Beautiful home will be back

Erika’s house is beautiful and spacious. There was plenty of space for the 22 people we had on our trip. Kitchen is well equipped with dishes and utensils. We had a few minor hiccups but Erika was quick to respond and take care of the issue. I have already recommended the house to a friend.

Stayed with kids This is a fantastic home for a large family or group. The beachfront location is surprisingly private, yet convenient. The outside area with the swimming pool is amazing we spend most of our time there with the kids. We enjoy everything about Erika's house.

If you're looking for a place to stay on your next visit to Puerto Peñasco... this is definitely your best choice! Beautiful house, plenty of space, pristine conditions!, and of course, Erika is the best host!

An excellent place to stay with the family. The resort facilities and the house itself have everything you need for a perfect vacation experience. The host was very attentive and supported us with everything we needed. I'd stay again without a second thought.

Great place to go with family or friends, very spacious with a good amount of rooms. We enjoyed the heated pool a lot and it was so easy cooking meals for everyone.

We had a family gathering at the place, and we were delighted. The space was perfect for the whole family; the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, and it had everything you needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, living room, and barbecue area. We're thinking about coming back for more days. The clubhouse is also very nice.😊

It's a good place; it's outside the city. The house is very large, and each room has its own bathroom. The patio with the pool was really nice, and she was always very attentive to everything we needed; the internet did let us down a bit. But he was able to help us resolve it.

We loved the place; it was very homey, and the house is very well equipped. Everything we needed was available. We had a very nice time, as if we were at home. We really enjoyed the house's pool, walking on the beach, playing volleyball, and the play area. We loved the place.

The pictures on the listing do not do this place justice at all—it’s absolutely amazing in person! Everything exceeded expectations and made for such a great stay. I would 100% stay here again.

We stayed at this Airbnb for 5d/ 4n with a group of 13 to celebrate a birthday, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Erika was very welcoming, communicated clearly before and during our stay, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt high-end, from the cozy beds to the amazing upstairs shower with the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked and having two refrigerators was a huge plus. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for our group, especially the teenagers. The location was private and peaceful, while still offering access to resort amenities like the beach, pool, and spa. We always felt safe and secure. A few things to be aware of: there are no major grocery stores nearby, there were quite a lot of flying bugs and the pool wasn’t very usable during our stay because of them. I also wish we had clear instructions for how to operate the AC units as it got hot.

It's a beautiful house, it has everything you need, the rooms are very spacious and cozy, the house having a private pool is a plus, you don't need to go out to have all the amenities!

It is a perfect place to spend time as a family, the hosts are very attentive and helpful at all times, heated pool and with all the amenities. 10/10

Erika's house is very nice and perfect for large families. There were 14 of us and we felt very comfortable. Erika is an excellent host and the staff of the place are very friendly. I highly recommend it, because the place has privacy, security, and many activities you can do!

Erika home was the best one I have rented and will definitely be back an recommend others. Erika also answered quickly when there were any concerns. Amazing communication an you won’t feel like your a bother she makes you feel welcome

The house is very nice and big. This is removed from the noise of the city center but you can still get there quickly if you want one. Erika is always a quick response. We were a big family and we all like the house, we would definitely come back!!

There was 11 of us, with more than enough room! We didn't feel crowded at all. The home was just like she said. We enjoyed ourselves a ton and would def go back! Having a pool at the house was perfect! The two things that I would note, internet is shotty and the community pool/swim up bar is being worked on, so it's fully closed. We would like to experience the community when that is open for vistors.

We loved our visit in this home! It was great especially because it had so many accommodations for kids. It was very comfortable. Definitely would come back. The pool with swim to bar was under construction & unfortunately the water for the beach was far due to the time of year but that’s ok .

We will definitely be back!!! We are a very large family and it’s hard to find accommodations for almost 20 people and this was everything we could have hoped for. Great house, spacious layout, beautiful outdoor area and private. Cannot say enough good things about this and cannot wait to be back!!

Thanks to Erika for the clear communication and good service. The house is beautiful and has everything your family may need. The location is close to the beach and you don't need to leave the residential for anything. Very happy and of course we are back!!

This place is great for large families as each king suite as its own bathroom, also we were able to check in early because no one stayed the night before which is very helpful and generous Erica is a great host

Erika's home is beautiful. Whether you want to soak in the pool or relax inside, the home is accommodating. We highly recommend.

We had a large family and never did we feel crowded. Very clean and pool was perfect size for the little ones. The only set back was being able to enjoy the tide as much.

We had a great stay for our family vacation. The kids had a blast and very homey with lots to do! Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at the Laguna Shore Thing was awesome! We had a mini family reunion and chose the home as our base of operations. With our 9 children and spouses and 8 grandchildren, the home provided plenty of space for sleeping, dining, cooking, swimming, and a myriad of other activities. The home was clean, safe and comfortable. The resort provides lots of activities as well. We have traveled to Rocky Point many times in the past and this is one of our "new" favorite places to stay. Highly recommend!!!

The house was beautiful and spacier than I thought! We had 20 people in our group and not once did it feel like we were over crowded. Having multiple bathrooms in the home was amazing, I don’t think we ever had issues with someone having to wait their turn. The AC is colder than cold! Beds were comfortable. The pool was a little smaller than I expected but worked out for our little ones, they really enjoyed it. Pots and pans can use a little upgrading. But not a deal breaker. Malecón area was about 20 min away, which wasn’t terrible but our group thought maybe it was still a little too far for them. Sadly the tide here is mostly low, but we just went out to Playa Bonita. I didn’t get to visit the resort but family that made it liked it. No complaints from anyone other than it was further out of the town than they thought. I’d love to rent her house again either way.

We loved the amenities and the private beach - loved that we can get kayaks and paddle boards on loan. Made it so fun for the kids to learn new sports!

This house is amazing! The resort is so welcoming and wonderfully peaceful. Only 15 mins to town, we chose to go in nearly every day for fresh groceries to cook in the well-stocked kitchen, but you could definitely stock up if you prefer. Wonderful resort staff, great activities available, and a friendly and responsive host. The place was spotless, looked just like the photos but even more beautiful in real life. The pool and deck are the icing on the cake and our family had the vacation of our dreams with a good balance of relaxation and adventure with room to spread out. We can’t wait to return!

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a sense of tranquility. As a group of 20, we were delighted to find that the spacious interior effortlessly accommodated us all. With ample room to spare, each member of our party could unwind and enjoy their own personal space without feeling crowded. One of the highlights of our stay was the impeccable cleanliness and pristine condition of the house. Every corner gleamed with freshness, we were thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail. The beach is about 10 min walking distance but the main beach to go to in Peñasco is about 30 min drive time away so it's ok. Pool at the house is great, outdoor grill and patio was a hit with all of our guests. Anyone seeking peaceful luxury family retreat, this is the place to be at. We can't wait to re visit soon.

Absolutely beautiful beach house! It fulfilled all of our expectations and needs. We loved the huge open concept and privacy and loved the gated community. The host was available when needed. The restaurant on site is delicious! We definitely recommend this home . We will be returning.

This location was perfect for our big group. We had plenty of room for 20 of us! We felt safe and comfortable walking to the beach and around the neighborhood. Erika was always available for questions we had. We enjoyed the pool and walking to the beach to find seashells. The resort also had activities that we could participate in if we wanted. The drive to town was easy and didn't take long at all, but we were happy to be in a quiet neighborhood set away from the city. If we ever go back, we will for sure try to get this property again.

We stayed at Erika's place to celebrate my 40th birthday. The place was just as described and looked like the pictures. We had 10 women on this trip and there was still more space to fit others. We had noticed that the main refrigerator stopped working when we walked in. Erika was on top of it and had the fridge replaced the next day. There were two so we just put our food in the other. She was very responsive and professional. I don't usually stay at the same airbnb location twice but I am certain I will come back to this one. As for the location, it is probably 10 mins from the city but isn't too far out. There is security and they stop everyone coming into the resort. We did notice that the public pools in the resort were closed and needed remodeling so if you plan on coming soon, know that won't really be an option. There is a restaurant/bar on the property and we went there the first night to celebrate...AMAZING service. It was a really neat vibe. Order the Mexican Coffee. YW

This place is really good, the private pool and the patio are delightful. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. I would say the WiFi is the only thing that could be better. Definitely I will come back to this place next time. Erika is a great host, she was very friendly and responding any question immediately!!

House was beautiful and spacious, it was perfect for our family. Everything was well-organized and labeled for us. We loved the pool and that every bedroom had a bathroom!

You need upgrades to your internet

The place is as in the pics is beautiful, the host was incredibly nice and everything with the house was just as advertised but the beach is not the best, way to many mosquitoes so if you go make sure you take repellent. Restaurant is crazy expensive , food had an ok taste but portions are very small and over priced . The only down side to this place it’s that is a bit far from the malecón so driving to and from was not the greatest either . But I will stay again because like I said house was awesome.
