Juanpa

Juanpa's place exceeded our expectations. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable, well kept, and exactly as pictured. What really made the stay, though, was the location: the beach is just a short walk away, and the surrounding neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with streets that were great for running in the morning. Juanpa was an excellent host, responsive, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. If you're looking for somewhere that combines a great house with a genuinely magnificent setting, this is it. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Everything is very good, the house is very comfortable with everything you need for a large family, the rooms are spacious and with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Juanpa was always attentive to answer questions and needs. A couple of suggestions would be to install Wifi extensions to cover all the rooms, and the microwave didn't work, but otherwise I would definitely come back, Thank you so much!

The house is beautiful and very spacious. The beds in all of the rooms are great size and very comfortable!The host did great at answering any questions but all rules were very clear. He would respond as soon as possible and stayed in touch throughout stay to make sure everything was smooth. The area is nice and quiet easily accessible to a lot of places near by. A couple of downsides were that we rented this house to enjoy the pool and it was unable to be used as it was under maintenance, there was no blow dryer to use while getting ready like most places have, not sufficient toilet paper for the amount of bathrooms the house has, no basic supplies such as napkins, laundry detergent. There is a small grill to use in the back, but no utensils to use the grill. However, would definitely stay again as all 10 quests who stayed in this house left extremely satisfied, really worth the price!

It was a great place to stay, and we have every intention of renting the wake home next year. Great communication, great condo at a great price!

It has ease of getting to the place, the beach is about a 15 minute walk away, there are several golf courses and "crocodile care" signs, there was no problem just being cautious. Juan Pablo was attentive to solve some details that we found in the house so it gives a plus to the attention.

Excellent house to rest, despite being close to the airport you can't hear anything with all windows and doors closed.

It was a very good stay. I made the booking for family who visited me from Guadalajara, and they enjoyed their days to the fullest. A very pleasant experience. The house is very spacious and has everything you need to enjoy your visit to the port. 100% recommended.

We loved our stay here. The pool was the best part for our kids. Juanpa was very responsive to our questions and even wanted to make our stay better by buying additional stuff for the place. The neighbors were very kind. The beach was super close by. We will definitely be back soon.

Juanpa was very responsive and friendly! One of the best air BNB I have stayed at for good value. Not walkable to many commercial areas however the Marina was a short Uber ride away. Same with downtown PV. Nothing a quick cheap Uber ride couldn't do. Would stay again when back in area. My other family members were staying at Bay View Grand and it was literally super accessible. The site was very quiet and private, the area was very good with excellent proximity to the airport and 15min from the seawall, the house was extremely spacious with all the services and amenities. The host responds quickly to messages and supports any questions or inconveniences. Of course I would go back

Villa Navarro: Marina Vallarta |Alberca|Asador| met and exceeded our expectations. The 5 bedroom home of which 4 are en-suites well accommodated our group of 7 adults travelling to Puerta Vallarta in April of 2024. Juanpa's home is spacious, well equipped and as a host is attentive and responsive to inquiries. An excellent choice stay for a large group.

Everything about this home was exactly as advertised. Perfectly comfortable for 8 adults in beds. Lovely open layout and within 15 min walk to the marina. Rooms were all basically masters with private bathrooms. Pool is 30 seconds away which was almost a private pool for us.

Pretty house, really comfortable , it could host a lot of more people that it allows, the kitchen has everything you need, plenty of bathrooms, big common areas, safe and quiet place (you can hear the airplanes but it doesn’t bother at night which is perfect), the laundry room makes a difference and they provide some laundry detergent which was great!, is not really walkable to anywhere but it’s close by car

Juanpa’s place was absolutely perfect! We had 8 people for our trip and not once did it feel crowded or small. The place was very clean upon arrival and the host was excellent with communication. I will absolutely be booking this place again when we come back next year. The AC worked impeccably in every room and kept us very nice and cool. The location was perfection for us! We were able to walk to the Marina everyday for meals or a coffee. If you’re not one to want to walk in the heat cabs are around every corner or Uber works too. The area felt very safe and secure and the locals that live in that area were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for having us 😊

Very comfortable and spacious home. It's stuck to the airport, so during the daytime you can hear the planes, but at night it's very quiet. Everything you need. A good choice for large families.

Everything was great; the host communicated with us at all times. There was a minor issue with the cleaning, but our host resolved it and made up for the problem. He is flexible, and the house is very beautiful.

As soon as you enter the house, you feel right at home. The house was very clean and neat. Everything was in place anything you need there is a laminated paper on how to wok the house and even restaurant recommendations. The showers were clean and the hot water pressure didn’t fail even for 4 gust showering back to back

Beautiful and spacious home in a safe gated community

Excellent property, very nice and with convenient amenities, and also very centrally located for everything you can do in the city. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi signal doesn't reach all the rooms; however, JuanPa was an excellent host and helped us a lot with questions and issues at our place. 100% recommended.
