I went with my family. We had a great time in the apartment, the view is incredible and the apartment is very well equipped. My son really enjoyed the pool and the others enjoyed walking on the beach and we also took the opportunity to have the food delivered so we didn't have to move much (since we went from Thursday to Sunday).

Excellent place, the beach, the apartment, everything

We had a great time at this condo. Incredible penthouse ocean views / balconies, with direct pool and beach access. We loved the infinity pool and the palapas on the beach directly behind the building. Sunsets were amazing. The condo itself was clean and well-appointed. Communication with Harry and Claudia were fantastic - they went out of their way to accommodate us and we got a ton of great recommendations for our time there. We loved this place, and would stay here again the next time we are in PV!

This was my first time using Airbnb and I must say that I am extremely pleased with the experience. I was nervous in the beginning, as this was the first time we had traveled to Mexico, but I must say that everything was quite delightful. We had a terrific stay! Harry was an excellent host, always quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had. And the penthouse is gorgeous! Very spacious, with a great vibe and impeccable views of the ocean. The pictures on Airbnb are quite nice, but really do not do the place justice. The second I stepped into the penthouse, I was blown away at how beautiful it was. With its relaxing energy due to the natural lighting as well as interior design (Feng Shui all of the way!). The amenities were also very good as well as the nice details here and there– beer and juice in the fridge, complimentary breakfast the first morning, etc. My family and I had a very nice, relaxing stay and would definitely book with Harry again the next time we make it down to Nuevo. We highly recommend it!

Harry’s place was absolutely amazing! The penthouse was very spacious and modern, yet comfortable. The views, especially at sunrise and sunset were breathtaking! The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds, extremely comfortable allowing for the best night’s rest we’ve had in a while. The space was also very clean and to our surprise the refrigerator well stocked (beer and wine for the adults and juices for the kids). And not to mention, the complimentary breakfast was delicious! Authentic Mexican dishes, which really made our day as we did not have to leave the penthouse in order to enjoy a great meal. It also took the stress off from having to get groceries the night prior. The building itself felt very safe due to the security guards ensuring that only authorized guests were allowed to enter. The kids also had a great time at the pool and the beach was one of the best I have seen in Nuevo Vallarta! The location was also ideal, as it was in a very quiet beachfront neighborhood, yet only a short taxi ride away from many restaurants and stores. Our host Harry was also very attentive, responding to all of our inquiries immediately. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to future renters.

The space itself is spectacular...the views are stunning and on a beautiful stretch of beach. Lots of great walks along the beach during our stay. There is a nice beachside restaurant right next door...and the pool to the complex is warm and inviting. A wonderful stay.
