Lynn was very timely about all communications. The condo has undergone extensive renovations and is absolutely gorgeous inside and outside. It is steps away from the beach, so we had a mixture of grass, colorful bushes, sand and water. We were close enough to hear the water all the time! The condo is very well-equipped in all the bedrooms, baths, kitchen and living room. I have stayed in other condos that were ok. This one is a gem!

Excellent option, it has everything you need, excellent location, the place is very safe and quiet. It's full of details!

It is a quiet place, very clean, very well located, you have beautiful view through all the windows, the condominium is very well equipped, you do not need to take anything of your house, only what you want to eat.

An excellent place to spend time as a family, quiet, if you are looking for relaxation, it is in another place but definitely as a family it is better there than in other places, it is a little far from where you buy everything in San Carlos but if you take your things and want to rest and spend some time is the place, very relaxed

It is in a prime location, practically on the shore of the Estero del Soldado. A very well maintained and equipped space, with an excellent distribution of rooms. We really enjoyed our stay (being a family with a range of 95 years at 20 months). We will definitely be back.

This is the perfect location for relaxation. Easy check in at the front gates, house was well stocked and clean. Beds were comfy and sand was steps away. Can't wait to go back.

The condo is special. Very roomy, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Great A/C. The pool isn’t the greatest but the beach is awesome and so close to the unit. We totally enjoyed our stay.

We are traveling to San Carlos to visit family who live in Empalme, Sonora. I wish we could have stayed longer, because we were only there for three days. We stayed at 126 Pilar Condominiums, which Lynn manages. It was the best decision we could have made. The condo is perfectly located, facing the ocean, with a wonderful view. It also borders the El Soldado Estuary, a natural park with a lagoon, flora and fauna of the region. It is very close to San Carlos and 15 minutes from Guaymas or Empalme. The region is full of spectacular landscapes. The condominium is very spacious, very comfortable and with excellent maintenance. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining room. Furniture, bed linens, kitchen utensils, details, everything in general is very good quality. It is fully equipped, including a table and barbecue on the terrace. In addition, Lynn and the condominium staff are very friendly, attentive, warm and efficient people. We always felt welcome and supported whenever we asked.

This is a spectacular place to stay and Lynn is amazing. We’ve been coming to San Carlos for three years and several tones a year. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The AC is cold, tastefully decorates, and there is plenty of space (huge kitchen which is rare for Pilar).

This place is the best for a big family or group. Right next to the beach with beautiful views. The kitchen has everything you need and clear directions for whatever you want. I will come here again (and again).
