The accommodation is simply perfect, just like the photos. There are many things nearby, such as pharmacies, and the cleanliness was perfect. Communication with Steven was great. I had a question, and he answered it right away.

This Airbnb home is by far one of the best one I’ve stayed at! The home is BEAUTIFUL inside and out! We stayed here with our 4 kids and they definitely enjoyed the pool as soon as they would wake up! The private residential location felt so safe. They have a few restaurants and coffee shop right across the street and OXXO convenience store in every corner! This Airbnb home is 10/10!!!! I can’t wait to go back!!!!!

Great house in Playacar! Plenty of space and the outdoor area is great. Close to the entrance of Playacar with a couple shops and places to eat close by. Short walk to downtown and 15 walk to the beach. Steven was super helpful and very responsive to any questions we had during the stay.

the place is heaven on earth. it is way better then the pictures. the house is modern and clean. everything in the house works fine. it has supermarkets next to it and a couple of good restaurants.

Very nice private outdoor space. 30 minute walk to the Playa del Carmen strip and a 20ish minute drive to Xcaret. The gated community has very convenient shops and restaurants for quick supplies and late night snacks.

Awesome house, great for a family to stay.

We had an amazing stay! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were responsive throughout the entire time we were there. Anytime we had a question, they showed up and made sure everything was taken care of right away, which truly made us feel taken care of. The place was exactly as described and the experience was smooth and stress free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This was a great stay. The community was peaceful and the home was very private. The pool and hot tub were amazing and the house was well equipped with all the necessities. Steve was super helpful and friendly.

The photos don't do justice to how beautiful the property is, a spectacular pool and the finishes and details of the house are extremely well thought out for a full service. The check-in was quick, the location is perfect, since everything is close to you. I definitely hope to have the opportunity to come back.

we had an amazing stay at Steven’s house in Playacar! From the start, communication was seamless . The check-in process was smooth, and everything was just as described. The location couldn't be better its right near the Playacar gate, which made getting in and out so easy, which is necesary actually in this gated comunity The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and gated as i said, perfect for morning walks or a run. The house itself was clean and well-equipped. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this spot is ideal aswell as playa del carmen itself. highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen. We already booked the house again for our next trip!
