service from everyone. I was delighted! I would definitely come back to enjoy it with family or friends.

Amazing apartment, beautiful, spacious and fully functional. The location is perfect. Some minor details in the showers and bathroom furniture that can improve but overall a very good stay. The cleaning person is very friendly and always attentive. Paulina is always ready to answer any questions. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The stay was excellent, the place is exactly as described, Paulina was always attentive and the person who helps with the cleaning is super nice. I loved the location, the apartment is very spacious and I think it's 10/10 that you have a pool and beach right there. I highly recommend it.

Paulina is an excellent host. She was attentive to our arrival. The house was spotless and had a spectacular view. We literally had the pool area to ourselves. The pools are in excellent condition, and it felt like a very private and exclusive area. We highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our vacation while staying at this location. The accommodations were excellent and lived up to our expectations. We enjoyed that the location was right on the beach, with an excellent ocean view and just far enough from the various hotels located further down the beach. Downtown Ixtapa was approximately a 10 - 15 minute walk or you can jump on one of the numerous vans (local transportation system) for a minimal fee. The vans are also available to take you if you want to go into Zihuantanejo which is about a 20 minute van or cab ride. Our stay was very relaxing and the staff at the complex was attentive and very responsive to our needs. Overall, our stay was excellent and we plan to return!

Beautiful location and accommodations. Plenty of room for three couples. The housekeeper was wonderful and came three times in one week. Paulina is very helpful and quick to respond. This is a wonderful beachfront location .

Great experience, very clean place and perfect location in front of the beach.

Everything was more than excellent. Lots of space for our group of 10 people and everything we needed. Walking to the main restaurant/shopping area is about 15 minutes but there is a convenience store (OXXO) 4 minutes walk. We had a great stay and would for sure go back here.

Paulina is very easy to communicate with and made our stay very enjoyable.

The condominium is very nice, very spacious and clean as in the photos..in the pool area very clean and without problem you can lower your drinks and snacks is also the restaurant where you can eat and it is rich...the location is great you have the beach in front and you can go out walking to restaurants and oxxo ... I highly recommend it and Paulina is very attentive and accessible in everything..
