New villa for 21 people

The host was so friendly. Easy to work with. Beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a must stay here. So serene and private.

Our family stayed here this past week and had a great time. We were able to have family go on morning runs and felt safe and had 2 kids with us who loved the pool.We got to explore lots while we stayed here.

We stayed in this magnificent villa for a team retreat with 16 people, and everything was absolutely perfect. The host was extremely kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which made our arrival much easier. In addition, she referred us to a trustworthy person who took care of our transportation to the airport. As for the villa, it was impeccably clean, everything was in order and met our expectations. The house is literally incredible, both inside and out, and many of us had never seen such a large residential pool before—it was almost like being in a hotel! The air conditioning worked perfectly and the house was extremely well equipped for the number of guests we had. In short, our stay was flawless! We enjoyed every moment and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for an exceptional place to get together.

This dream home was the perfect home base for our party for my brother and it's very central to food and golf courses. There are bathrooms in every room except one and the home is very clean and open. The host was great and assisted us in every matter we had and made our stay perfect.

The photographs provide an accurate view of the house. It is large, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our group of eight adults/one adolescent/four kids stayed 7 nights. We were there in late July - hot and humid. The AC worked well. Despite the heat, we spent a lot of time in the outdoor living area and at the large pool. The pool was a highlight for our whole group; we spent many fun hours in the water. Other than day trips to Tulum and Xcaret, we spent most of our days at the house. Although physically close to Playacar Beach, because much of the beachfront is occupied by hotels, it's about 2 km to the public beach access. We hired Chef Pedro Bermudez and Luciano to prepare breakfasts and dinners - all delicious, and they clean up afterward. I highly recommend Chef Pedro. The charming house manager, Gabby, was responsive, provided excellent service and answered all our questions. Minor criticism: the intimate lighting in the principal bedroom was inadequate for reading.

Really nice outdoor space. The house was beautiful and a great stay with a large group. The air conditioning was nice for the hot weather.

Fantastic home. The place was amazing to host friends and relax by the pool. The place was even better than the great pictures. Everything lived up to and exceeded expectations.

Amazing house!!! The house manager really made the experience great for us she was super attentive. House itself was super enjoyable and comfortable for a big group of us. Only downside is the accessibility to the beach as it’s not close by walking distance, they do recommend taxi/car service. Check-in could be a little more accommodating but I understand it’s a big home and cleaning has to get done!
