Excellent service from Mr. Mauricio, the spaces of the house are super good, the pool has heated water which was also nice and it is very well located, everything is close to the beach, shops, coffee etc. Yes, we would return.

Mauricio's place is a very large 2 story house with a roof top palapa. It would be a great spot for large groups, with 2 distinct "suites" areas. Mauricio was very helpful with suggestions of local places to see and things to do.

It was super comfortable and easy to go to the beach and restaurants and very quiet 💯👌🏻

The accommodation is exactly as advertised, in a perfect location and super cozy for family vacations. All the amenities work perfectly. And the hosts are a 10%, always attentive, attentive to our needs and very friendly. Definitely the best place to stay in Los Ayala.

It is a very comfortable place, for a large family, downstairs there is a kitchen and rooms, upstairs also and the stairs are not complicated to climb( because of the elderly) however you can also stay on the first floor. The house is in the center of the village so we didn't need anything, as there are shops, restaurants, pharmacies, everything you need for a pleasant stay, it is also a block from the beach, practically 3 minutes walk. We really liked the beach. And the hosts on site are totally helpful and very friendly. We hope to come back soon, I recommend the place.

We loved it, my family and I really enjoyed our time in the accommodation, it looks much better than the photos. Mauricio was always very kind and attentive to everything we needed, he even went to meet us at the restaurant on the beach to give us the delivery. We will love to come back the following year.

I highly recommend this place, it is close to 1 block from the beach, close to shops, pharmacies, pharmacies, restaurants and shops to buy souvenirs. excellent communication with Mauritius, very nice person, he was always on the lookout for everything. Mauricio was very kind. You feel at home, and there are details that are very helpful. Outside there are many vintage stalls and activity, which is great, and it's just one small street from the beach :) Recommended.

Mauricio's place was great. He and his lovely wife were very friendly, helpful, and responsive. We had a great time. The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The home was only a block from the beach and there are plenty of places to eat as soon as you walk out the door. The home is located in a busy area of Los Ayala so it can get noisy during busy seasons like Holy Week, but my guests and myself did not mind as we enjoyed the festivities.

Excellent service. I rented the house for my parents, and since I told him about the situation, he was very accessible and attentive at all times. On the day of arrival, he was in communication early on about my parents' journey and even communicated with them to meet them at the entrance. Highly recommended.

This apartment is in the heart of a wonderful Mexican beach town. The back bedrooms are very quiet. As mentioned in the description, there are steep stairs to enter the unit so this wouldn't work for people with mobility issues. The whole place is decorated in a very authentic boho style with plants. My nieces were staying at another house in town, but wanted to use this unit as a backdrop for their photos. The beds are not as hard/ firm as the typical Mexican bed, which is a good thing. I would love to stay here again.

The place was super nice with great access. At first, it's a bit difficult to find the house, but it's definitely 100% worth it.

Charming beach house right in the middle of the main shopping area of Los Ayala. Easy access to the beach - just a block away. Lots of plants! The house is pretty open to the outdoors except for the bedrooms. Like living in a treehouse. The noise from the vendors and street continues into the night but in the summer the nightly rain storms helps to drown that out a bit. The rooms have separate keys to them which got a little complicated with our children messing with them. The air conditioners in the bedrooms work great. Overall we had a great experience. The house was well stocked with essentials and Mauricio was attentive and quick to respond.

The space is as shown in photos, it is a very cozy space with a very nice vibe, with a super good location. Mauricio is an excellent host. He lets you enjoy yourself, but he's attentive to whatever you might need. I definitely recommend it and of course I would come back.

House with an excellent location. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is clean and well-maintained. We were about to inaugurate the pool area, which will give the house a plus. As a family, we had the opportunity to visit several beaches, and they are all very close by. It is important to note that it is located in a commercial area, which is good because there is access to shops and restaurants, but you also need to consider that the area is busy and sometimes there is noise from nearby businesses (nothing that can't be tolerated). Excellent place for a great vacation!

Such a quaint and homely apartment. Unlike many of the Airbnb’s of late, Mauricio and Alejandra’s place is a beautiful space that has been created with care and attention. Centrally located in Los Ayala, it is in the middle of the action but that’s not why we loved it so much. All the little touches of home were present, the house feels alive with the beautiful plants and vines growing in and around it. They met us on site when we arrived and we were thrilled to meet such a lovely couple. It was such a relief after a week long trek through Mexico with several Airbnb’s being the bare minimum and some not even providing basic things like drinking water and salt. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is perfect for a weekend getaway, the town is small and has a very family atmosphere. The location of the house is excellent, everything is less than a block away, including the beach. Mauricio's service was excellent, he was always attentive to our needs.

Excellent location one block from the beach and close to restaurants. Everything was very cleaned and tidy. The room had good air conditioning. The private bathroom with shower was also very clean, a common kitchen that you can cook has a refrigerator stove and microwave. Mauricio is a kind mutual person. I would have liked to stay longer....... ..Nice location one block ahead of the beach, restaurants around the property, everything in the house and in the room was so clean nice A/C inside of the room, I have my own bathroom with shower in my room both very clean and new.The house has a common kitchen( with refrigerator ,stove and microwave )wich you can use to cook .Mauricio is a great and helpful guy,good comunication.I wished to be there more time.

We were very happy during our stay. The location is the best, just one block from the beach. It is equipped with the necessities, even with an umbrella and a cooler in case you don't have them :). The terrace is very nice, especially at night with the spotlights. Good communication from Mauricio, who is very attentive and friendly.
