I loved the house, traveling with kids is a great option. Maybe I would just add that they have a safety fence for the stairs for small children. The lady cooks very rich, eye ask very well what the cost of the service is. But it's worth it! Super rich kitchen! The hotel amenities are beautiful, the pools, water park area for children, we would definitely come back. Many thanks to Ricardo!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🥰🥰🥰

The main problem of the house is that it is listed with 4 bedrooms when in fact it has 3 bedrooms and a utility room next to the kitchen. As for cleanliness: the bathroom rugs are very dirty, the armchairs in the living room stained; at our entrance we saw dead roaches on the kitchen floor. Kitchenware is in poor condition - dishes are half dirty and have no tuppers or anything for food storage. The day we arrived, the outside room was dirty and we had to accommodate it, plus there was no hot water in the hot tub. The hotel did not have many listed amenities such as water park and lazy river. It is not the responsibility of the owner of the house but we thought you should have mentioned it before booking. The cook (Mrs. Elsa) responds very badly, she is not friendly, arrives late and charges expensive.

Que lastima encontrar a huéspedes como tú, si te fijas las coros viene las recámaras y tal cual son, si hay aspectos que mejorar en limpieza, lo revisaremos con la sra el Elsa, si tú molestia fue que no estaba abierto el parque acústico, es independiente a los servicios de la casa, pero que te digo, es una pena encontrar a huéspedes como ustedes.

Great location! Ricardo's service is always good and clear. The price is worth the accommodation, very comfortable and in good size. Even though the pool does not have a warm heater, but with the sun, it was very cool. I would definitely stay there again!
