Aleyda

A nice, well appointed apartment. We enjoyed the stay and the location is good--near some good restaurants, easy to get an Uber from the security gate outside, groceries and pharmacy right nearby. Bathroom and bedrooms are spacious. We had some noisy neighbors as the units are close together. This could happen anywhere. Aleyda was responsive and reported it to building security, though it didn't have much effect.

Loved our stay! This unit has the best views of the pool and beach. So easy to get down to the pool or go to the beach too. We loved the little patio with sliding doors and spent a lot of time sitting there watching our kids play. Would certainly stay here again.

Great spot. Will book again in the future

My family of 4 had enough room to make us feel like we were in our home away from home. Our very best airbnb experience, I would 1000% book Aleyda’s place again. Some great perks: welcome snacks and beverages after a long travel day were so kind and appreciated!! Toiletries, tons of towels foe bath & beach, safe, nice beds, so much more! Water cooler - HUGE for Cancun, boogie boards made my teenagers shriek in joy. Washer & dryer to pack clean clothes for our return home, huge master suite, breathtaking views, lots of patios, nice pools, gorgeous stretch of beach. Right behind a shopping center with a supermarket, which we enjoyed eating over a restaurant (excellent baked goods, deli, hot meals were all amazing). Aleyda’a attention to detail shows!!!

Beautiful location. Very well stocked upon arrival. Host was very responsive during stay. Mid-week housecleaner service was amazing. Loved the purified water dispenser. Only minor complaint was the size of the hot water heater...could only take one 4-5 minute shower before allowing heater to refill. But we staggered our showers and learned to finish quickly!

This was our first time visiting Mexico so we weren’t sure what to expect. We were debating between here or an all inclusive resort with a family of five. The condo was simple and suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the cozy quiet family feeling down at the pool. We loved watching the kids walk to and from the pool and be able to see them from the condo. Two of the bedrooms have gorgeous views of the pool and the ocean. The kids loved that the mall was across the street. We went about everyday to the grocery store or one of the shops for lunch. Both the public transit bus and our pick up for XCaret activities was a 3 min walk. There’s also a cute ice cream shop two doors up from the condo. We used the boogie boards everyday in the ocean. Our family had a wonderful time. Kids comments: - People in the hallway can be quite loud next to the kids bedroom. - No toys in the pool, even small diving balls when there was no one else in the pool.

the host was very nice to leave a large assortment of drinks and snacks. And a large 5 gallon water. the Location is fantastic, easy to get any where. FYI there is a bus that goes up and down the main street 24 hrs a day and they come by every 10-15 mins. at $1 a person,and is easy decent. And way cheaper than taxi. Taxi is way more to get almost any where. The grocery and mall are 2 mins from the apartment walking. It's a Beautiful area very quiet and was not Busy at all. there are two pools. FYI the Jacuzzis have no heat ever they said. kitchen has everything you could need to cook anything. the water pressure in showers and toilets was kinda weak. you have to hold it down on flush multiple times. the staff is awsome and so kind around the property. Fyi The seafood restaurant closest to the apartment is not very good and was over priced. Best thing about this apartment was Location location location. But it was great stay, highly recommend it. Pictures are accurate of the home.

Aleyda’s villa is right on the beach! 4 balconies with an unobstructed view of the pool and the beach! It was one of the best villas in the building in my opinion! Aleyda was so sweet. She left us fruits and drinks in the kitchen as well as lots of filtered water to drink. The house is well equipped and spacious. It is a 2 story villa, and the living area balcony walks out right towards the pool and beach. Excellent place! Definitely will stay again on our next trip to Cancun! Thank you for hosting us.

Location is perfect, Peaceful and Beautiful! There is a pharmacy, convenience store, super market, medical facility and mall within 100 feet of property. Police station and fire department within 500 feet. Close to everything you may need within walking distance. Security is excellent and hospitable. Free parking is a plus and they will ask for you to leave picture ID so you return their resident parking pass when you leave. Beach and pool are just steps away from the condo! The condo is beautiful and located in a great location with a great view of the pool and ocean from both floors. the condo was clean with modern rooms and a lot of space. Aleyda was very responsive and an excellent host! I would definitely return to this location. Thanks Aleyda!!

Everything is impeccable, large and comfortable, furniture all in good condition, great location, ocean view, direct beach exit, pool overlooking the beach. 100% recommended.

excellent location and accomaditions

The Villa was very clean and instructions for check-in were super easy to follow. We had a great view of the beach and the grocery store was across the street so we could just walk over. The villa contains all the cooking tools you need, pots, pans, as well as dishware. There was even a lime squeezer for my margaritas! Aleyda even set up some birthday decorations to surprise my sister when we first walked in. All around a great place to stay.

This place is great. It was our first time booking an Airbnb in Cancun and we were a little concerned about security at a condo vs. a resort but on arriving we realized there was nothing to worry about. There is security guards 24 hours a day at the front gate and on the pool/beach gate. We felt very safe the entire time we were there. The condo it self is just as pictured. All bedrooms are upstairs where the front door is located and the living areas are down stairs where a sliding patio door leads to a shared patio area and very fast easy access to the pool/beach. This is such a benefit compared to typical resorts where the walk from your room to the beach is often an elevator ride and a long walk. The snack bar at the pool is very good and opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner. So if you don't feel like going across to the mall (which has a great grocery store) or down the street to the many restaurants its just a few steps to the snack bar where they have a variety of choices.

Great location, just feet away from the beach if that's all you want to do and only a few steps from public transportation. we found several walkable restaurants and stores. The place is spacious and accommodating! Definitely recommend.

Highly recommend staying at Aleyda’s place at Villas Marlin! The views of the ocean are breathtaking from the villa with very easy access, just steps to both the pool and beach. The Villa was very clean and had everything you would need to cook meals, plus amazing welcome amenities that we did not even expect but were absolutely perfect for a late arrival! And what better location, as you can just walk across the street to a plaza with a full grocery store open late, as well as many shops. Don’t underestimate the convenience of this without having to drive or take transportation for any food or necessities! Security was always attentive as well as the pool cafe staff and general maintenance of the property. I would say this location has one of the widest and best beach areas of the whole hotel strip as well. Midweek cleaning service was a nice added touch. There are also plenty of beach towels, some wave boards and snorkeling gear, and great AC units that were controlled by each room. I could probably go on and on but that should say enough to make this the choice to make. We certainly will again!

Aleida is a wonderful host and the apartment complies with all the photos posted and I believe that being there already, it exceeds all expectations, very clean and safe with a spectacular view of the sea equipped with everything you need . The supermarket and a shopping center across the street , an immediate exchange house also , the main Boulevard of Cancun just 100 m away, all the most visited restaurants in Cancun, five 10 minutes away, it is truly a place that I recommend 100%. I spent it with my family and we were a group of six tremendously comfortable.

There is just too much to say… The place was centrally located the supermarket was right across the street the mall was a quick 10 min walk away not to mention the beach itself just a few steps away. The view from the two bedrooms and whole downstairs is just picturesque.The house itself has everything and anything you might need! Any questions/concerns the host is available to help out and the cleaning staff does an amazing amazing job!!!! All in all My whole family enjoyed the place!!!

The apartment is amazing and even better than shown in the pictures. We loved staying here. It has a great view of the sea which was one of our favorite things. The pool area is really nice and has a snackbar (which we didn't try, but is very conveniently located). The area is safe with a big shopping center right across the street with a supermarket where you can stock up on food to cook in the big and well equiped kitchen. There is an easy access to public transportation and taxis. Last but not least, Aleyda was an excellent host. Always helpful and very responsive. We would love to come back here!

Not only is Aleyda one of the best hosts we've ever had on the platform, everything she offers in her home is actually outdone. Everything is in perfect condition and perfectly equipped. The apartment, the location, the facilities and cleanliness are excellent. A few steps from the beach and the pools. Highly recommended and will definitely be our first choice to return to Cancun.

Plaza Kukulcan is right across the street with an ATM at the entrance and a grocery store as well. take bags! there is also a bus stop in front of the plaza where buses pretty much take u anywhere for 12 pesos.

We absolutely loved staying at this condo instead of at a resort! The condo was very spacious and had every amenity you would ever need. The fully-stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking, and there is a supermarket in the mall literally feet from the condominium building. So convenient! The best part was the view of the ocean from the bedroom. The pool was just down a few steps, and access to the ocean just past the pool. We walked/ran along the beach every morning - it was magical! The host is so friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. I hope to return and stay at this airbnb again!

I was blown away with everything about this home. It was so pretty and clean. I felt safe staying there, the location is great too!! Shopping mall right across the street. Aleyda responded to any of my inquiries almost immediately. I would 100% recommend staying here. I am hoping to come back and will definitely stay here again.

Our stay w Aleyda was one of our best Airbnb experiences!! Our villa was clean, spacious along with great views and only feet steps to beach. Added bonus was that she took the time to leave snack treats fruits and few drinks along with a welcome birthday sign.This villa is totally safe w guards 24/7 , very friendly staff too. Pools are fabulous along w great snack bar. This was a awesome holiday w friends!! We had so much fun and our looking for Tom coming back. I definitely give this place a 5 stars. Totally recommend to a few friends already too.

Beautiful condo right in front of the beach. Aleyda was so quick in answering any questions I had including restaurant recommendations. The place was very clean and everything worked perfectly, waterpressure in the showers was awesome, the condos had a calm atmosphere, which is what we were looking for! Overall, totally recommend!!

This apartment is beautiful. The condo is right on the beach and has stunning views. Upon our arrival we found the place super clean and drinks and fruit waiting for us. It is fully stocked with lots of towels and all the cooking utensils. The AC was super cold and worked throughout our stay. Would love to stay again if ever possible!! Book it don’t hesitate.

Aleyda's condo was the perfect place for our family vacation! The condo was really clean and located in a great area, close to shopping and dinning. We would love to stay here during our next visit to Cancun, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation!

This place is in a gated resort, ocean front, very safe and close to everything with easy access to public transportation and taxis. Aleyda is very responsive and checked on us periodically. We came for my daughter's graduation and Aleyda decorated the villa for my daughter and even had a cake for her along with a framed picture of my daughter. I assume they found it on Facebook but that level of kindness was very impressive. I would definitely come back and stay here. The Oceanfront balconies from the master bedroom, guest bedroom and dining room are perfect. They even had cold beer and soda waiting for us. This is a very nice property. Thank you for hosting us.

I don’t write reviews... This place is magical... the ocean view will blow you away, the pool is amazing, and the apartment is great. Close to everything! Check-in was as easy as it comes, and Google maps took us right to it. Super host - 10/10 stars!

We had a wonderful stay at Ayeda’s villa on the beach. The complex Villa Marlin is a bit old, but still a good compromise when you need a 3 bedroom without breaking the bank. The house is spacious and have about everything you need. The location is amazing, right on the beach, pools and shopping malls.

It's very good at home

It was a great experience! Great location. Aleyda was very thoughtful! She even bought a birthday cake for my mom's birthday and prepared a birthday banner. I would come back again.

I almost don’t want anyone to know about Aleyda’s Condo but that would be selfish of me ! First off .... so clean ... beds were so comfortable that my family of 6 would sleep in .... perfect for family with kids, living room was cozy and accommodated our whole family , the dining room was perfect for dinner and game night , the kitchen was hooked up with literally everything you could think of to make dinner and coffee - even had a big ice cooler for day trips - towels for the beach - washer and dryer (with kids this is the best) - literally would have brought much less clothes had I realized this luxury ! Spent every morning looking at the ocean and the evenings in the outdoor common seating area facing the ocean had an amazing draft to end your evenings and feel relief from the humidity - and well the AC’s cooled all the bedrooms and entire downstairs with ceiling fans in every room - I mean the list really goes on here ! Now Aleyda ... she is soooooooooooo nice and very communicative ! This was really a dream come true trip- I will add that it felt nice to be away from the crazy side of Cancun - it didn’t feel touristy - it felt like I was home ! (Oh and the supermarket is literally in the shopping mall minutes away) also rented a car and was able to park for free ! So convenient! For people that have children and want something safe, peaceful and clean ... this is the spot ! Thank you Aleyda - your home is beautiful and We feel blessed to have a dream vacation !!!!!!

Great place to stay, excellent view to the ocean, and great communication, we had a problem with one of the A/C Mini-splits, and they changed it for a NEW one right away, I recommend this for Sure! You wont have any problems

This property was everything we hoped it would be for our group of six. Everything was as expected with the exception of no hot water for the shower but that was really not a problem. The convenience of the shopping mall across the street which included an excellent grocery store was great. Also very convenient to use the very inexpensive public bus service around the corner.

Beautiful views, great place to stay with family

What a great family vacation. It was my wife and two kids(4 and 2). Aleyda was very helpful and made sure we had a great trip. The place was super clean and everything was very comfortable. The location was perfect. Great grocery store and restaurants all within walking distance. The pool is right below the apt which made it great to go to and from the pool with kids. The view from the patio was wonderful with the great breeze. Would highly recommend this place to any family.

Aleyda’s condo worked well for our family of four. It was our first time in Cancun and we felt safe with the security guards at the entrances to the complex and the lifeguards who took their jobs seriously! The unit was comfortable, we enjoyed the terrace for breakfasts and morning coffee. The beach and pool were in front of the unit. She even had different drinks and snacks for us on arrival. You can park your rented car or ( like us) use the inexpensive bus system just around the corner. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Grocery store across the street on 2nd level of the mall. We were able to join some tours to Tulum and Cobá and they picked us from the security gate, so it was very convenient. The beach was beautiful, within a 5-10 minute walk there are jet ski rentals and massage cabanas! There are fans in every room and AC’s. We used the dryer for towels regularly. Aleyda arranges the unit to be cleaned mid week at no cost to us. Not a huge issue but one thing to plan for is possibly getting extra drinking water and toilet paper since untimely running out of either one isn’t good :)

Excellent location and experience in common areas.

Spacious in the common areas. The smaller but sized bedrooms are a good size. Ideal spaces for family coexistence. Great location . Great attention from the host. The apartment is impeccable. I recommend it 100%

This is probably our 10 or 12th time in Cancun and by far the best experience. Aleyda is an amazing host and her place is gorgeous. The beach is fantastic and we could find everything within walking distance (in previous locations we had to take a bus or taxi to the mall and restaurants). I only wish we have found this apartment sooner but we will be back for sure !!

We love to stay in Villas Marlin! The complex is in a wonderful location: right on the beach, convenience store down below, grocery store across the little alley street in the mall, so easy to catch a taxi or bus outside. Aleyda’s condo is beautiful, decorated nicely and fully stocked with pans, dishes, blender, washing machine and dryer, tv’s, etc. This complex is very safe the security guards are nice and have been there for years. It’s nice that there are three different pool areas at the complex, including a children’s pool and an adult pool.

This place is Amazing!! Great location, amazing view and of course Aleyda is one outstanding host. The apartment is super clean she has everything and more you can possibly need for your vacation. The apartment has great space for family’s and easy access to the pool and beach. We had a Car Rental and always found easy parking. The pool area is clean and always organized. My family and I will defenitly stay here again when visiting Cancun. Thank You Aleyda!

Aleyda is an amazing host. When we arrived, she had a personalized note for the four of us, wishing us luck in the race we came to Cancun for, and fresh fruits, snacks and other treats. We had an issue with one of the air conditioners and she came by with workers to fix it immediately. Absolutely loved the apartment, the beach, and the host!!!

The place is very nice and the aleyda super service and the aleyda service is super ! It's in a great location and the place is taken care of. I would definitely come back.

The value and location of this condo are unbeatable. We have stayed in this building before but were not expecting such beautiful and spacious apartment. Aleyda was very friendly and kindly provided some snacks upon our arrival. This was our third year traveling to Cancun and definitely the best of our three rentals. We were given enough toilet paper and toiletries to start our stay but needed to grab a couple more things for our group of four. Not a negative, just a heads up to future guests. The supermarket in the mall behind the building has everything thing you would need anyway! A bank with an ATM is a one minute walk away, as is a bus stop. Would definitely stay again.

Villas Marlin is in a super central area. I had washed other apartments in this same set but none like this one. Beautiful apartment is. It has everything you need to get to the apartment, bring super (what is in front of the apartment ) and not have to go out at all. Fully recommended!!! Aleyda has many good welcome touches and to make you feel at home.

We had a great time! The thing we liked best is that the building is right on the beach. So the only thing separating Aleyda's apartment from the beach is the nice pool that's visible in the photographs. Also: the apartment is pretty spacious and has a great kitchen, so it's easy to feel comfortable. And Aleyda has an Internet connection!

Very nice for five or six people

Aleyda was a fantastic host the promptness of her replies to any questions and issues alone was great. We had an issue and Aleyda went out of her way to make sure everything was resolved to MY satisfaction. The location is great (about 20 min and a $30 taxi from the airport), right in the hotel zone, across the street from a large mall (groceries, pharmacy, restaurants etc) easy bus (less then $1) or taxi to anything else you need. The unit was nice and clean with amazing views and more than adequate space for the 4 adults and one infant in our group and could easily fit more people. Steps from the main pool and powder sand beach. Equipped with just about everything you need, she even went out of her way to supply us with a pack and play type crib when she saw we were traveling with our infant. AC in every room worked great. 24hr security and lifeguard on site. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this property to anyone.

Everything is just wonderful

My family of 4 stayed in the condo for three nights. It was perfect for us in terms of location, size and amenities. Great views right from the condo and you just have to step out to get to the pools/beach. We helped ourselves to some fruit, drinks (beer and water) and snacks that Aleyda had kept in the kitchen. The air-conditioning was good but there was low water pressure from the showers. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
