We loved our stay. The host offered us prompt assistance, detailed information about the property, and was very kind. We also received good recommendations for nearby shopping services. The condo is really very well equipped, and everything in it is well thought out and of high quality. It's spacious, well decorated, fresh and quiet, a real oasis in the heart of the city's action. We were in a perfect location, close to grocery stores, the beach, the ADO train station and 5th Avenue. Everything is within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the terrace with the pool and the relaxation area, especially with the heat during our stay. We have no negative comments; everything was beyond our expectations!

Liliana’s place was honestly better than what my husband and I were looking for! The location was a big plus for us as everything was walking distance and just so convenient and safe literally 24/7!!!! The penthouse is described and looks just as it does in pics. Very nice, clean, spacious, private, and high maintenance style. My husband and I originally booked our stay for only 4 nights and ended up extending our stay for a few more nights! I don’t think there was much we needed to communicate with Liliana about but once or twice maybe but when we did she would respond almost immediately! We recommend her penthouse and we would definitely choose this place again! Thank you for not letting our vacation stay down!

We had a fantastic stay at Liliana’s home in Playa del Carmen. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described if not better. It felt like a true home away from home. The location was perfect, close enough to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. Liliana was an excellent host: friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

My family of four (two teens) enjoyed our stay at Liliana’s over Christmas break. The apartment is in walking distance to many restaurants and grocery stores as well as Playa’s main shopping avenue. It’s also a few steps from the bus station so it’s very easy to grab a taxi or take a bus. We took advantage of the rooftop deck and pool. The beaches were pretty crowded so we preferred the quietness of the private pool. We also enjoyed visiting Rio Secreto - a nearby cave where you can swim, ride bikes and zip line. The apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Liliana was always available to answer questions. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Playa del Carmen!

This stay was incredibly lovely! The host was very, very accommodating and incredibly helpful throughout our stay!! The place was spotless, very clean and spacious although it did have a bit of an echo, but honestly just an incredible place to stay!! The private pool and rooftop were SO SO SO USEFUL!!! We hadn’t realized there was a sargassum season when we booked and are thankful we chose this place for sure!!! The main bed was extremely comfortable!! But I’ll admit the guest beds were quite hard, but not too bad to sleep on. Very comfortable couch! Large television! Enough space for six of us (one of us slept on the couch and confirms it’s very comfy!!) The kitchen was more spacious than we thought and easily held several of us while we cooked and cleaned. Now the BATHROOMS!!! INCREDIBLE AND STUNNING!!!! My favorite part of the entire stay, it was so much bigger than I thought it would be, and my goodness was it just the most useful feature!! Three showers and three toilets!!

We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed every one of them. Beautiful condo with a lot of space and beautiful amenities.The beds were super comfy and the house is well insulated from the street sounds. A very well equipped property with a great location only a few mins walk from 5th ave and the beaches. Very handy to have a private car park and Walmart is not far to stock up on supplies. Awesome communication and care taken to ensure we arrive safely and get settled. We cannot recommend Lilly’s place enough.

Lilly's place is as described with perfect walking distance to stores, to 5th avenue or to the beach. A mini mart (oxxo) across the street, and one of the best restaurants I found to accommodate severe allergies steps away (Zitla). Lilly also made communication very easy and checked in often to ensure all was well.

This place is absolutely beautiful. Everything was as advertised. It was my third time in Playa del Carmen and my favorite AirBnB!

Perfect location- right in the center next to 5th street and walkable to beaches! We enjoyed the airbnb with its upper deck pool and shared large pool. Comfortable accommodations and AC was nice. Lily was proactive in communication, very responsive and did a great job making us feel spoiled. Definitely would come back!

I've stayed all over PDC and this is a top notch location with a top notch host. The apartment is better than the pictures and the host is the best and most attentive host you can ask for. If you are in doubt about booking don't be and I promise you will be happy.

From the moment we stepped into Lillys stunning penthouse in the heart of Playa Del Carmen, we knew we had found something special. The location is unbeatable, offering the convenience of being within walking distance to the vibrant 5th Avenue "Quinta Avenida" a bunch of restaurants, lively bars, bustling nightclubs, expansive shopping centers, and not to mention, the proximity to both the bus station (ADO) and taxi cabs literally next door. For those who prefer cooking, having Walmart nearby was a huge plus. Also the ease of getting to the beach - a stroll away! We stayed here a week before this booking and just had to extend because we loved it so much! The photos simply don't capture how beautiful it is. What truly sets this place apart is the terrace. Boasting a private pool, it's the largest terrace we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing out here in PDC - In summary, our stay at this penthouse was an unforgettable time! Felt secure at all times w/247 security! be back soon!

We had a great time at Lillys place! The location was excellent, the price is excellent and competitive for the area, this Penthouse is truly amazing!! The rooftop is such a great place to lie out and catch some sun and the pool is so relaxing! We cooked up there one of the evenings on the grill provided! This condo is so Luxurious , the master bedroom shower is HUGE and this place is easily the coolest Airbnb i've stayed in down here in Playa !!! The AC is working perfectly, as is the Washer/Dryer. Lilly and Albino were really responsive with any questions we had, Albino brought us over spare trash bags 5 minutes after asking as we had ran out. Wifi Super fast 100MB+ Tv has all the channels you could want. All Beds are SUPER comfy! Its so close to everything you need! We are planning to stay again next week!

Loved Lilly’s place. Location was great. Very comfortable and clean. Luxury condo beautiful decorated. The price was higher than we normally pay, but worth it and even more so if two couples stayed. While we only had a short 5 night stay at Lilly’s condo, our party of 4 (2 couples) found it to be an exceptional place to stay in PDC. The building is perfectly located - just 2 blocks from the center of the action, a couple more to the larger grocery stores, and no more than 5 min from the waterfront. The unit is spacious, stylishly decorated, and spotlessly clean. But the rooftop space really takes it over the top - the pictures don’t fully capture how spacious it is. It was resort like, with a large plunge pool, bar, and a wide range of seating options for both the sun worshippers and shade lovers. Lilly was a very attentive and responsive host, and we’ll look forward to visiting her place again in the future.

Everything was clean and as expected! Would highly recommend her place for a nice and quiet place to stay! Right in the middle of everything in Playa del carmen “en centro”.

We visited Playa del Carmen for the first time with our 2 young kids (toddler and infant). Lilly’s place was perfect for our family and a beautiful, clean condo. It’s in a great location, super close to all the action, but not loud. The private pool and rooftop were such a nice treat - the place is amazing even without the roof. We enjoyed the communal salt water pool as well. Lilly was incredibly responsive and helpful! We can’t wait to come again!

Amazing communication is just the start of your stay with Lilly. She was extremely responsive throughout our entire 8 day stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a luxury stay that is also a very quick walk to all the restaurants and shops of playa to give this place a chance. Building is secure and we felt safe at all times. After this trip we plan to return to playa and Lilly’s place again.

All I can say is WOW! This place is my fav Airbnb in Playa. The penthouse is even nicer in person, the patio is amazing and the furniture and decor is first class. I almost didn't rent it because I thought it was too far off the main strip but in fact it is only a block and a half (2 minute walk) so it was actually perfect! Also, there is a great healthy breakfast place right next door. The communication before and during our stay was fantastic and check in was super easy! I can't recommend this place enough. I almost didn't want to leave a review so I can keep this place all to myself, lol. Loved it!

This is a first class, modern condo with all that you could ask for to make your vacation a success. We are a family of 5 and we all had more than enough space to spread out. As other reviewers have stated, Lilly's place looks even better than in the pictures. Lilly and Sebastian were great communicators and let us know exactly what to expect and had answers for anything that we needed. The roof top and private pool are amazing. Our kids also spent a good amount of time in the large pool on the first floor. This home is far enough from the busy Quinta Avenue to be peaceful at night while being close enough to easily walk to the beach or the restaurants and shopping. There is also a great bar/restaurant a few steps away from the entrance. I would not hesitate to recommend this home and look forward to staying here again. Thank you Lilly!

Like other reviews have stated. Lilly’s home is immaculate and she is one of the most thoughtful hosts I have ever communicated with. The home itself is large and spacious with everything you could need and want. The location is perfect, you’re next to the ADO bus stop, a couple blocks from 5th Ave, super close to a grocery store. The rooftop is nice for morning tans and coffee breaks, the kitchen it stocked with everything you need to cook. You’re surrounded by restaurants, but the home is so inviting we stayed in a for a couple of meals and grilled on the rooftop. We will definitely be back to Playa and stay at Lilly’s.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️STOP looking for something better. If it's available, BOOK THIS PLACE ASAP! QUALITY, CLEANLINESS, SERVICE, SAFETY, and VALUE. This place has it all. This was my second stay in Lilly's place and it's by far the NICEST Airbnb I've ever stayed and you will not find a better, more RESPONSIVE and ACCOMMODATING host than Lilly. I'd never stay anywhere else! The HUGE PRIVATE rooftop TERRACE was a hi-light before but Lilly has added even more UPGRADES. It has to be close to 2,000 SQUARE FEET. It's so STYLISH, top of the line finishes, and honestly nicer than a 5 STAR RESORT; and you have it ALL to yourself. It’s SPOTLESSLY CLEAN. All the furniture and decor items are HIGH END and tasteful. While the photos are beautiful, they don’t do it justice. It’s far more SPECTACULAR in person. It’s very SPACIOUS and lives LIKE A HOME which is rare in Playa. There’s even an OCEAN VIEW from the rooftop terrace even though Lilly does not advertise this. There is 24 HOUR SECURITY and the building is IMPECCABLY maintained. Again, this is hard to find in the heart of Playa Del Carmen. STEPS to everything and still PEACEFUL AND QUIET. Lilly's PRICES are GREAT given all her place has to offer. So book this place and you'll have the most AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

The condo is honestly nicer than it looks in photos—spacious, comfortable, modern, and well-situated. Lilly is a real super host—we had a bunch of straightforward communication in the lead up to our stay and she gave me some concierge-level assistance, and then stayed out of our way once our stay was underway. The rooftop area, with that lovely plunge pool and generous seating is truly A++. Would totally stay here again!

The most beautiful place , words are not enough. We were greeted upon entering the complex and we were shown everything in the penthouse. From decor to amazing views and to be so close to everything was a plus ! Our host was available anytime and extremely helpful! The rooftop pool was amazing . A/c , tv , rooms and beautiful showers. This apartment is lovely. Looks even better than in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The hosts and her team (Albino & Sebastian) are great communicators. Very quick to respond. The ACs work well. The balcony and roof top Pool is amazing. Very centrally located. The front desk staff is pleasant. Over all a great stay. Probably the best Airbnb experience I’ve had.

First off, Lilly is one of the best Airbnb managers/owners we have encountered and is very responsive and communicative!! Second, her property is incredibly well laid out, decorated beautifully, very comfortable space-wise for a family of 4, and has an AMAZING rooftop deck with excellent views. We even ventured to the shared pool and only saw one person there the whole time, and the concierge at the door was very nice. We loved staying at her condo and look forward to returning. This was the perfect space and location for our first time visiting Playa. Loved all the easy access. Close enough and far enough away to pop home to cool off and to get some nice relaxing rest. Beautiful space with everything we needed and more!! Loved that there was a vegan health store right on the corner for my personal needs.

Stop looking for other places and book this AirBnB ASAP! You cannot beat location, safety, or the luxury that this apartment offers. To top it all off, Lilly is one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of interacting with and she made sure to make our trip trouble-free. -Prime location: Two blocks away from Quinta Avenida; can walk to any of the restaurants, bars or clubs; still far away enough that you cannot hear any music late at night. A 30 second walk to the ADO bus station which gives rides to the Cancun airport. -Safety: One of the best features the apartment offers is that they have 24/7 security. The guards are super friendly, and it definitely made us feel extra safe knowing that no outside people were allowed into the premises. The security guards were even a helpful resource to help us book a private van transfer to Tulum late at night. Overall, there was also a heavy police presence due to the proximity of the apartment to 5th Ave. Luxury: One of the prettiest AirBnB's I have stayed at. From the beautiful living room, amazing showers, and the private rooftop--we felt as if we were staying at a 5 star hotel, for a fraction of the price and all the pros that renting an apartment offers. Seriously, this is the perfect apartment for a Playa del Carmen visit. Thanks to Lilly and her concierge, Albino, for the memorable trip!

Beautiful place with awesome amenities! My family loved both pools that were available! Both markets are a walking distance from the condo! Since the condo is a few blocks from 5th avenue, it made the place nice and quiet and great for sleep! Lilly was an excellent host with great communication!

If you’re reading this review and wondering if you should book Lilly’s place, don’t hesitate, do it! My partner and I along with another couple spent 10 days at Lilly’s place and it was spectacular and luxurious. As someone who has lived in Playa and now visits 2-3 times a year, this is probably the best bang for your buck. The condo itself is huge with a terrace the runs the length of the apartment. A huge kitchen with literally every cooking utensil you could ever need, a huge fridge and fast coffee maker. The shower in the master suite us to die for and was the perfect way to start and finish everyday. Maybe bring an extra towel or two as only 4 big towels are provided. This didn’t bother us much as we were doing laundry every couple of days. The washer dry is huge and located just beside the kitchen. The rooftop terrace is your own little oasis in the sky. We spent some days hanging out on the rooftop grilling hamburgers and making pina coladas. I think the best nap I had was on the big sofa on the roof. Lilly and her team, Paul and Albino, were great hosts. We arrived rather late at night but the check in process was very fast and efficient. Thank you again Lilly for such a great time. Nos vemos pronto!

We rented Lily's penthouse for 2 weeks and had an absolutely amazing stay. We are regular visitors to Playa and the location can't be beaten - close to the action on the 5th and a short walk to the beach, but enough off the main strip that noise isn't a problem - in fact, we slept with the patio doors open every night. Yes, it's Playa so there's a lot going on - but that's kind of why you're there! It's a quick walk to Walmart for supplies, there's a convenience store 2 minutes away and Zitla - one of the top Playa restaurants on Trip Advisor - is just across the street. We've stayed in many Airbnb's and can always tell when a host has furnished it for themselves vs. guests - we really appreciated the quality of the furniture/mattresses/linens and style at Lilly's - it's clear it was lovingly designed with comfort in mind. The wifi was fast, we felt very safe in the building, and the amenities and terrace were outstanding (and there's a ridiculously comfortable couch too for when you need a break from the sun). Appreciated the dishwasher and washer/dryer too. Comfort. Safety. High style. Sparkly clean. Fast wifi. Wicked location. That terrace. What more could you ask for? We've already recommended it to a number of friends and will certainly be renting it again.

We had a great stay at Lilly's condo. The place itself is amazing, clean and everything you would expect for a top of its class penthouse apartment. And a true jewelry of the place is the rooftop terrace. It's really close to the fifth Avenue but still it has its own privacy so it's easy to come and go. Also Lilly was a great host, welcoming and helpful on every turn.

Lily was an incredible air bnb host. She provided us with ample communication prior to our arrival and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was perfect. Lily did everything from arrange our transportation from the airport to check in by text daily and offer advice on things to do in the area. She was beyond lovely and made the trip an incredible experience!

This place was amazing. The location is honestly a 2 minute walk from the Main Street, and about 5 minutes from the beach. The place looks just like the photos, if not it is a little more spacious. Would highly recommend. Also felt very secure as there were security in the building 24/7.

Hands down, the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. My 3 girlfriends and I spent 5 days at Lilly's luxurious condo and we had the best time in Playa del Carmen and surrounding areas. Lilly's home was the perfect home base after spending our days exploring Cozumel, Xcaret, Tulum, the cenotes, and of course Playa del Carmen itself. Every morning we would have a long, lazy breakfast making breakfast in the kitchen where everything was fully stocked, not a thing we didn't have!! Coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, pots, pans, so much space!! It was perfect. Our nights we would lounge in the living room and upstairs in our private pool...it was just...perfect. The beds are EXTREMELY comfortable, the decor so tasteful and local, and the waterfall showers....heaven. I feel like we just spent 5 days at the spa. We ended up renting a car and having a parking spot in the basement garage was REALLY convenient (finding parking in the area is a bit tough). Although we didn't physically meet Lilly, she made sure to be in contact, and checked up on us. Albino, her concierge is very quick to respond and was so helpful- even when we needed documents printed..if I could give 10 stars, I would! Thank you for everything Lilly!

Lilly’s place was awesome. It was very clean, bigger than it seemed in the pictures, and overall pleasant to stay in. The location was perfect as it was only two blocks from la Quinta (5th ave) and also across the street from ADO bus station which we used to go straight to the airport. It was great to come back to after a long day of activities to just relax. The church next door offers a nice back drop and waking up to church bells going off was also nice. Lilly remained in contact before our stay and checked in during our stay as well to make sure we had everything we needed. I definitely recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed.

Liliana and her staff truly provided a first class experience! We were greeted at the airport by a driver she recommended. Our van was clean and had plenty of AC! Upon arrival, her property manager greeted us and gave us a tour around the apartment. We were beyond stunned by the decor, cleanliness, and views from the rooftop. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary purified water Liliana provided! The complex had 24/7 security with an extra access control point during night hours. There was always a security attendant at the entrance making us feel safe at all times. We really enjoyed how close it was to all the attractions and beach. I would absolutely recommend this place to any family/friends traveling to Playa Del Carmen.

Lilly’s place is UNBEATABLE on virtually every measure! Quality, Location, Safety, Security, Value, and more. Centrally located, steps to everywhere. I travelled with my wife and two small children and had an amazing time. We’ve stayed in many units in Mexico over the years and this place takes cleanliness to a whole new standard. Absolutely Spotless. Immaculate. Safety is very important to me when travelling with my family and I was very impressed with Lilly’s place. It is rare to find railings on staircases inside condominium units in Mexico but the railings in this place are solid iron, very safe for toddlers to navigate, not to mention, impressive to look at. Lilly and her management team were very professional, responsive, and through from our very first communication following our booking to the point we checked out. As a real estate investor, I was especially impressed with the quality of construction of the complex itself. This was obviously built to a higher standard than the majority of projects in Mexico; specifically in Playa Del Carmen. Once inside Lilly’s unit, I was struck by the massive space, high ceilings, the style, and quality of finishes and decor. It is unbelievable and something that you won’t see in the most luxurious accommodations. There were other rare and impressive features that weren’t even mentioned in the description of Lilly’s place. There is actually a great view of the ocean from the terrace. I could even watch the cruise ships come and go from Cozumel! Additionally, this is the first unit that I’ve stayed in that has functional and reliable WiFi outside on the terrace. This is a view property and offers high end accommodations at an unbeatable price. Book this place and you’ll never stay anywhere else again!!! BRING YOUR FAMILY!!

If there ever was a rave review this is it. Lilly’s condo is amazing! It is so spacious, beautifully decorated from the wall treatments to the curated furniture. The private rooftop deck is stunning the outdoor sofa is beyond comfortable and the pool gives you the relief from the heat. The kitchen is stocked with all the the cutlery, utensils, accoutrements and seasonings you may need. The master bed is so comfortable and the bathroom shower could fit about ten people (wouldn’t recommend and did not try). The air conditioning kicks on fast and is powerful. The guest pool towels and shower towels were very soft and oversized. The entire place was so clean, and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The area is safe and very quiet for being located so close to 5th Avenue which has clubs and bars that are open very late. There is a church next door which has bells that go off around 6 and 8 am (this might have been seasonal or temporary- I did not look into it) but they got us up to start our day. The building has an elevator which was nice to bring up our luggage from the car- there is also a parking garage under the building which is a great perk. This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve had the privilege to stay at and would highly recommended. Thank you Lilly!

Had a lovely stay at Lilly’s, the apartment is beautiful and the location is great!

This place is fantastic! If you get the chance, book it! Lilly is very responsive and helpful. She suggested a driver to pick us up from the airport and he was great! Claudio the property manager is very responsive and even went out of his way to find us a pack and play for my nephew. The property itself is beyond comparison. Close to everything on 5th along with a local markets. In short, we loved it!

This is the best Airbnb place we have ever stayed in. The condo itself is huge, a home away from home, with tons of cupboards. It is beautifully decorated with high end furniture. The kitchen is designed for a gourmet cook. The rooftop deck is beautiful with the dip pool, and a lovely view of the skyline. Some other pluses were 2 curved screen smart TVs, a washer and dryer, and the place was spotless. The location is ideal, quiet, yet close to the restaurants, night life and activity of the beach. We fell in love with the restaurant right across the street, Zitla, a super place for breakfast or any meal. You will not need a car to get places, for example restaurants or the beach, and should you wish an excursion, the bus station is right next door with great air-conditioned buses. Many other excursions in the Mayan Riviera are readily available. The communication with Lilly was very well organized and seamless. We will return!

Everything was great

My fiancé and I spent a week here for vacation and were blown away. This is truly a luxury condo. High ceilings and big doors give it a grand feel. It is very spacious. The first floor has a terrace that stretches the entire apartment with access from all of the rooms. All the finishes are high end and brand new. There is a full-sized kitchen and a Weber grill on the rooftop for cooking. There are AC/fans in all the rooms and beautiful bathrooms with rain showers. There is a lot of closet space with hangers and a safe is provided. The furniture throughout is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable with really nice pillows. The master bedroom and the living room have big curved smart TVs with Netflix and cable in the living room. The rooftop terrace was our favorite part. You can spend half your trip just relaxing in the sun next to the plunge pool or hanging out under the pergola enjoying the breeze. And I have to mention the cleanliness because it is not physically possible for a space to be cleaner then this was when we arrived. The condo is in a boutique style condominium building in an excellent location. You are only a couple blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue. Retail shops, Grocery stores & restaurants are all literally around the corner. You can walk everywhere so you will never need a taxi. Lilly was very accommodating from the minute we booked being very responsive and having all the information we needed for our stay ready to go. She also arranged a private pick up from the airport that was waiting for us when we landed. Her local manger Claudio is a true professional. He was waiting for us when we arrived to give us a tour of the place and show us how everything worked. He had great recommendations for restaurants, beach clubs and activities. Anything we wanted to know he was a text message away. He was genuinely there to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We are so happy to have chosen this place and already can’t wait to return.
