This location was perfect for anyone not looking to leave the hotel zone. Groceries, pharmacy, etc all extremely close by.

The directions to find the condo were a little unclear, should have said go to end of parking lot and go left to the pool area, then you can see villa numbers, but with some help from a worker walking around we found the place. The inside was as described. Definitely heed the warning about not leaving any food items out on the counter as little tiny ants will appear. Or drink caps...ours was a gatorade bottle cap that attracted them. They were VERY responsive to an issue with the half bath toilet seal leaking. Great location, mall and supermarket across the street and some restaurants in walking distance. Beach was beautiful, the rolling cooler was a great addition. I am not sure if the "jacuzzis" were working. They were not hot and not bubbling when we looked, but maybe there was a button to push to make that happen? It was a great experience for 7 of us celebrating 50 years! They also were amenable to a slightly later check out. Thank you Leticia, Liz and Erika!!

The apartment was incredibly accommodating for our group of 8 adults. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect. There was grocery store right across the street, a corner store and pharmacy literally next door, and tons of restaurants within walking distance. The pool was a great bonus, and the beach being just steps away made everything even more enjoyable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Leticia is a fantastic host, and I would absolutely recommend her place to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a beautiful setting. Can’t wait to come back again! Gracias por todo!!

We had a wonderful stay and Leticia was amazing. The pool and beach were great. We took trips to Isla Mujeres and Tulum. The OXXO is just a few doors down and the market in the plaza was very convenient. Leticia responded immediately with suggestions and any maintenance problems we had. The Condo is very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. We watched an amazing thunderstorm one night. It was beautiful. The AC’s worked great to beat the heat outside. The pool was amazing. We spent many hours enjoying ourselves and talking while swimming and having fun. There’s a stand that serves food and drinks. They made a great Miami Vice and the chicken nachos were delicious. We are very grateful we chose Leticia’s condo to stay at. We had a wonderful vacation and were able to relax. Thank you Leticia for everything.

Everything at this place is spot on. Location is great, beachfront and walking distance from most of the restaurants that you want to go to. Pool area with small restaurant was convenient for poolside snacks and drinks during the day. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, overall everything was great.

My stay was incredible! I recently stayed here with a group of friends and it was perfect for our needs. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Check in/check out were very simple and the instructions were very clear. The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay. The hosts were always very responsive. The location was perfectly located on the beach. It is an area that has many restaurants and shopping close by. We enjoyed watching the Pelicans fish right in front of the condo. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend for a few couples of extended family.

Great accommodations and the hosts were very helpful and communicative. They had great recommendations for things to do and airport transfers. The view was great and we were close to local transport to downtown. Felt very safe and welcomed.

Super friendly and helpful host who really helped us through the hurricane we were stuck in. She made sure we were well sheltered and she was very responsive to all our queries, going beyond her job to ensure our wellbeing. The place was huge, clean and well stocked. The locations is as described!!! It was beautiful and clean… the host were responsive with anything we needed. We were a party of 10, but due to an emergency it was a party of 8. Make sure all people staying or visiting is on the list. Security is tight… but I like it that way. We will stay again and we do recommend this AIR bnb.

We had an amazing stay at Leticia's place with our family of 8! The hosts are extremely communicative, friendly, and helpful. The unit itself was definitely a highlight - it is absolutely stunning and looks exactly as pictured. Extremely spacious, immaculate, and well stocked with everything we could need. And you can't beat that view from the deck! The condo complex location is perfect - a two minute walk to the grocery store, a 5-10 minute walk to loads of different restaurants, and an easy 20 minutes from the airport. The condo complex itself is functional, well laid out and well kept. The pools are small but pristine, and the gorgeous beach is literally RIGHT there. I would recommend this place to anyone, but I would particularly say that it is perfect for families that are interested in something other than the mega-resort, all inclusive experience. We loved it!!

We stayed at #218 in Condo Villas Marlin. The apartment is 30 feet away from the beach. We had a great time in Leticia's apartment. The property was stocked well with clean amenities and well thought out touches. There are A/C units in all the bedrooms and in the living area upstairs. There is ocean view from the upstairs kitchen and living area. There were beach chairs which we used during our stay. There is a mall right across the entrance to the condo complex where we could get groceries.

We really enjoyed the stay, it has everything you need in addition to a beautiful view , the sea at the foot of the building and very nice pools.

The host was fantastic. On site for the check in and showed us to our unit and checked in by text periodically to see if we needed anything. The unit was in great condition and matched the photos. Had everything we needed, including bottled water, coffee, lots of towels for the beach, etc. The building was older but the unit was in very good condition. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. 3 pools and access to the beach. The mall next door has a large grocery but convenience stores were all around. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. Urgent care and police station are nearby if you need them but we did not. Safe and secure area.

The place is super nice as shown in the photos, away from the beach and super well located. Communication with Leticia was exceptional, attentive at all times and thoughtful with us! I would definitely recommend it and stay here again.

Other than a few mishaps (one when we arrived that Elizabeth took care asap and another with the security on our last day) our stay was perfect. The condo looks exactly like the pictures and is supplied with what you need. Elizabeth is awesome. She answered all our questions and concerns quickly. Check in and out is very easy. The condo is very safe as it has security at the entrance and throughout. Close to a lot of restaurants, Soriana, Mall, and OXXO. Would definitely recommend The host and Elizabeth.

We had a wonderful time at this unit. The location was great, right on the water. The apartment was clean and spacious. WiFi worked well. What really stood out was the great and responsive communication from the host, who would check in periodically if we needed anything and was very easy to speak to. Highly recommend this unit!

Comfortable unit with great gathering spaces and 4 legitimate bedrooms, two with 2 queens each! Was ideal for my adult kids and their spouses plus a room for baby and (me)grandma and grandpa! Walk to dinner and grocery, great beach and pools. Relaxing!

Great location

The condo is perfect for a family on vacation together. Everyone has their own private space with plenty of bathrooms (3.5) and you can still be together for meals and chatting. The pools are lovely with drink and small meal service. The beach and water are gorgeous. You can see the beautiful blue green water from the living, dining, and kitchen of the condo. Across the street is a mall with a grocery store, coffee shop, and some restaurants. Plenty of other restaurants are within walking distance. I recommend Buena Barra (not only good food but excellent presentation). The condo also has plenty of basics like spices, coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. The bath towels are nice and plush. The condo even comes with pool towels.

The host was super helpful and accommodating! This was a perfect spot for a bachelorette trip with lots of space. All the beds were comfortable and clean and unit provided beach necessities. There are quite a few stairs to the unit so be careful with a lot of bags. We had our taxi help us on the way out and the host helped on the way there.

Super place for our party of six to stay. They even let us check in early. The AC worked wonderfully. Perfect location for restaurants & the three pool areas so nice. The little bar & grill on site was the perfect touch & opened very early in the am . Ocean right out the front door just beautiful 😍.

This place is absolutely beautiful. It felt like I was staying at a 5 star resort. The hosts responded to my messages in seconds sometimes. We had someone celebrating a birthday and they decorated the apartment and gave us a cake for free. I’d definitely recommend this place. There were securities 24/7. However, they sometimes harassed us. I was walking to the pool when a security walked up to me asking if I was staying at the property; this happened twice. Other than that, this place is great. 9.9/10.

This is a great apartment that hosted mine and my sister's family. It looks great, beautiful views to the ocean, right there at the beach. It's very close to some of the great restaurants, right behind the Kukulkan plaza with a grocery store, shopping, ice cream, restaurants and luxury boutiques. The owner and an apartment manager were great at communicating, always so friendly and very helpful. A pleasant surprise was a water dispenser in the kitchen. We didn't have to buy bottled water. We had a great vacation and a family reunion. Thank you, Leticia!

We had a great stay at Leticia’s place, very much suitable for our family of 3 adults and 3 small children. It looks just like in the photos - you can see the ocean and hear the waves from the living/dining room. Having 2 pools on-site and being steps from the beach added a lot of value. There were pool toys that we could use, and we got a crib for our youngest. There were several nice restaurants at walking distance (~10 minute walk) and a large grocery store in the shopping mall across the street. The experience would’ve been even better if there would’ve been a dishwasher (and a few lunch restaurants close by) but these are minor comments. It’s definitely a place we could see ourselves coming back to several more times.

Outstanding. Could not have found a better villa for our family reunion. Beautiful and spacious villa. 3 pools with poolside bar and snacks. Beach just steps away (literally 3 steps away). Mall and groceries across the street. Bus stop 1/2 block. Walk to restaurants and stores. A true paradise in paradise. WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK!

This Airbnb did not disappoint at all! The hosts have all ( and I mean all) of the basics covered and have thought of everything you could need ( plates, cups, can opener, even soap for the washing machine). The location is also super convenient, literally a few steps away from the beach, and incredible view, and pool access. As a side note, if you are traveling with a larger group, they do only allow one single car in the parking lot.

Wonderful hosts who have great communication and are very kind. They even left a cake for me in celebration of my birthday! Very clean and the location is wonderful with lots of stores and transportation around. Make sure you read all the pool rules of the building as security is very strict about them.

The stay was beautiful and exact with the pictures. I did see previous reviews that stated there was no hot water, however the water was not a problem it worked perfectly with no issue. There's 3 seperate pool areas and easy access to the beach which was beautiful. Its also walking distance to shopping, food , groceries etc. recommend taking the bus is in the corner. its safe and people are nice and guide you if needed. The host is very attentive and replies to any needs. Only thing security is very strict, we had to check out 11am however host let us leave our belongings until our transportation came to take us to the airport. Other than that the stay was beautiful, will come back again with my family. thank you so much, godbless 🤍🙏

Best experience ever at an Airbnb. Came for my bach party with a large group. The location was perfect, close to the mall and ilios this Greek restaurant that is a must go. Rooms were perfect and spacious for 7 of us. The host was soooo accommodating and helpful so grateful for her assistance this trip. Only non positive experience was the guards by the main pool were very strict otherwise it is a 10/10.

I stayed here with a family of 12 and it was perfect. No issues with the showers. Basically every room has a working AC and supper close to the beach.

This unit is exactly as advertised! Wonderful layout, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and living spaces and best of all STUNNING ocean views!! If you are looking for a beautiful, safe location with quick access to all the restaurants and activities, this is it!

Leticia was a great host. She was very responsive. We had a group of 5 so we would frequently run out of items such as paper towels and toilet paper, but she was quick to answer and provide extra. The place is also right next to the beach which is great.

Nestled in the heart of Cancun, Mexico. This property is 15-20 minutes from the airport and about 8 minutes to the strip on the bus for 12 pesos. The property is equipped with a full kitchen, microwave, and washer and dryer. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs and 1.5 bathrooms upstairs. This is a 2-level property so you have to walked up the steps to reach the kitchen and the other bedroom. The balcony faces the beach but the view could be better. The property is located right by the Kukulcan Mall where you can purchased name brand designers such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Fendi, Cartier and many more designers. Ruth Chris Steakhouse is also located on the premises. The other mall which is walking distance but I suggest you take the bus because its really hot to walk in the sun you can purchased Louis Vuitton and many other designers. The property is in the vicinity of Rosa Negra and Taboo which is a 3-5 minute car ride away. The host is easy to get in contact with and she responds quickly. There was an issue and she fixed it right away. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in Cancun.

The place was extremely comfortable for my group of 7 girls. The location is 10/10, right on the hotel zone, in front of the prettiest water. As with any hotel, make sure to keep all your valuables in the safe at all times. We requested cleaning daily, and it was 1000% worth it. I would absolutely come back here. The host was so easy to reach at all times.

I stayed here with a group of 7 July 17, 2021. The air bnb was great. It was clean, it was in a good location, the interior of the place was nicely decorated and the host responded to all of my questions. The only semi-down side was the water was warm not hot. I would definitely stay here again! 4 stars!
