We had such a lovely time in Roma Sur! From the lively neighborhood, spacious apartment, and ease of getting to public transit, it was the perfect stay for our joint milestone birthday celebration. We ended up attending "El Fantasma de la Opera" at the community theater down the street on our first night and enjoyed getting to know the neighborhood. Other reviews have mentioned this, but there is another building with the same address as the Airbnb a couple blocks away which can be confusing the first time you arrive. Luckily the first part of our group arrived during the afternoon so had time in the daylight to sort out the address confusion. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were a godsend on the hottest nights. We had some minor issues with ants getting in after rainstorms but that is hard to avoid and the hosts said they would call an exterminator when we mentioned it. A great place to stay with a group that facilitated group hangouts but also private bedrooms and bathrooms!

Place was just as listed. Very spacious for our group. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and stores. About 15 min away from airport. Just a heads up there is another building with the same address up the street. So when you arrive make sure it is the correct building. But besides that everything was great!

This was a great place for a group of eight. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms, and the neighborhood felt walkable and safe. We could easily get to nearby cafes and restaurants. The host was responsive whenever we needed anything. The only downside was that the laundry was broken during our stay, but since our trip was short, it wasn’t a major issue.

This was a very perfect place for our family of seven. It was comfortable and spacious. The filtered water was a great perk. We loved the area of Condesa with many restaurants but away from downtown busyness.

It is a very comfortable, nice and ideal place to stay for large groups, it matches the photos and there are great places to eat around. Hosts communicate quickly if there are any questions or circumstances.

Spacious apartment for our group of five (everyone got their own room which is a big plus). Neighborhood was safe and lots of good restaurants that were walking distance. The only downside was that the washing machine not working during our week stay but overall we enjoyed the space and the apartment met our expectations! I would recommend to other large groups

Fantastic stay! The home was exactly as described and in a perfect location—walking distance to almost everything. Our group of eight (three couples and two singles) had plenty of room to spread out. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with king size beds: two with ensuite baths and two that share a spacious bathroom. Downstairs, there’s an additional bedroom with a queen bed and its own ensuite. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the essentials, and both the living and dining areas offered plenty of seating for everyone. We felt comfortable and safe throughout our stay. Highly recommend—thank you!

Our group loved our stay here! The Airbnb was even prettier in person, and the entire neighborhood was peaceful and lovely with plenty of little restaurants and other places to check out within a short walking distance. I also appreciated that the hosts provided us with plenty of safe-to-drink water (we knew we weren't supposed to drink the tap water). Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this placed. The listing did say 4 out of the 5 bedrooms had a bathroom en suite but only 3 had an actual bathroom en suite. We eventually made it work but we had the expectation of 4 en-suite since we were 5 different couples. The space was incredible and the location was amazing. We will definitely love to stay here again.

Eduardo's place was exactly as described. We were a small group so had plenty of space. We all enjoyed having our own bathrooms and space to relax. Highly recommend for a small group. I enjoyed that I was able to walk everywhere from the location.

We had a great stay at this apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and met all of our family’s needs. The location was easy to get to and made a great home base for exploring the area. We especially enjoyed how walkable the neighborhood was with shops, restaurants, and parks all nearby. The check-in process was smooth, and everything was just as described. We’d definitely recommend this place to other families and would stay here again!

an incredible apartment, very well distributed, the 4 1/2 are excellent for large groups, it is a few meters walk from metro and metrobus stations, close to WTC, it has pharmacies and restaurants all around and short trips to meeting points for popular tours, we had no problems, we enjoyed it very much

We only stayed for a couple of days but we enjoyed every minute of it. It’s easily accessible and parking was not difficult to find.

Spacious and pleasant apartment. We were 4 couples, rooms with their bathroom and shower, open kitchen and comfortable family room. Close to everything and nice, safe to walk at any time. Convenience stores nearby, bakery and ☕️ delicious cafes on the apartment's block. We had a great time.

Eduardo’s place is perfect for a large group. The location is perfect, so many local shops, restaurants at walking distance. The house was beautiful and clean. Our only issue was the bathrooms flood when showering and tiles are loose. Other than that it was perfect. Eduardo did so well at communicating and keeping in touch. I 100% recommend staying here!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. The place couldn’t have been better sized for a large group with five bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Would definitely recommend for a large group stay, everything was comfortable and clean. The only thing to note is that the street can be quite noisy throughout the night but it by no means spoiled anything.

beautiful home in a great location. surrounded by everything you may need. the area felt very safe to walk at anytime of the day and with great restaurants to eat and small convenience stores to grab essentials less than 5 minute walk. The house was very modern and comfortable to stay at with my party of 7.

Our large group really enjoyed our stay here. The home itself was very inviting. We appreciated the decor and felt right at home. The home is spacious which always appreciated when traveling in a large group. The beds were large and comfortable. The neighborhood is great and close to the popular CDMX neighborhoods (Condesa, Roma etc), but also has great dining options nearby. Overall we had a great experience!

We stayed at the Piyoli House during a family trip to Mexico City & we were very happy with our stay! The apartment was exactly as described, organized, and clean. It offered everything we needed for our stay and more. We were walking distance from great cafes, restaurants, and stores. The neighborhood was very safe and we had zero safety concerns during our entire stay. The host was responsive and even provided recommendations. We would stay here again!

Excellent choice, many restaurants nearby and a very comfortable apartment for a group of 9 people, very clean, we didn't lack anything, if you stay here I recommend having breakfast in the restaurant downstairs, highly recommended. The host's service was very good, we would return!

This place was definitely home away from home. It was quite spacious and comfortable for our family of 8 plus a baby. The location is great, you're walking distance to beautiful sites and only steps away from many tasty spots to eat or just have a coffee. The host was quick to respond and was very helpful. I would recommend this place for a large group and would be happy to come back to stay here.

Piyoli House was fantastic! We had a group of 9 and it was spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The neighborhood is great- super walkable with tons of restaurants, cafes, and shops around. The breakfast place directly below is excellent and we ate there at least 3 times. The house had plenty of linens, blankets, and towels, and the kitchen has plenty of dishware and is stocked with the basics. As is common when traveling throughout South America, the water pressure is fairly low and the hot water comes and goes depending on who else has the water on at the same time, but it was totally fine. Really can't complain about anything, it was great!

My family and I enjoyed Eduardo’s place. It looks as described in the website. The place was very nice and clean. The house has a lot amenities. Has everything a family needs to be comfortable. It feels as your own house. We felt safe walked around in the neighborhood. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes, close to the house and the Paleteria Michoacana is just in the corner. We loved Eduardo’s place and we definitely will plan to come back. Thank you for giving us the experience of being in a such a beautiful place.

Lovely apartment. Elegant furnishing. Short walk to the metro & the metrobus. Easy to get to most places - museums, attractions & restaurants in Condesa & Roma Norte. Very responsive hosts. Even responded on Christmas. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Piyoli! The home was perfect for our family of 7. It was big, more than enough bedrooms, with great common areas for us to come together. The hosts were so accommodating and very responsive, even making sure they were available when we arrived well past midnight! The instructions were clear and the hosts made everything so easy. They even provided us with a crib, a high chair, and even a baby bath for our infant! The kitchen and whole condo were well stocked. One thing to note is that it was a longer walk to Parque Mexico if you plan to spend a lot of time in Condessa, but we loved the quiet neighborhood and coffee options so okay for us. One other downside is that the WiFi barely worked throughout the apartment but given how responsive the hosts were with everything i am sure they will fix it soon!

The Host was accommodating during our lost phone situation. They allowed for us to enter and leave the bags to allow for us to find a way to retrieve the phone. The location is extremely clean and spacious. The location is great with several locations for food and snacks.

We stayed at Casa Piyoli for 5 weeks and had a great time. The kitchen is well equipped, the house is beautiful and comfortable, and the street noise is not that bad for Mexico City. The neighborhood is safe and walkable and has a ton of great restaurants in walking distance. The house and neighborhood are also very kid friendly. Lots of playgrounds and parks nearby. The hosts were very helpful and gave us great local recommendations. I would stay there again — I probably will.

The place was great, and the host even better! They were very attentive, friendly, professional and made you feel at home, like family. A truck knocked down the internet service, and they didn't stop until it was fixed, even going in person. They even gifted us a nice wine bottle and some chocolates, even though it wasn't their fault. The house was great and the surroundings fenomenal. I recommend this place 100% 👌

This place is spacious, rooms are nice size. We were a party of 5 and each person had their own room.Teenagers and a child a company us and they loved it. The pictures on the listing are as described. The location is perfect and easy access to city transportation. We will return as it was one of our favorite Airbnb.

This is the only spot you should stay if you are in Mexico City. Perfect location, clean, plenty of purified water, and ample bedrooms (each with their own bathroom, which was a HUGE plus for me). Eduardo and Ana are amazing hosts and even proactively offered to let us get into the space four hours before check-in without us even asking. Easiest five stars I’ve ever given.

We had a wonderful stay at Eduardo’s! The place was exactly as described - so spacious that all 5 guests got their own bedroom and almost everyone had their own bathroom which was a huge perk. Plenty of glassware and plates if needed. Can’t say enough good things about the neighborhood as well - so charming and both quiet and lively. Great energy. Walking distance to Condesa, maybe a bit further to Roma Norte but an easy Uber ride. The only downsides were the carpet in the family room seem to not have been vacuumed so there were some crumbs. And we happen to be there during an unprecedented heat wave and the house got quite hot bc there was no AC. There were 3 fans available and we requested more and Ana (co-host) was able to find some for us so we appreciated that effort. It sounds like after our visit they were installing ceiling fans which should help. Overall, great stay and perfect for our group. Would recommend!

We LOVED this Airbnb! It was a perfect size for our group of 8. The beds were super comfortable. The breeze from the open windows was amazing. Great kitchen amenities. Multiple security gates which made us feel super safe. Also the hosts were great at communicating and super helpful!

Bright, light-filled two story second floor apartment, excellent architecture and design, on a leafy quiet residential street in Roma Sur. Large bedrooms and bathrooms.
