This place looks even better in person than it does in photos! The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds incredibly comfortable. The condo is stocked with everything you need for an amazing vacation. The roof top pool has stunning views of the bay and the town. What more could you ask for?! Additionally, the host and PV support team are all friendly and super responsive- making the booking and check-in process a breeze. We also ran into some travel issues, and Jonathan went out of his away to help us navigate a challenging situation. All in all, a perfect place for a tropical getaway. Will go back!

We truly loved our stay at Jonathan's place. It was central and walkable to everything we wanted to see in PV, it has amazing views of the ocean and the rooftop pool was phenomenal. We loved the space and felt very homey. Jonathan and JC were very communicative, were there to greet us when we arrived, and was available if we had any questions. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Oceana Condo #402. The location was perfect — close to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty of shops, with its lively town at night, right in the middle of everything. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The views were beautiful, especially at sunset. The host Jonathan and property manager Juan Carlos (aka: JC) was responsive, helpful, and made check-in and check-out very easy. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and how well-stocked the space was for our stay. The staff at the Oceana was very professional, warm and friendly. Makes you feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. Everything you need just footsteps away.

The unit itself is pristine it has practically everything you need and the building has the best gym and the great rooftop. Its location is right in the middle of everything… beach, restaurants, bars, all within 5 minutes walking distance. I’m a light sleeper but no problem falling asleep. The balcony is only place noisy from margaritaville across, but the rooftop is so quiet and peaceful. Jonathan is very proactive and responsive. We couldn’t be happier here and it’s one of the best units in romantic zone. Highly recommended!

Beautiful unit, spacious for 6 adults yet cozy. It was a perfect location for us to celebrate the New Year and be in the middle of the exciting PV vibe! Great communication throughout and very accommodating. We loved our stay here and would return! Note.. it is in a loud area of RZ but sound is minimal inside with all doors/windows closed. Great spacious place with plenty of room for all three of us. Large patio for entertaining or relaxing. Beautiful pool with great views. This place is in such a great location we were able to walk everywhere with no issues and has too many options for dinner and fun! Juan Carlos and Marcos were both superb and helpful at all times. Jonathan’ s apartment is truly a great place to stay, with all required amenities, a fantastic view and in a great location. As per description in can get a bit noisy outside (note that this would be the case with most places in Zona Romántica), but the windows are well insulated and will block the noise out. The pool on the rooftop is a great place to relax. The local agent Juan Carlos was also easily contactable and very helpful. I highly recommend Jonathan’s place.

Casa Sea-esta is a beautiful and comfortable condo in the heart of Zona Romantica. Our stay was incredible; the unit is beautifully decorated and one of the best located buildings in the neighborhood-- close to everything! Our host, Jonathan, was engaging and response during the entire experience and made sure we felt right at home during our stay. The condo has amazing views of Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains--we could have spent the entire vacation on the mangificent terrace soaking in the natural beauty and watching the pulse of Zona Romantica below! A five-star experience all-around. We'll be back next year!

Jonathan’s place was well above the expectations my partner and I had in our heads when we reserved it. It’s very much central to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Having views of the mountains/sunrise and the beach/sunset is a rare find in a condo in PV, and we weren’t expecting that. The property management staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. I’ve stayed in many places in PV and this was by far one of the best locations.

Absolutely love Jonathan’s place. Visited with two of my best friends, so we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. All of which were very spacious and clean. While the area can be lively at night, the apartment was decently sound proof. Lots to do in the area, many different and tasty food options. Would definitely stay again!

Long before our trip even began, JC (the property manager) reached out to coordinate transportation from the airport. He arranged to have a chef for us on our first night (highly recommend). He was always reachable, and provided a great contact for a snorkeling trip. PVR is such a special place, and the location of this condo is the absolute perfect spot. An easy walk to the best beach clubs, and in the other direction — just a few blocks to the most popular night life. The balcony has pristine views of the sunset over the ocean, and the sunrise over the mountains. And it’s situated to catch a perfect breeze — in the morning, and in the evening. We love it here. We have been to PV many times and this is the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. The balcony and outdoor space were phenomenal. Unit was great top to bottom and centrally located to beach and bars/restaurants in Zona Romántica. Was a special occasion and I planned surprise guests to arrive after us for my husband’s birthday. The team worked with me and went above and beyond to help me get people arrived at different times and worked with security to not ruin the surprise. I can’t say enough positive accolades about the whole experience and how helpful they were. Highly recommend the unit!

Amazing stay. This condo is central to everything in Zona Romantica and has all of the luxury amenities even the most discerning renter would need. The views off the patio are incredible, the rooftop pool beautiful, and the condo is spacious and easily accommodates 6. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous condo right in the heart of Zona Romantica (ZR). We had 6 guests stay here for Christmas and absolutely loved everything the condo had to offer - very friendly front desk personnel, beautiful roof top pool, beautiful views of the ocean and Zona Romantica (even got to watch the whales in the bay from the balcony!), very comfortable beds, and perhaps the best part is that each bedroom has its own controlled thermostat so you can personalize bedroom temp compared to the rest of the condo. Jonathan the host was very friendly and responsive as well as the property manager Juan Carlos that will assist you at check in/check out. This condo does sit above a busy/popular part of the street so it does get loud in the evening, but noise is dampened when all windows/patio doors are closed. It didn’t bother us at all in fact we enjoyed the live music Margarita Grill put on every evening. Highly recommend this gem if you want to be in the center of ZR!

This was a friend trip we planned months ago. In the last month my father ended up in the ICU and I was going to cancel on my friends and stay home. My older sister told me to go on the trip to decompress and this trip came on time. Johnathan’s condo was the perfect choice and I’m glad for those few days I got to escape reality and enjoy Johnathan’s condo. I will be looking to book him again and again. JC the property manager was amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had an a/c issue and he got it fixed the next day.

The space is beautiful and well appointed, with breath taking views from the balcony. The location was excellent for getting to all that the Romantic Zone has to offer. Couldn't have imagined a better space for my first trip to Puerto Vallarta! Bravo Jonathan, kudos on Casa Sea-esta a definite top choice in Puerto Vallarta.

Everything was perfect. Host and site manager were great communicators and flexible. Place was beautiful, well furnished and well stocked. Price was very fair for amenities and location. Everything worked well and we had a great trip. The condo looks great in pictures and even better in real-life. We also enjoyed using the gym.

Jonathan’s ‘Casa Sea-esta’ met and exceeded all of my expectations. I wanted to take my partner somewhere special for his birthday, and a place that started out as a beautiful accommodation for the trip ended up being one its stars. Not only did it deliver every advertised amenity, but it also exceeded in a few awesome ways. Specifically, all the main windows and doors in the living room & balcony open completely, so the scenic vistas of the water (stunning sunrise), the mountains (lazy sunset), and the other beautifully-appointed homes and businesses were in full view—accompanied by never-ending breezes and the sounds of a thriving Zona Romantica. The bathroom rain showers are straight-up luxuriating. I also requested a custom birthday cake for the occasion, and it was one of the biggest hits of the trip, thanks to the magical powers of JC, the daily superhero of our trip who handled everything with a smile. I can’t recommend Casa Sea-esta highly enough. We all absolutely loved it.

Great place especially for a group of two singles and one couple, so each bedroom got their own bathroom. Centrally located and perfect for our needs.

Jonathan’s condo is beautiful and well represented in the pictures and descriptions. Located right in the Romantic Zone, it is close to many restaurants, the Malecon, and the beach. The pool is very nice, although the “hot tub” attached to the pool (spillover type of spa into the pool) is NOT hot. A resident said that the temperature of the spa would never meet a heat standard of what U.S. residents are used to, even though to me a “spa” hot tub is supposed to be hot… 100’ or more. Street noise is fairly loud in the condo, but wasn’t overly obnoxious. Beds were very comfy, amenities were appreciated as well as having a nice supply of coffee, coffee filters, spices and condiments. Property manager Juan Carlos was responsive, friendly and helpful. A nice time was had by all.

While there was a technical issue with some building mechanics (electrical wiring issue causing breaker flips) for the beginning of our stay, Jonathan was very prompt to remedy the problem and ensure our stay was smooth as soon as possible. An efficient and effective communicator, he provided us real-time responses to keep us in the loop on updates with corrective actions and was adamant to compensate us for the troubles my group dealt with. Location was central, amenities were clean and the views were breathtaking! Overall this is an amazing stay with a very flexible and understanding host; for future PV visits we will be looking towards availability at this location! :)

Perfect place if you want to be in the heart of it all in the Romantic Zone. The building is above La Dolce Vita restaurant with the entrance up a short drive behind the restaurant’s patio. Gorgeous ocean views from the balcony patio or from the rooftop pool. It checked every box for us and the building and condo were gorgeous. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wow! Jonathan’s building & unit are GORGEOUS. The location couldn’t be better. Building is secure and well maintained. Every room has beautiful furnishings and COLD AC. I loved drinking coffee at sunrise overlooking the bay from the huge patio. The rooftop pool was amazing and has wonderful sunset view! Best stay we’ve had in PV. Highly recommend

We loved Jonathan's condo! The group could not stop talking about how perfect it was for our week-long stay in PV. It is central to everything. There are bars and restaurants right outside the building, and it is within a few minutes walking distance to the beach and Malecon. Despite its location, you can barely hear any noise from outside. The rooftop pool has amazing views, and the unit itself is a lot more spacious than what the photos depict. We would book this listing again in a heartbeat.

The description and photos only touched the surface of just how special this listing is. We felt safe, the unit was spotless and well appointed, and we can’t think of a single thing we’d change. While near a live music venue, it’s charming to listen to on the porch and you won’t hear a thing from any of the bedrooms. If you want to be in the heart of the Romantic Zone and feel like royalty, book!

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Jonathan's condo. The building is perfectly located and central to everything in Zona Romantica. The condo matches the photos and is very well equipped w/ everything we needed. Jonathan was very responsive to all communications and made the booking/arrival process very simple. Juan Carlos was an incredible host who welcomed us into the unit and was super helpful throughout our stay. He organized a fantastic chef to prepare breakfast for us every morning (which we ate on the beautiful balcony), made reservations for us at a local restaurant w/ very good food and helped organize a number of other things. The building is very well appointed with a beautiful heated rooftop pool, gym, grill, sun deck, and 24 hr security. All of the security guards were friendly and very helpful with recommendations and tips. We would definitely stay here again in the future. (Note: any noise from outside the condo is hardly noticeable, if at all, inside the unit.)

Wow, we've found the ideal setting for our annual family vacation in PV. Couldn't have been more perfect, starting with a warm and thorough orientation by host JC. The space is absolutely stellar with both inside and outside living areas and with great restaurants and beach within easy walking distance. Can't wait for next year!

Absolutely an amazing place to stay! It fit our family vacation needs perfectly. The place was spacious and had a large balcony that all 6 of us could hang out on and drink mimosas in the morning. Jonathan was a great host and has a fabulous property manager in Juan Carlos. Juan Carlos met us at the condo and checked us in and even gave a little tutorial of the property. Also the condo has a filtered water system, so you can drink the tap water with no issues.

Such a beautiful place in the heart of the zona romantica in PV. We had a great time exploring the area and the unit is spacious and perfect to share with another couple. We had a great stay, the unit was extremely clean, and very well stocked and equipped with everything we needed. check in and check out with Juan Carlos was quick and easy, and he was a pleasure to chat with. We have stayed at several locations in PV and this has been the best space we have rented. Thank you! Looking forward to booking in the future, assuming it has any availibility!!

Wow! First time in PV and what an impression! This is definitely better in person than described! The home is fully stocked and then some. Around the clock security, breathtaking views from the rooftop, and a bada$$ condo. The noise that is mentioned from Margaritaville is not bad at all. We used it as our music for our Al fresco dining. It was off by the time we returned to the condo (why would you be inside that early at night in PV?) . The location is spot on. Everything is brand new and freshly painted. Saw the cleaning lady almost everyday for the building. Everything was top notch. A definite must on your list- do not miss out on this opportunity! We are already coming back!

Jonathan’s condo is absolutely beautiful, and was even more stunning in person! Jonathan was always easy to reach as well as the Property manager Juan Carlos. We had all our questions answered quickly and were also given recommendations for great local eats. The condo location is perfect with short walking distance to the beach, Malecon, and tons of restaurants! This gave us the perfect ability to explore the Romantica Zone with ease. The condo was equipped with everything we needed including a well stocked kitchen and beach towels. We also took advantage of the private chef that Juan Carlos recommended and it ended up being one of the most memorable parts of our trip, with one of the best meals we have eaten! We enjoyed listening to the live music coming from Margarita Grill which is directly across the street. This was also convenient for late night snacks or a quick drink. The rooftop pool area was our favorite spot, the bar, loungers, and speaker made this area relaxing and fun. Our only complaint is that the pool closes a little early at 10pm and doesn’t open again till 8am. We would have loved some extended pool hours for a late night or early morning swim. Overall we enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return!

If you are looking for a condo that is located in Zona Romantico, this is the best! Perfect location for a fun day at the pool or a quick walk to the beach. Night life is all around you with plenty of walkable restaurants, bars, and clubs! It can be a bit noisy in the master bedroom but it never bothered us or stopped us from getting great sleep! The building public spaces are clean and very nice, relaxing, and open with plenty of space to spread out. Do yourself a favor and book this condo if it’s available!

Place is fantastic. Bedrooms are spacious and AC works great. Location is prime. Everything and anything you need is nearby. Very safe neighborhood even at night. Most places are Cash only. A few of The big stores and restaurants take CC. If you need cash there is an ATM machine around the corner. Again the location is prime, beach like two blocks away The balcony is a great place to drink your coffee in the morning while viewing the ocean! You will love this place

Condo was very nice and equipped with everything you need as if you were staying in your own home. We loved sitting on the huge balcony and enjoying the scenery each day. Easy access to many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Vallarta. Thank you for having us!

We loved this building and location. It's central to everything you'd want to do in the Romantic Zone. The patio was great for gathering outdoors and we loved the rooftop amenities. I would stay at Jonathan's condo again without hesitation.

As soon as we booked this condo I received a phone call from the owner to go over a few details, immediately he made us aware that we would have to check in a bit later than usual and wanted to make sure we were OK with that. He also wanted us to be aware of the music from the bar below us on the street, which was loud, but we were OK with that and appreciated that he told us about it first. My mother, brother, sister & I went on this trip to spread some of my dad's ashes, so this wasn't exactly a 'vacation' for us. After his recent passing, this trip without him was very difficult and we felt so at home and enjoyed the condo and the rooftop pool for many sunsets and quiet afternoons. We also enjoyed how centrally located it was, so we were able to venture out on our own to shop, or go to the market in the square or a walk on the beach. It was perfect and we look forward to booking this unit again for a vacation. Thank you Jonathan and Juan Carlos for all that you did to make our difficult trip such a wonderful one. Best

The Oceana condo was absolutely fantastic and we loved both the space itself as well as the location... literally a couple of minutes from the beach, shops/restaurants and nightlife. We highly recommend Jonathan’s condo to anyone wanting to experience the heart of Zona Romantica. It is perfectly located near the beach and above the sites and sounds of Basillio Badillo. Great views and well stocked. Very spacious and easily accommodated our group of six. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for nine years now and this location was are best experience so far.

Awesome location right in the heart of everything Zona Romantica!! Walk to everything including Concha’s Chinas and Old Town. Margarita Grill directly across is active with live music most nights. Amazing views from the pool!

This beautiful condo never ceases to deliver on all the comforts you are seeking and claims to provide. This last stay was my third/fourth time staying there, and have never had any regrets. The only difference with this stay is there is construction to a new high rise not too far so you may hear some construction noise but that will soon go away once that project is completed. Don’t let that disuade you from considering this place as everything else greatly out ways that minor detail. I definitely recommend, and I definitely look forward to staying there again!

This condo is fabulous. Great location with easy access to restaurants, bars, the beach and good shopping. The condo is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Great views from the living area and patio. The beds are super comfortable and the rain shower in the bathrooms are so soothing. We would definitely return.

If you're looking for a place to stay that has it all, look no further! Casa Sea-Esta is conveniently located to everything you will need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Restaurants, Starbucks, Bar's, and the beach are all within steps from the building. The unit is wonderfully appointed and decorated, and the rooftop pool area provides stunning ocean views, perfect for watching the sun go down. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very spacious, including the smaller bedroom with the queen bed. There is a housekeeper that came to clean during our stay, which is included in the price, and we were able to schedule in advance which day we wanted them to come. We choose mid-week and it was prefect. The place is extremely clean, with comfortable beds, and lines. The washer/dryer in unit was also an added bonus! We booked Jonathan's place in January, pre-pandemic; however, Jonathan was absolutely great at keeping us updated on the local travel and Covid restrictions. His communication throughout the process was amazing. The unit is professionally managed with a 24-hour concierge. When we arrived to check in, we were greeted by Juan Carlos, property manager for Jonathan's unit. He took us into the unit, showed us around and answered questions. He even helped us schedule a few things to help pull of a surprise wedding proposal for a couple in our group! Overall, our stay was great, and was due in part to having a wonderful, well-appointed and conveniently located condo. We will definitely book Jonathan's place again!

What a great condo! Definitely a must stay. The condo was beautiful and so spacious. Johnathan has done an amazing job making this a little piece of home in a tropical environment. Everything from check-in to check out went smoothly and allowed us to have a fantastic stay.

I have vacationed in PV seven times, and this unit is by far the nicest I have enjoyed. Other reviewers have accurately described the centrality of the condo: near the endless shops and services of the romantic zone and a short walk to the beach. The benefit of being proximate is counterbalanced by the din of the city: There is constant noise coming from the street -- music from the bars and clubs, revelers, maintenance of nearby buildings. This did not bother us, but others may prefer a more tranquil vacation. The condo itself is meticulously and perfectly decorated and boasts an abundance of supplies (paper towels, cookware, beach bags and towels, etc.). And the items are high quality -- not the bottom self, cheap, only basic necessities offered by most AirBnbs these days. It is like staying at a very nice hotel replete with small touches to elevate your experience. Enjoy.

Jonathan’s place looks beautiful in photos and let me tell you - it’s even better in person. The apartment is very stylishly decorated and the property manager JC was so nice and walked us through the entire property. The rooftop is unreal. The casa could not be in a better location - it is blocks from the ocean, tons of great restaurants and cafes, and so much more. The one note I do have is that if you are a very light sleeper, don’t sleep in the main master. I live in the city at home so the noise from the street was no problem for me especially considering the lovely noise machine that Jonathan has on the bed stand. Jonathan was incredibly quick to respond and very gracious whenever I had questions. We are already planning/hoping to return again!

I’ve been in PV many times but this location is to die for. Perfect distance to the beaches, restaurants and adventures in the hills. You will not be disappointed.

Every room was stylishly decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything I could need. The building has an amazing rooftop infinity pool, as well a gym with better equipment than I have at home. Needless to say I want to stay here again when I visit PV.

If you like to be in the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta Zona Romantica, this place is perfect. A beautiful condo with all the amenities (AC, Laundry, Stocked Kitchen, Internet, Cable, etc.), with an amazing rooftop, friendly doormen, and walking distance to everything you could want to enjoy this neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to PV!

Fantastic location close to dining, shopping and beach. Comfortable and well laid-out apartment, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool is a showstopper.

Excellent location in PV, walk to just about everything or really easy to catch a cab. Clean, new condo with a beautiful balcony. Building staff was extremely friendly and helpful, 24 hour front desk. The whole family (including teenagers) loved this condo.

Jonathan's condo exceeded my expectations. Beautiful decor with excellent amenities and great service from the management company. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Juan Carlos who provided us with a tour of the complex and explained everything we needed to know about the 3 bedroom condo. The condo has everything you need with breathtaking views to the beach, downtown area and the beautiful green hills in the background. The condo is located close to very nice restaurants , local bars and the beach. The rooftop infinity pool is wonderful with excellent views to everything. Both Jonathan and his management company are very quick to respond on any questions or suggestions you may have. I was a bit skeptical when I saw some reviews about construction noise, which we had none of. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta. Thank you so much to Jonathan and Karel management for making our first trip to Puerto Vallarta an unforgettable one. Will definitely stay here again.

Really a fantastic apartment, great design, good energy, very functional space, nice finishing touches, etc. The rooftop pool, bbq, fitness area is where we spent most of our time enjoying the view and the amenities... The apartment is right in the center of it all with great restaurants and everything you would need. The area itself is a bit noisy, but the apartment better isolated from the noise than others we have experienced. Everything was immaculate, great host, we would and will definitely rent this apartment on our next trip to Vallarta.

Our family and friends stayed 5 nights at the Casa Sea-Esta. Jonathan from the minute we booked our stay was extremely attentive, and honest about the construction going on at the different levels inside of the building. Since it is a new building and still under construction it made me very concerned about the noise level and construction activities disturbing our vacation. We clearly wanted to understand where construction was taking place, the start time and end time of the activities during weekdays and weekends, and if all facility/amenities (e.g. pool, gas grill unit washer and drier) were operational. Based on his descriptive response of where the unit is located in the building and the close to complete construction activities with fully operational condo/roof it provided me with an ease of mind so after a family discussion we decided to keep the reservation, this was a decision we did not regret. Jonathan’s responses were always explicitly detailed and informative the high level service received became routine and every reply went an extra mile to not only address my concerns but to make sure of introducing other information and options to consider that could potentially make our stay more comfortable and convenient (This is not your average host, very professional and the best way I can describe my experience was it felt like I had a personal concierge, tour guide, and host all combined into one). When we arrived to the site skepticism set in and I was worried that we made the wrong decision because of the construction material, equipment and workers outside of the building. There was no heavy machinery however the sight of cement bags and construction work taking place while you walk with your luggage toward your vacation living accommodations produced a scary outlook of what to expect, last thing I wanted to wear with my swim suit was a hard hat. Eventually by the time we entered the condo and inspected the unit our worries turned into admiration. The living space interior design is beautifully constructed, granite kitchen and marble bathroom countertops gave it an elegant appeal, wood details, lighting fixtures, and huge balcony pleased our sight. The view to the street action and beach on the horizon was nice as well. The living room and master bedroom share a sliding wooden door that allows the space to become an open plan which give the occupants a welcoming feeling. On the technology side the unit is equipped with a Bose speaker with crystal clear sound, so you don’t have to bring your own. As well as smart TV’s that are tricky at first to figure out how to control (I would suggest the host provides a TV remote control guide to learn the basics because it can get complicated) same for the AC it wasn’t as difficult to control but please note the AC is soundless so you really have to pay attention to the AC control to determine if it is ON or OFF.
