The stay was amazing! We went for my bachelorette and it was the perfect place. The bedrooms were amazing and the pool was the perfect place to kick back and soak up the sun. They also had amazing recommendations for chefs and transportation! Highly recommend!

We had no idea what we were in for on this family trip to PlayaCar. That being said, from the moment we arrived, this villa exceeded every expectation. Gabby and her incredible team Maribel, Tere, Paco, and Chefs Pedro and Luciano provided impeccable, thoughtful, and expert-level service that made us feel genuinely cared for. The home is stunning: spacious, modern, spotless, beautifully designed, with comfortable beds, excellent A/C, smart technology, and ambient lighting that creates an amazing atmosphere. The glass-walled master suite is unforgettable. Outside, the infinity pool, lounge areas, hammocks, grilling space, and lush jungle filled with monkeys, coatis, and tropical birds create a private paradise. There was truly nothing missing. Playacar itself is beautiful, safe, and so inviting that we found ourselves imagining living here. This wasn’t just a vacation it was a luxury experience. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. Book it. You won’t be disappointed!

Sebastien's home was immaculate and gorgeous! We had a large group (14 people total) and the home was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. The pool was communal areas were large and very clean place. Gabby was very courteous and thorough with instructions - always available to answer questions. We will certainly consider this for future trips to Playa del Carmen. Highly recommend.

This villa was incredible! The photos do NOT do it justice - it's far better than pictured! Lots of rooms, comfortable and large king-sized beds, fully-functional kitchen, pool and back patio. Wi-Fi was good speed. It's truly perfect for large groups. Gabby was incredibly responsive from the time of booking (often responding within seconds), during trip preparation and following our arrival. We had a little hiccup during which the villa we had originally booked had a heater issue, but luckily they were able to put us in another unit next door! She helped connect us with a local taxi driver to help us to/from the airport and local private chefs (who gave our crew our two favorite meals, better than the restaurants) and was very flexible with us. They brought us extra soap and shampoo promptly. Only improvement would be the availability of make-up towels (given we were a large group of girls!) Would highly recommend this villa ANYTIME. Will definitely be back with family!

Man, where do I even begin…? This place is absolutely stunning inside and out! The photos on the page honestly don’t do it justice and it looks even more incredible in person. I had the pleasure of staying here for a bachelor’s trip and every single one of us thoroughly enjoyed our time. The property is extremely secure, beautifully maintained, and full of amazing spaces to relax and enjoy. I honestly wish I had more time to explore everything it had to offer. On top of that, Gabby’s assistance from the moment we booked through check in and check out was exceptional. She made us feel completely at home, and every question or request we had was handled quickly and professionally. Her hospitality truly elevated the entire experience. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I visit Mexico. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

This is without a doubt the best Airbnb me or my friends have stayed in. Gabby is also the most helpful and responsive host I’ve had. I always feel like nice Airbnb’s like this don’t live up the photos. This is actually be even nicer in person than the photos. I went on this trip with friends but want to come back with my family. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone coming to Quintana Roo!

Gabby was a fantastic host - she was extremely responsive and always was there to help us with anything we needed! From the moment she greeted us, we felt like her friends and felt so at home. There were 12 of us for a bachelorette trip, and she had great recommendations for a driver and chef for our group. She even came over and took pictures of us so everyone could be in the pictures! The house itself somehow was even more beautiful than the pictures. 10/10 recommend to any large party.

The house is gorgeous (pics do not do it justice) and their house host Gabby and recommended driver Juan in particular were just fabulous!!! We spent most of our trip at the house because it was so great. The area is beautiful and a walkable private community. Absolutely recommend staying here!

The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Gabby and her team were fantastic hosts, attentive and very responsive. We booked Casa Sueño for a joint Bachelor/Bachelorette trip. As our first time in PDC, we were nervous about logistics for a large group, but this team put us at ease immediately. Before arrival, Sebastian talked us through so much - logistics, timing, and contacts. We felt in good hands instantly. The villa itself is a true "Dream House." It’s the most beautiful, spacious, and clean home we’ve stayed in, with every amenity needed for a tropical escape. However, the heart of this home is our hostess/ tía Gabby. In an era of "hotel-style" Airbnbs, Gabby differentiates Casa Sueño with genuine care. She made us feel safe, at-home, and like family. She even checked in a day after departure to ensure we got home safely! We also highly recommend their affiliates: TT Kiin (Juan Carlos & Manuel) for seamless transport, and Chef Pedro & Juan for a delicious, intimate private dinner. If you want to experience Playa del Carmen like familia, book here. We can't wait to return! 10 STARS!
