Very nice place, comfortable, close to the kiosk and has a good parking space. Communication was easy and very friendly. The pool is very comfortable, suitable for children and also for adults. It has a good depth, they have board games, a ping pong table, TV and very good internet.

We were with three families in Mauricio's house and had a great time. The tower room is beautiful, the view breathtaking. All rooms were lovingly decorated, there was great Mexican dishes, beautiful details throughout the house, from the pictures on the walls, to the pillows, or vanities. The garden is well maintained with beautiful flowers, a great view, there was something to discover everywhere. The staff Mel, Victoria and Gilberto were extremely accommodating and did a great job. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Unbeatable stay. I highly recommend this house. The garden is beautiful, as are all the corners of the house. From the rooftop tower you have incredible views of the mountains. Amazing location 5 minutes from downtown Malinalco and there are shops nearby. SUPER hosts, Mel welcomed us and gave us a tour of the entire house with instructions for everything and was very attentive during our stay. Victoria, the lady who helped us with cooking and cleaning, was also super friendly and helpful. I would happily come back and I highly recommend it.

We spent Thursday to Sunday as a family (11 people). The house is just as it is in the photos, it is beautiful and spacious. The pool has water at the ideal temperature to have a good time and enjoy it. Mel was super friendly and attentive to us. I recommend hiring the services of Mrs. Vicky, she is a very nice person, willing to help, and cooks very well.

The house invites you not to leave it during your stay, just bring the appropriate provisions so you don't have to leave. The pool with the view of the mountains, zen. The house is a bit far from the center, but that brings a lot of privacy and tranquility to your stay. As it is a house with extensive green areas, be prepared to see the occasional arachnid, they are part of the stay.

We spent two days at Mauricio and Mel's house for my birthday and everything was great. The house is super comfortable and very nice to spend the day with friends and family. We had all the amenities that are advertised and we just wanted to come back. Totally recommended.

We har a wonderful long weekend with friends in this beautiful house. It is perfect for two families. Pool is warm and big and great fun for small kids and comfortable for adults. The view is amazing and location is quiet and private, but still in walking distance from town. We got excellent help from Veronica, and Mel made sure the check in and out process was smooth and efficient. We highly recommend this house - and Malinalco is without doubt our favourite pueblo mágico near Mexico City! Mil gracias - we will be back!

A wonderful place, with our host (Meli) we always had excellent communication, the stay is a dream, the place is divine, every corner of the house is beautiful, super recommended.

Pool is brilliant. Great temperature. Communal kitchen/dining/living area perfect for big groups to socialise in. Hosts are good communicators and very helpful. Victoria the cook/cleaner is excellent if you choose to employ her. Only 10 min walk into Malinalco. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice and big. Be aware that the mattresses are rather hard. The place is rustic, colourful and has character.

The house is beautiful, the communication is very good, they help a lot to organize. Everything was very good, even the details that they leave you organic coffee, tea, shampoo, quality shower gel... We felt right at home!

This is the second time we have stayed in this house and we like it more and more, it is very nice and clean. We walked to downtown without any problems. We really enjoyed the pool even though it was very cloudy, with the option of being able to heat the pool with the gas boiler. Compared to other houses where we use the boiler, the truth is that the extra service is at a very good price. Also, the lady who helps in the house is excellent. Super recommended !!!

The house is truly beautiful, very spacious, cute touches that make the stay very pleasant, all very well cared for, and a lot of attention to detail throughout the house. Very tasty for a weekend! The service is also very good, always attentive if something is needed or anything, they respond quickly.

A gorgeous house in a peaceful location - an important detail since many other homes I’ve stayed in in the area have at least one barking dog nearby- with lots of thoughtful touches like a water filter on the sink, color-coded towels in the rooms, screens on windows to let in some fresh air but keep out mosquitos, and a very well equipped kitchen. We were so happy there and never wanted to leave! A 15 minute walk to town, yet away from any street noise. The beds were quite comfortable and my son loved having the option to hang out in the shallow end of the pool.

Mauricio and Mel's house is super comfortable and functional, as well as having a very nice garden and very nice details. If all that adds to that the landscape is super beautiful, you have everything to spend a few incredible days. Mel always responded quickly and was very attentive to what we needed. There are no words that do justice to a beautiful house, a great stay and a warm reception and hosting. We spent five sunny days enjoying the beautiful pool with the perfect temperature, magically decorated rooms, a kitchen equipped down to the last detail, and dozens of other attractions, such as the fruit trees. We will return without any hesitation.

MEL IS A GREAT HOST WHO ALWAYS RESPONDED TO US QUICKLY AND FRIENDLY. THE HOUSE IS SPECTACULAR AND HAS VERY GOOD TASTE IN ALL ITS DETAILS. THE ONLY THING THAT I THINK COULD BE BETTER IS IF THEY HAD 2 MORE BEDS. BEYOND THAT... I WOULD RETURN AGAIN.

We loved the house. We were 4 families with 4 young children, and everything was great. The pool is clean, warm, and has a children’s area. The rooms are clean and each has its own bathroom. The kitchen is superbly equipped, even with children's dishes. Plenty of space in the garden. I highly recommend it.

You will find a place full of style with details for every corner of the house, which is impeccably maintained and in an unbeatable location due to the proximity to the center of Malinalco (you arrive walking a few blocks away). The bedrooms are very spacious and each has its own bathroom. If you like to cook, you have a spacious and well-equipped kitchen at your disposal. The magic touch, in addition to the decoration, is the garden full of plants and trees that surround the house and that allows you to have rest and recreation areas, and out of it not much, the table in front of the pool invites a pleasant coexistence with a spectacular view. Mauricio, Mel, Mrs. Vicky and gardener Jorge are always with the best willingness to support you in everything.

An excellent destination and a beautiful country-style house full of details that make you feel right at home, surrounded by gardens with local flora and fauna, as well as fruit trees and a pool with warm water in magnificent condition. The house is clean and excellently maintained, and it is a 15-minute walk from the town. Truly a wonderful experience, especially if you are traveling with a large family.

It is the perfect place to rest as a family, the house is very spacious, comfortable and super well equipped and only a 10 minute walk from the village. The garden is large and beautiful, with lots of mature trees. The view of the mountains is amazing, and communication with Mel was very friendly and effective. Just a reminder that the pool relies on solar heating, so the water is quite cool this time of year. I highly recommend it!

This house exceeded all of our expectations. It was perfectly located in Malinalco and our arrival and check-in was stress-free as communication with Mel was warm and laid back. We came for a getaway from our vacation in Mexico city with family (including 3 toddlers) and the house was more than ideal. The design allowed everyone to have their own space (and bathroom) and to unite us all in the common areas to cook, enjoy the pool, bbq, etc. The house's architecture and it's tasteful, Mexican design (including a colourful mural) makes this stay truly unique. We felt like there were so many beautiful details that made our stay all that much more enchanting. The pool was warm and the garden was immaculately cared for, teeming with fresh fruit, flowers and butterflies. Needless to say, the toddlers were happy to explore and run around this ample and beautiful space. One of the gems for the adults was the view from the loft on the top floor. The panorama of the cerros and lush foliage surrounding the house is absolutely stunning. We also loved the ping-pong table at night - so much fun! We very much enjoyed the tranquility, beauty and uniqueness of this lovely home and we hope to return one day. Gracias Mauricio!

The land is large its gardens and beautiful decoration, my family and I were very happy to bring a telescope. Regarding the attention of Mauritius and my quick response in every way. The value of the cost justifies every penny.

Hello, My family and I really enjoyed the stay at the house. It is quite large, the bedrooms are spacious and very well laid out, the decor is amazing, the pool and garden area is very relaxing and, in general, the house is very clean and very well maintained. You can see that they take care to keep everything in good condition. Check-in is very easy, as the location is quite accessible. The check-in instructions and the house guide are very clear, you will have no problems getting there or making proper use of the amenities that the house offers you. From my point of view, the house offers everything you need to rest and spend excellent family time. You'll find everything you see in the photos, just as it is. During the stay, the inclement weather (rain) caused us a small problem with the pool, but I would like to highlight that both Mel and Jorge were always in contact with us and proposed various alternatives to resolve the situation. Mel was always on top of us, his communication and availability were excellent from the time the reservation was made, before arrival and throughout the stay. I definitely highly recommend this house and I will not hesitate to book it again on my next visit to Malinalco. Regards.
