Excellent attention at all times. The house is spectacular, the colonial details of the house are very cozy. I certainly would have liked to stay longer in the house, but I also had to visit Antigua. 100 points.

(I live in Guatemala City and know Antigua very well) book this house. Don’t be put off by the distance from the center, its easily walkable and being a little away from the center means you don’t get woken up every morning by church bells! 😅

Our stay at Casa La Bendición was absolutely unforgettable! The house is breathtaking—so much more beautiful and spacious than the photos can capture. Every corner is filled with charm, elegance, and thoughtful details. We especially loved the pool table and the cozy movie theater room—such fun touches that made our time there extra special. The location is peaceful and perfect for relaxing, yet just a short walk to the heart of Antigua. One helpful tip: we recommend using Waze to get there, as Google Maps led us through some wrong turns and even against traffic, which caused some issues with local drivers. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way. Timo was a wonderful host, and we’re so grateful for the experience. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Antigua!

Timo’s place was fantastic! Extremely clean, very well stocked, 15 minute walk into the center of town but also had a few restaurants about five minutes away. Timo has thought through the details of staying there, down to TVs in every room, clear instructions, even a generous sized water filter so you can fill up you water bottles before you head out. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. We stayed for 22 nights while working on various service related projects in the greater Antigua area. House checked all the boxes for us. Kitchen is well stocked, house was very clean, showers had plenty of hot water, and the host was incredibly responsive. House is a solid 10 min walk to center of town, 5 mins to Caoba Farm. Pool table is a nice touch.

Everything's perfect

Nice house to go and relax. Very close to downtown but without traffic and noise. Super recommended!! Surely we will be back! Timo is always available!

One of the best accommodations in all of Antigua

The place was very nice and clean, exactly like the pictures and we enjoyed the theatre space. Timo was very responsive and helpful, and housekeeping was there to help when we first arrived. The area is nice but it’s in an active construction area so you will hear them working on the house next door or in the area nearby. It’s a little off from the main streets so you will have some walking to do to get to the center but the surrounding streets are full of different restaurants and cafes. Overall, very nice and would stay again.

Great hidden gem right outside of the central city. Very spacious and very private. Great get away.

The house is very nice

Great place to stay in Antigua, very comfortable and nice! Close enough to all the bustle of the city but far enough for tranquility. As advised, after walking during the day in Antigua, to come back for a shower and set ourselves for a movie night, the theater room was perfect.

This was our second time staying here and it’s our favorite place in Antigua. Our family loves staying here and will always look for this place whenever we’re in Antigua.

This place and Timos other places never disappoint and would keep on renting from him just one thing there’s no AC so if it’s a hot day bring some fans.

Timo and his team, they were always attentive to what we came to need and super accessible and willing to support. The two homes are super comfortable and ideal for spending time with family and friends. They are not connected inside, but it is something that gives each their privacy.

We loved staying in this home. The place is well equipped with everything you need and very clean. Loved the laundry room with 2 sets of washer/dryer machines. This is our second time staying in the home in Antigua. Definitely would come back to this place. The host team were amazing and responded to any requests almost immediately. Very great host and delightful experience.

This is a really nice place! Once we opened the door, we were really impressed of how awesome the place was. The home is in a really quiet neighborhood, downtown is really noisy from the traffic and tourism and nightlife, it was really peaceful to get back to this place to relax. Easy 10-15 minute walk to Central Park.

The place looks just like the pictures, great location and spaces. We enjoyed the amenities: pool table, TV lounge and all the tvs in the house. The house has all the details you need and is full of directions to make your stat comfortable. Fully recommended.

Loved our stay. Small hiccup during check in but Timo responded right away and helped us. It literally looks exactly like the pictures. Super worth it. It’s probably like a 15 min walk to where most of the tourist attractions of Antigua are. We also got a little lost getting there but Timo had done such a good job at creating a guide for you. They also have instructions laid out throughout the house on how to use the projectors. Would totally recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.

Antigua is a beautiful and history-filled city on every corner. The accommodation is located a little outside the city center but remains within walking distance for about fifteen minutes. The directions are clear and must be followed rigorously in order to arrive at the accommodation. The GPS is a little capricious by giving you an itinerary with a road that does not exist but relying on the map makes it easy to find your way. I can say that the whole team at Timo went out of their way to welcoming the guests into their homes. Attention to details, cleanliness, decoration, quality of bedding, wifi, etc. All these things make staying in this house a very pleasant time. My family enjoyed their stay. We highly recommend!

Timo was great from start to finish. He has a great property and my family of 10 felt comfortable the entire trip – beautiful, picturesque courtyard and large, roomy accommodations. Highly recommend the property!

Timo has a fun, spacious, beautiful home. We had a lovely time visiting for a couple of days and would be happy to return. The pool table and movie room made our stay unique. Timo provided detailed instructions and communicated really well with us. I strongly recommend this place.

Beautifully furnished and thoughtful, on a very private street with a large interior parking space. We had a really nice stay and especially enjoyed the home theater!

Great host and beautiful houses. It's a newly developing neighborhood. Pros: Each bedroom had a private bathroom. Each house had laundry machines and detergent provided. Houses were beautiful decorated and clean. Cons: Location is a far walk from the center park. Not good for elderly. Drivers were not aware of the address so difficult to give them directions. There isn't a patio that connects both houses. Even though i loved the house I would prefer something closer, however if you don't mind the walking. Great place to stay.
