Great space for Christmas dinner!

Carmen was always attentive and helpful. The house is well located, everything is as in the ad. The pool was fantastic and by paying the gas cost they turned on the boiler and the temperature was pleasant. Efraín was very helpful and respectful, always attentive. We will definitely be back.

More than I expected, I loved that they don't set any rules, as if you were in your own house. That implies greater commitment and responsibility to take care of and return the house in the same conditions. The pool was great, the children and adults enjoyed it a lot. The large garden and the house are very comfortable, as are the rooms. Carmen and Mr. Efraín, who takes care of the house, are very attentive and respond immediately. They were very accommodating with the arrival and departure times. I highly recommend it, we had a great time on the weekend, of course we will return.

Excellent location just a two minute drive to the former hacienda, ideal to stay if you come to weddings, clean and tidy. Ideal pool for a good time.

The house is spacious and accommodates several people to be at the same time comfortably. We found everything very clean and tidy. Communication with Carmen was always very prompt and efficient. Upon arrival and during the stay, Mr. Ephraim was very friendly and helped us a lot with doubts and anything in the house. We had a great time! I definitely recommend considering it, especially if there are several people or you have an event at Hacienda Chiconcuac. This house is very well located.

Very attentive to the needs that were required, at the moment the person who took care of the house was resolved by Ephraim. Just as a constructive comment I didn't really like that the room with the most beds was the one in the smaller bathroom. The pool doesn't get the sun, but paying for the boiler solved the cold issue. Very nice stay 😊
