From the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right choice. A villa with unique architecture, enhanced by abundant natural light, and tastefully furnished. Everything was there to make us feel comfortable: the pool (wow!), a well-equipped kitchen, terraces to enjoy at any time of day, comfortable beds, and incredibly friendly hosts! Donna and Israel provide outstanding support: always responsive and available when needed. And as a bonus, a peaceful area at all times and away from downtown Tulum (thank God!)! In short, we were absolutely delighted! Highly recommended without hesitation!

We were there only briefly, but would come back. It was very conveniently located for restaurants in the evening and nice neighborhood.

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks here in October. We were really unlucky with the weather so we weren’t able to enjoy the roof terrace or garden for much of the time but it was rainy season , so not unexpected The location is great for Calle 7 which suited us and there’s a great food delivery app called tomato that can deliver great food we used it a lot and also visited the huge supermarket for groceries A few hiccups with hot water/internet but Israel sorted them quickly If I were to make some suggestions: The villa generally could do with a little maintenance TLC at the moment The oven and tumble dryer didn’t work and lots of cupboards didn’t close due to warped (beautiful) wood None of these things affected our enjoyment but just felt like the place needs some TLC before high season arrives! We would definitely return it’s a lovely spot and ideal for working whilst on vacation as the office is superb A tv in the lounge would be a nice extra!

A beautiful house, really huge, on 3 floors. The neighborhood is very quiet and the surrounding jungle is lush. You can come across all kinds of animals. Very well-equipped house and well located in relation to Tulum. We were unable to enjoy the outside of the house because the tables, chairs and sofas are located under the canopy and therefore full of fruit and residues fallen from the trees…too bad. Nevertheless, we were charmed by this house that allows you to live "inside-outside" thanks to the gigantic bay windows. In addition, we thank Israel for his help during our installation.

The person who welcomed us, Israel, was very kind. He was also very responsive when it came to dealing with an appliance problem, he was able to bring a repairman within half an hour, the problem was resolved, thank you to him. We recommend this place

We felt right at home staying at the villa for a month. Beautiful interior with a very nice pool. Donna and Israel were extremely helpful along the way starting from help with car booking and to little questions we had during our stay. Convenient location to the main road and walkable to multiple restaurants. Would love to stay there again

Very nice accommodation in a quiet area. We had some problems with appliances and water in particular, which were resolved by the host during the stay.

Donna’s place was exactly as advertised! And the amenities exceeded my expectations. The home is beautiful and was spotless on arrival. 10/10 recommend if staying in Tulum.

It was a great stay! The host even brought us water, beer and snacks! The house was a bit far outside, so downtown was almost only accessible by car. But very quiet and safe!

Donna is an exceptional host. If I were to give her a rating on 100% she would get 150%. That says it all!!!

Donna’s villa is amazing. Located in a prime location in the magical Tulum - it is a perfect home to retreat to while enjoying the vibrant life of the city and surrounding attractions. I had a visceral “Ahhh” moment each time I walked in the door. Donna and Israel were both top level hosts and helped make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible - always welcoming, friendly and responsive whenever we needed anything. I wouldn’t even think twice about staying here again on our next Tulum trip.

20/10. We stayed for just 4 days, but it couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s walkable to coffee, yoga, spa, restaurants, you name it - it’s all within a 10 minute walk. But this pales in comparison to the service we received from our hosts on this trip. From setting up in home massages for the group, transportation, options for an in home chef, to bringing ice and bandaids at the drop of a hat to accommodate us. There was little to no detail missed here - a perfect stay, honestly. Would highly recommend.
