Very nice place! Great views, great area. We felt safe and comfortable!

Zach’s place is a perfect spot for a larger group, the penthouse was very nice and you can’t really beat the location. We had a car but Ubers are very affordable and we ended up using them more. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and beautiful airbnb. Just like photos and is located in great part of Guadalajara. Host was very responsive and helpful as well. Gave us all the tools needed for the visit. Would recommend 10/10

Zach is a great host and highly recommend staying at his place! He gives great recommendations and is in walking distance to literally everything. If you stay here check out Lebrel across the street for neopolitan pizza! The owners and workers are funny and the food is great.

We absolutely loved our stay! Location was perfect and just a few blocks from Guadalajara’s historic center. There was plenty of space for our group of 6 and everything was very clean. We especially loved the views from the terrace! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Guadalajara and will recommend to everyone we know!!

Zach is a terrific host and his place is amazing. Excellent location - a lot of cafes and restaurants. Check out Lebrel across the street for fabulous pizza (sourdough crust is delicious) and Obrero (on main level of the building) for breakfast and coffee tastings. Zach’s place is nicely furnished - some places feel sparse and cold but not Zach’s. He also has two big parking spaces included! He was responsive and really made us feel like he cared about us - he communicated frequently and when I thought I left my phone there, he went over right away and looked for it (I had it all along!). I would stay here again.

Zach’s penthouse apartment in Colonia Americana is close to restaurants, is spacious, has really tall ceilings, nice kitchen and fridge, with a large and beautiful terrace. The building has good security and a few good restaurants on the first floor, notably Obrero. Importantly, the mattresses are excellent! I felt that he tried his best to accommodate my stay.

This is a beautiful place and really great deal in a beautiful calm neighbourhood. Schedule some time to just stay at the apartment and enjoy the rooftop views!!

A very pleasant experience. The place speaks for itself. It is a space that invites you to rest in a unique, tidy, safe setting with an excellent location, very close to Av. Chapultepec. Zach is always attentive, friendly, with excellent communication, initiative and helpfulness. He welcomed us in the best way.

Zach's apartment is amazing; its décor and layout make for a very pleasant stay... the terraces and city views are a 10, perfect for spending the afternoon enjoying the sunset with friends and a drink in hand! The apartment's location is fantastic, close to Av. Chapultepec, with a wide range of restaurants and bars just a few blocks away... and at the same time, the area where the apartment is located is very quiet! Zach was always very attentive to our needs, responding quickly to all our questions. The check-in was also excellent, with clear instructions at all times... Zach was flexible with our check-in and check-out times, which really helps when planning your trip. I highly recommend staying at Zach's apartment! If you're visiting Guadalajara, don't hesitate—you'll be in one of the best downtown areas in the city, and your stay is guaranteed to be a great experience!!

Phenomenal. It was a great location, well equipped. SECURE with an AMAZING view. That is the spot where my family and I will be staying when we visit GDL.

Very spacious and easily accessible apartment. Keep in mind that access to the second floor is via a fairly narrow spiral staircase, but it is definitely worth sleeping on the second floor because of the space and the amazing views. The kitchen was equipped, and there was everything you needed for the bathroom and bedrooms. Great for large groups who like to walk around the area. We would definitely stay here again ;)

It's an amazing apartment, very well maintained, very tastefully decorated, with an excellent panoramic view, in a super nice area that's great for walking, close to restaurants and Av. Chapultepec. The building's security guards are also very friendly, taking care of all the security details. It was a memorable stay for the family; some of them didn't even want to leave the apartment! Thank you so much, Zach, for your kindness and hospitality, even from a distance.

A spectacular place to stay in Guadalajara. We traveled together with another couple, and the space was perfect for us -- very spacious, comfortable and well-maintained (the Airbnb photos are accurate!). The views from both main floor balcony and upper terrace are stunning. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods of the city – very walkable with plentiful great restaurants, and because we stayed over a week, we used the well-appointed kitchen for several meals. Zach is a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. We would definitely book again.

A very good place to spend time together

Zach’s place is what Airbnb was all about when it started: hosts welcoming people to their homes. Zach welcomed us himself, was always available, and gave proactive recommendations. A true Airbnb experience! The apartment was next-level cool, with one of the best views in town. Our stay was an amazing experience and worth every penny! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We loved this place so much and it was perfect for two couples and a tween traveling together. Sunsets on the upper patio and views were stunning. The house is well appointed and the host is responsive. The neighborhood is walkable with great restaurants and easy to walk to train or catch an uber to centro. We absolutely would book with Zach again.

We had a wonderful stay at Zach's place, the apartment is super spacious in an extremely well maintained community. We really enjoyed the terrace with great views and ample space to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. The location is extremely convinient and close to multiple highly rated restaurants and cafe. Zach is a fantastic host who was always willing to answer any questions, I would definitely be coming back!
