This is a standout of Airbnb's that I have experienced. Comfortably housed three couples with plenty of spaces to unwind and relax. The host was responsive, helpful, forgiving and made the experience even better. 11/10

This gem had amaxing amenities , in unit w/d, sauna, rooftop hot tub, BT speakers throughout. We used it all. It was so close to Av. p de la reforma that takes you to the park and every Sunday it closes to cars so you can rent a bike or go for a long walk or run straight to the park! It was so convenient to all the different neighborhoods and also had their own coffee sweet spots and markets. This is great for 2-3 couples that want to be together and have great space and want to be lively. There is no AC so you do have to open the windows for air which can be a little loud at night because of the liveliness. Because it is very vertical, there are four levels, it’s good for adults that can easily go up and down stairs. I would not recommend for families with kids. Ivan, the co-host, was the icing as he was super responsive and was like a concierge for anything we needed like a private car booking or hot air balloon company recommendations. He truly made us feel like home!

Host was great and very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would highly recommend anyone to book with him.

We had a great stay at Andrew’s Airbnb. It is located in a great neighborhood with may restaurants and is close to Roma Norte.

Very unique property with great decor and plenty of bathrooms (including on the rooftop deck area). Lots of space to hang out.

Our stay was exceptional, as Andrew's place is located in the heart of Mexico City. This is a complete house, very spacious, with three large bedrooms and several bathrooms throughout, which was perfect for our family. The kitchen is superbly equipped, and every corner of the house was spotless. The location is unbeatable, with restaurants, bars, museums, and theaters within walking distance, which meant we didn't waste much time getting around. Also, the terrace is wonderful: with a hot tub and a fire pit, even if the night was cold, you could still enjoy it. The heated pool and the spa area with steam and sauna provided us with a super relaxing atmosphere. Iván, the host, was amazing: always attentive, communicating with us from the moment we arrived and explaining every detail about using the house. He also helped us arrange a massage service at the house's spa. Definitely an unforgettable experience. 100% recommended!

Fantastic place! The house was absolutely beautiful, and the neighborhood was full of great restaurants, coffee shops, and everything you could want within easy walking distance. Our family especially loved the hot tub and fire pit on the roof deck. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The space was beautiful and the host was extremely responsive. We ended up hosting a dinner and they helped us organize having a chef prepare the meal. Loved the jacuzzi and the rooftop in general. Everything looks just like the photos.

Beautiful place! Very spacious and you can’t beat the view from the rooftop! There are so many places to walk to and eat from. Also, Ivan and Andrew were great host. They setup all our major transportation. Definitely recommend!

Great spot and central location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooftop jacuzzi and fireplace seating area were lovely. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the host provided lots of towels and robes. The included massage was a nice bonus and Arturo was very responsive to any questions and concerns and also picked us up at the airport. There are lots of stairs and we found the beds soft so if that is a problem you might want to stay elsewhere but we were very happy here.

Our family’s first time in Mexico City was made more special by the care of the concierge provided by this Airbnb, so a big thank you to Arturo who was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The home does have a lot of stairs so be aware of that if traveling with older people or small kids. Aside from that the home is beautiful and in a walkable and safe location. It was extremely quiet and beautiful on the inside just as pictured! We also utilized chef Alex’s services, he was fantastic and catered a delicious feast for our family dinner. We would definitely stay here again, as it had so many amenities and was extremely comfortable for our family of 7.

Great place with lots of room and lots of amenities. The firepit and the jacuzzi were a fan favorite amongst my group but we made sure to give the heated pool, sauna, and steam room a go as well. Instructions on operating all the amenities were laid out very thoroughly and Arturo was super responsive if we had any questions about anything. The kitchen was well stocked and equipped with anything you might need. All the rooms had plenty of closet storage space. The free massages were a nice touch and Andrew has set the bar high for subsequent Airbnb stays.

Perfect airbnb for exploring Roma/Condessa and surrounding neighborhoods. Ivan and the house manager Arturo were super responsive and helpful with tips. Dont sleep on the spa (heated pool, steam/sauna, cold plunge) — amazing amenity!!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb and couldn't be happier with my experience! The accommodations were fantastic, with all the facilities working perfectly. First and foremost, the apartment was absolutely beautiful. The amenities—ranging from a driver, private chef, and massages—were a highlight for all of our guests. The owners also gave us wonderful recommendations for local spots to try, and every one exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend staying here; take your time to enjoy both the property and the city. Definitely coming back to CDMX & I have the perfect place to stay for our next trip.

The place was incredible. Modern, luxurious, clean, with amazing amenities. We were impressed by the spa level, with the pool, sauna, steam room, and massage room. Walkable to lots of cafes and restaurants.

This newly built townhouse was the perfect spot for our group. We enjoyed the location which was close to restaurants, bars, groceries and the park. The amenities were amazing (e.g. steam room, sauna, pool, and jacuzzi) and we enjoyed the included massage. The house had luxury finishes throughout and was kept spotless. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Andrew’s home is truly a work of genius. Located just a few steps from Paseo de La Reforma and down the street from a strip of fantastic restaurants my stay was an excellent example of hospitality. Andrew and Ivan were ultra responsive and went out of their way to answer any questions promptly.

Multiple comfortable common spaces to hang out in. 3 ensuite bedrooms, great for a group of couples. We had a wonderful stay! The spa was fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly, giving us a great tour of the property. A well curated space. The location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Ivan’s place is great for families as my daughter loved using the pool while her little brother napped. Kitchen was well equipped with a huge fridge which meant we could grocery shop and have everything we needed with plenty of space in the rooms. The location is solid, but not prime. Not a huge deal since you can Uber cheaply. Floors were a bit dirty but that may just be part of the CDMX air. Some quirks to the with attempt to be high tech like shower buttons that were finicky and outdoor lights that were difficult to turn off at night, but otherwise a spacious and well equipped home. Pool, roof deck, etc are a nice touch if you plan to need to spend time in the house.

The space is just as it is listed and is in an ideal location surrounded by the best districts with all necessary amenities within walking distance. Given its proximity to major banks, the US Embassy, and leading hotels, the neighborhood is extremely safe and well-trafficked. The home is pristine and gorgeous. All in-home amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sound system, projector, steam room, washer, dryer, etc., etc.) operate flawlessly. Ivan and our local host Arturo were absolutely amazing - timely, clear communication, friendly can-do attitude, and very attentive. It was a wonderful stay, in a wonderful property that I can't recommend highly enough.

An oasis in Mexico City, we appreciated the serene spa atmosphere & amenities, and the proximity to all the excellent cafes and restaurants in the area. Andrew and Ivan are thoughtful, responsive, and helpful hosts and we’d highly recommend staying at their place.
