The owner is beyond communicative, accommodating and made the trip 1,000x better than it already would’ve been. The staff was lovely and the villa is perfectly as pictured. Could not ask for a better host and experience. I even had a tooth crack at the airport on the way to the trip and the owner connected me with someone who could get me to a reputable dentist. I could recommend this villa and Tushar more. Thank you to them and ask for the French toast from Carlos the chef. It’s amazing!

Stayed with a group of 9 friends. The villa team took great care of us. Meals were delicious and we always left satisfied. Frozen margaritas always on deck. Great location with views from nearly every part of the house. 10 minute walk to the beach or into town, but be prepared for the uphill trek back! A few things to mention just so others are not surprised like we were. Dinner service is not included as part of the complimentary meals ($150 "gratuity"/dinner). Mandatory $150/day general gratuity as well. These along plus cost of groceries will be invoiced on the last day to be paid in cash/bank transfer. Our group had always planned to pay gratuity regardless, and in the end the staff truly deserved it anyway. The only issue we had the entire trip was getting locked out when the gate stopped working a few times, and unfortunately the first time it happened was on Sunday when the staff was not there. Would stay again though!

This 60th Birthday trip was one for the books for me and my 11 guests. All of us were extremely pleased with this entire set up in the beautiful hills of PVR. The container home outside. Just an amazing experience. The staff was especially welcoming and kind. Communication between us all was amazing. Their service was also more than exceptional. I could continue to write about the goodness of this experience but I don’t want to give a dissertation. I say if you can do it, JUST DO IT!

Tushar was extremely well organized and easy to work with leading up to the stay. The experience was as advertised. The staff were fantastic and friendly, and the villa was very comfortable. I'd certainly stay there again if I return to Vallarta with a large group!

Our group of 12 truly enjoyed our stay at NEMI Eco Villa. It was the best combination of a hotel and private house experience, perfect for a large group to hang out together but having completely separate and private sleeping areas. Tushar is an excellent host/concierge. The pre planning of meals, recommendations and check-ins/responsiveness was greatly appreciated. The staff at the villa were fantastic. They were all attentive yet give you space to chill with your group. Chef Carlos made the most delicious meals and Gabriel kept the drinks flowing. The villa is cleaned daily, which is a great touch. The location is also perfect; beautiful views and close proximity to the beach and town (via stairs). Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a great time at this listing. The amenities were great and I highly recommend adding the chef and bartending services. The entire crew were friendly and very respectful. Tushar was super helpful and easily accommodated our needs. I look forward to booking this place again.

Amazing house and great host. Tushar had a call with us in advance to go through check in, meal options and local recommendations. Chef Carlos’ cooking did not disappoint either. Overall an excellent experience across the board. It felt like having an all-inclusive resort but private just for our friends.

Had a great time at Nemi Eco Villa! The pool, the food, the staff, the comfy beds. This property has it all. 10 minute walk to the beach or ~$7-12 uber to downtown. Highly recommend having some meals at the villa. Chef Carlos made the best French toast I’ve ever had!! Fresh piña coladas and margaritas were also a hit. Tushar was great with communicating before and during our trip. I’d definitely recommend booking something like this over an all-inclusive. Thanks again for a memorable bachelor party Tushar and staff!

The house is nothing short of amazing but the best part has definitely got to be the staff! They were there for anything you needed and everything Chef Carlos made was delicious. They are great people and my party loved every conversation we got to have with the staff as a whole. I must give a shout out to Gabriel, he is awesome!

We have loved our stay in Nemi eco, lots of space, beautiful views, and pool. We felt at home, great staff that comes with your stay, we have had the best time staying here, highly recommend it!

Tushar was very proactive in helping us plan our stay with 12 of us. He’s very organized and made great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. He checked in throughout our stay and responded immediately if we messaged him. He also organized transportation for us to and from the airport. Chef Carlos cooked fantastic meals and Gabriel kept our cups full of margaritas and pina coladas. The rooms were all darling and clean. There’s not a bad view on the whole property. Our group LOVED our time in PVR and that was, in large part, because of Tushar’s property and customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to stay in the future.

We can’t say enough great things about our stay! The property is absolutely stunning and the location is perfect. The team at the villa put our stay over the top. Carlos prepared amazing food each day, Gabriel kept the drinks flowing and Ramona kept the villa looking beautiful. Everyone was so kind and fun to engage with! First time staying at this property. Great location (quick 5 min walk down to Los muertos), very private, very clean and quiet. You can’t hear noise from other neighbors or the bars blasting music at 10pm from Los Muertos. Tushar was a great communicator, super organizer, clear lease terms, what’s included and what’s not. It never felt he was after our money (in other houses it’s all about that, been there). Super helpful with food recommendations. Carlos, Gabriel and Ramona (chef, bartending, house keeping) totally rock. The food was absolutely spectacular (we picked classic Mexican dishes). Everything was very clean and they were very helpful accommodations out request, even a late dinner one evening.

Amazing place to stay!! Perfect place to host a large group. I can not recommend it enough! Tushars response time is 2nd to none. Every detail was covered for my group plus some. We all felt extremely safe. The staff, bartenders and chef were such a nice touch! The pool was amazing and the AC units in each bedroom were perfect. The beds were also super comfortable! We all left feeling extremely grateful to stay in such a beautiful place and can’t wait to come back!

Our experience with Tushar was perhaps the best AirBnB experience I ever had in terms of service, quality, responsiveness and making sure we had the best time. The villa was beautiful, just as described with huge pool and plunge pools, and the staff with chef, bartender and housecleaner were kind cordial and made excellent food and drinks and a private dinner at home one evening, and housekeeping was excellent. The beds are all super comfortable and everyone slept very well. Recommend you bring eyeshades and earplugs and I slept immaculately. The house came stocked with everything we asked for and Tushar even scheduled a Zoom call with us to walk through how he could help coordinating meals, restaurant and dinner/club recs and excursions. Walking distance / short Uber to some of the best restaurants, clubs and beaches. Could not recommend this experience enough. A+

Beautiful place! There was a total of 9 people on vacation and we had a blast at the Airbnb. The chef prepared breakfast everyday and the bartender made amazing margaritas throughout the day. Housekeeping was great as well. I wish we’d utilized the pool more;however, we were booked and busy everyday. Definitely keep up with your grocery bill everyday; it can add up fast. We were prepared though and took care of it with no issues. The host was outstanding, responsive, helpful, and made sure we were as comfortable as possible. I’d definitely return with a large group.

Honestly, Tushar’s place was amazing. One of the best experiences for all 10 of us who went. The chef and bartender were both amazing. The food was great. The drinks were on point. They made us feel right at home. All requested were met. The housekeeper was super nice and had the house look squeaky clean. The rooms always smelled so good. We also added massages on our last day and it was totally worth it. The place is close to the beach, numerous restaurants and close to the night life. Tushar always responded fast and had great recommendations. I would highly recommend this place and am looking forward to book again!

We were so impressed with the property and with Tushar’s responsiveness. The views are gorgeous, and the bedrooms, pool, and bar had the privacy we were hoping for! The staff was extremely professional and made us feel at home. The meals were delicious and fresh with sufficient variety to keep things interesting. Tushar was especially responsive and helpful in quickly reaching a resolution for a couple of unforeseen logistical issues. It was very helpful to be able to reach him about things really quickly. We plan to come back here in the future. Outstanding overall find.

I can't say enough positive things about the NEMI Eco Villa. It was THE perfect place to celebrate my partner's 40th birthday with our friends in sunny Puerto Vallarta. The villa is more of a "compound", and we didn't feel like we really needed to leave because everything we wanted was at our fingertips. The villa is nestled on the lush tropical hillside along multiple levels, so most rooms have nice views. The rooms with splash pools, hammocks, and garden patios are really unique and private. We even spotted whales in the bay from our patio! The common areas (al fresco dining and lounge rooms, outdoor bar, and pool) are perfect for hanging out with friends to enjoy the sun or shade. Chef Carlos and the staff were very kind, providing fresh and delicious meals and cocktails. When you do venture out, the villa is in a perfect location with beach clubs and restaurants a short walk down the hill. The grocery bill ended up being a bit high (as commented by others), but overall A+.

Had a wonderful stay at Nemi Eco Villa. Staff was amazing and very attentive. Great chef and loved waking up to smell of coffee and breakfast daily. The villa has a hotel vibe with each room being individual and separate from each other. Great for large group of friends. Super close and walkable to the beach. Our group of 9 had an amazing time.

Our stay at Nemi was immaculate. The property is an incredible destination and a place of dreams! I can say without a doubt that Tushar is the most responsive host I have ever had. He is not just a host, he is a concierge. He ensured that every aspect of our stay in PV was taken care of, from dining out, to excursions, to our personal chef and bartender. Speaking of, Carlos and Gabriel really made this trip special, planning out specific cocktails and meals with us. On our last night in particular, we had a seafood spectacular with everybody getting a whole fish as their main entree. Truly exquisite. This trip was especially important to me as it was my engagement! On the night of, Tushar was able to set up special lover's decorations in our bedroom with a nice bottle of champagne to make it special! I would recommend that any large group spend their vacation with Tushar at Nemi. You will not regret it.

Our group had an amazing stay at Nemi Eco Villa! From check-in to check-out and everything in between, Tushar arranged a memorable trip for a 40th birthday in our group. The ease and convenience of having staff onsite to provide meals, snacks, and drinks was an incredible benefit. Tushar knows Puerta Vallarta like the back of his hand and set up amazing food and drink itineraries that made our trip unforgettable. He is an extremely responsive host and we had a fantastic stay thanks to his attention to detail, outstanding restaurant recommendations, and seamless coordination of meals, food, and drinks on the property. Nemi Eco Villa has stunning views of the ocean, and the beautiful pool was a perfect spot for our group to connect and spend time together. The uniqueness of the rooms was a huge hit with our group, and the villa is conveniently situated to tons of restaurants and things to do. Cannot recommend Nemi Eco Villa enough!

Great spot! Tushar was super helpful planning my brother's bachelor party where we stayed here. Really happy we stayed in this location vs. some of the newer developments on the north side of the port. Tushar also helped plan our boat excursions and generally did much more than I would normally expect from a host. Only thing I would flag is that the cost of groceries was much higher than what I expected. We found it cheaper to eat out. We only did 2 breakfast at the house. If you are planning to order a lot of groceries and / or eat in I would recommend getting a quote on the cost beforehand.

The best Airbnb experience I have ever had! The property was incredible. The staff was so kind and engaging. And, Tushar was an absolute pleasure to work with - well organized in the way that he prepared me and the group ahead of time and he was very accessible during our stay. He promptly responded to any questions I had and checked in through the day via text to see how we were doing. I have never experienced that level of care from a host. I was a host for a number of years and never provided this kind of white glove service. Model host. I will stay here again. The location is perfect. Above the old town hustle but close enough to walk to and from. We used the stair systems to walk to the beach and restaurants daily. We hardly used Ubers or taxis at all. The property arrangement allows for plenty of privacy but also with easily accessible and usable common areas. The pool is beautiful, deep and with a glass wall portion which allows guests to see in from the walkway.

Awesome place close to everything with ample common spaces to bond with a group of friends or family. At the same time each room provided a private sanctuary with individual plunge pool, hammock +/- outdoor shower. Chef Carlos and Gabriel took great care of us. There was no shortage of good food and drinks. Tushar helped us coordinate a surprise birthday party in the villa for my mom. During our stay a car randomly hit an electrical pole and power went out in the neighborhood. The host went above and beyond, proactively booking us 5 rooms in a nearby hotel for the night free of charge while things got sorted out. This was greatly appreciated as it was sweltering hot and would’ve been rough without A/C. Something to be aware of is the “suggested tip” for the staff which for a full house is $180/day. I guess I should’ve expected to tip, and they certainly deserved it, but this was an unexpected expense that wasn’t disclosed until a few days before our stay. Highly recommended!

Can't say enough good things about this place - great location walkable to lots of good restaurants (with awesome recommendations from Tushar), very clean, comfy beds, unique layout that accommodates a large group but also gives people their own space, A/C in the rooms worked great, outdoor showers were glorious, the pool and lounge areas were delightful, also just a super unique and beautiful home with lots of greenery and flowers everywhere! Carlos, the chef, and Gabriel, the bartender, were incredibly kind and professional - accommodating and flexible to your needs, and also made incredible food and drinks! Tushar was also one of the most proactive and helpful hosts I've ever interacted with, always providing recommendations on activities and restaurants, as well as remaining very flexible with arrival/departure and meal selections. You can definitely trust his restaurant recs - he highlights all of the good local cuisine and vibes! Would recommend this place to anyone.

This place in honestly hard to describe, it is one of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. The staff is so welcoming and helpful, we had margaritas ready poolside at check in, the rooms were beautiful. The food was delicious, the place was always clean and the staff did a wonderful job of trying to work around your schedule so the place was always spotless but never caused a disruption in the stay. The massages were an amazing added touch and Tushar helped coordinate this all last minute for our group. The AC worked great in every rooms, water pressure was great and we always had hot water. The views were breathtaking, its truly paradise here. I cannot recommend this place enough, if you are on the fence just do it, I promise it will be worth it and more.

Our stay at the Villa in Puerto Rico was exactly what 8 women needed! The perfect weather and amazing property made our holiday even more memorable. Carlos cooked us great Mexican food, Gabriel served mean drinks, and Ramona was there to make sure our beds were comfortable. The location is on a hill - for anyone wishing to explore the area, we highly recommend wearing appropriate shoes. The air conditioning was cold, the beers were delightfully chilled and all of the food was delicious. Rest assured that Tushar, our friendly host, was always available with suggestions to make our stay special. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to Visit Puerto Rico with a large group of people!

This place is immaculate! If you’re planning something big with friends it’s the perfect host. Staff was so nice, the location is very close to bars/restaurants, I literally can’t say enough. Hands down one of the best Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed in.

This home is beautiful. Set above the Pacific ocean, the views are spectacular. It is a great place for a group to stay as it has plenty of space to spread out yet still be close to each other. The staff is fantastic. Carlos did a great job with our food. We left most of our lunches to his choice and were not disappointed. Gabriel served as our bartender. We were pretty boring with our drinks but he always had them ready to go. The whole property was kept clean. Each of the rooms is a separate container, with bathrooms. Some have indoor shower and some have outdoor shower. Room #3 is super spacious. There are stairs between levels, so some of the rooms have a bit of a walk to get to the pool & common areas. It is about a 10 minute walk down to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the old part of town. You'll likely want to do a taxi or Uber back, as it is a steep climb. Overall, we had a great visit and would definitely recommend this for groups of 10-12. Enjoy!

It’s a beautiful place. The common area, especially the pool, is definitely the highlight of the villa. Everyone enjoyed the place. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this place to anyone who’s traveling with a big group of friends.

This villa is absolutely stunning! The private pools for the rooms is such a special touch. The main pool area and living area are spacious and inviting. The front door was a bit hard to find on the first try, so I would recommend setting up transport with the host or using Uber instead of taxi. Once you’ve found it, you’ll be better able to direct drivers. Would definitely return again for the views and staff alone!

First, the views and the vibes are immaculate at this Villa. Second, Tushar was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. Third, Chef Carlos, Gabriel(bartender) and staff were so so welcoming, attentive, and accommodating. Our group of 12 had everything we needed the second we landed in PV! From transportation, food, drinks, activities, Tushar and staff took care of all of it. The Villa itself was pristinely clean, our kitchen and bar were fully stocked from prior coordination with Tushar, and our entire group got massages one of the days we stayed there. The pool was a dream, the soaking pools outside each room are a must do every day and every night, also the rooms were all air conditioned and it is are a blissful oasis after a day of humidity and sun. Our group seriously had a blast. Tushar also helped us with coordinating a Luxury Catamaran for a 6 hour excursion for our group of 12 and it went off without a hitch. He also was kind enough to take care of all of our dinner reservations and even made a change when we missed our original time(Gabriel's Palomas and Margaritas hit different that day lol). His recommendations were exactly what we needed! I would say the only feed back our group had was that they wish we had a bit more of an authentic Mexican food experience at the Villa. Not to be mistaken, Chef Carlos definitely made yummy food however we had high hopes of delicious Mexican breakfasts, lunches and dinners. I would say 1/8 of our meals hit that mark. So only tip, if you're looking to enjoy Mexican cuisine during your stay at the Villa, be specific in your requests rather than Chef's Choice. BUT all of our meals outside of the villa (Casa Tradicional & La Fina) were excellent and Tushar did not steer us in the wrong direction for a second. All in all, 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely return for another team trip some time soon!

I have nothing but great things to say about Tushar and his team! Communication was prompt and thorough and Tushar went out of his way to plan transportation, meals, dinner reservations, massages and more. The location is great and the villa is spectacular-clean, roomy, and both communal and private. We hung out at the pool and bar most days and the staff was accommodating and available but not too over-bearing. Everyone in my group had a blast- we will definitely be back!

Our entire group of 11 was amazed by the accommodations. Having a private chef, bartender and housekeeping was a huge plus. Took so much off our plates and we could truly enjoy the property. Tushar's villar is absolutely stunning and a unique slice of paradise. You won't find anything quite like it -- from the various pools, the private location, the chef and bartending staff, everything was absolutely perfect. I can't praise Tushar enough for being flexible (we had questions and changes during the trip) and communicative. For those first time travelers, rest assured that Tushar will be there for questions, recommendations, and more.

I cannot say enough good things about the host and the whole staff here. I planned a bachelorette weekend here and even before I booked, Tushar offered help with planning and suggestions. The staff at the house really made the trip— chef Carlos and bartender Gabriel were truly outstanding and made sure that we had a wonderful experience from morning to night. We also had massages at the house that were wonderful. Tushar was SO communicative and immediately responded throughout the planning process. He was very helpful with planning food and drinks as well as making suggestions for dining out. I was honestly a little afraid that the pictures and promises seemed too good to be true but we were not disappointed— the whole trip was an absolute dream. The worst part was that we had to leave!

This place was amazing !! It was super cute , very large, super vibrant and close to everything! It had everything we needed & wanted. We loved waking up to fresh coffee, green juice , fruits and much more. The rooms were so cute. The views were impeccable. You’re literally in the heart of the city, so close to everything ! The staff was the Cherry on top !! We had our cooks and bartenders on hand to pamper us while we were chillin in the pool or getting ready to start our day. The people & Tushar made this easy and seamless for us. We can’t wait to come back and visit again soon!

Our stay at Nemi was wonderful. We were there with 10 friends for my 40th bday and everyone had a great time. The house is so unique and beautiful and the staff took great care of us. Tushar helped with everything from booking a boat for us to arranging our required COVID testing to return to the states.

We booked this trip last minute (1 day prior), and our Host was still able to arrange food, drink, and activity for day one arrival. He also made himself available and took as much time as was needed to answer questions and give advice. He made Puerto Vallarta one of our favorite places to travel. Every suggestion for dining was in point. By the way, you don't need to go out much to eat. Chef Carlos did his thing in the kitchen (lobster quesadillas were a hit)! The hole in the wall suggestions for dining were amongst our best vacation meals to date. Beautiful Eco villa, the container concept is executed well here and located within a 5-10 minute walk depending on your speed and women's heels (UBER was almost always available within 2-5 minutes whether in the city or @ the Villa.) We are booking @ NEMI our next trip!

Nemi Eco Villa is a phenomenal home. From the design and layout to the abundance of outdoor spaces private and communal. We loved every bit of time we spent in the house. Chef Carlos was great with preparing meals for us, breakfast in the morning to start our days, dinners when we asked and delicious guacamole and quesadillas as an afternoon snack. We also had a great continuous flow of margaritas to keep us cooled down in the afternoons lounging by the pool. The location is incredible, so close to Los Muertos beach as well as the shops and bars! A huge plus for us also was the high speed WiFi throughout the house (8 people using it), and the high powered AC units that cooled us down for sleeping at night. We cannot recommend this property enough and would happily spend another week there anytime! Also huge plus, Tushar was always able and willing to answer and questions/requests we had during our stay (very quicker responses). Thanks Tushar!

First, this place is visually incredible and I would also give the service 100 stars if I could! You definitely won't find better service anywhere. The house is located in the hills surrounding the Romantic Zone, so it is very walkable to town/restaurants, but feels out of the way with all of the surrounding jungle. The mini pools off each room are so cool, and the private chef and bartender make the trip so relaxing! I followed other reviews and chose chef's choice for meals, which worked out great. Carlos makes really good food and amazing sauces/salsas. You can also make a suggestion like "some type of fish" for dinner, and he will work his magic. Now the real highlight of the review-- Tushar and his team are SO attentive, responsive, and thoughtful! If you need ANYTHING they will arrange it (private boats, restaurant reservations, transportation) and they had incredible recommendations that really made our trip. We are a group who wanted to go out and have authentic food at fun restaurants off the beaten path and Tushar's recommendations were slam dunks. So much fun and such great food. The private sail boat he arranged for our group was also amazing. Tell him what you are looking for and he will make it happen. He visits Puerto Vallarta frequently and has gone to the places he recommends, so he knows what he is talking about and also takes a lot of care to make Nemi a great place to stay. Our trip was so smooth and delightful with Tushar and his awesome team! You will have the best experience here.

Nemi Eco Villa is EVERYTHING! The location is really close to good restaurants and bars (like a $2/$3 Uber ride). The space is soooooo beautiful and I love all the eco friendly amenities like the algae pool. It was perfect for our couples group. We all had our own private cabin crate, plunge pool and single bed. The bed is sooooooo comfortable and I love the little extras like the luxurious bath robe. I spent a lot of time in the grassy space next to the kitchen, it’s like a meditation garden full of beautiful foliage. The sunsets are amazing from Nemi. Now for the absolute best part! The staff! The staff is AMAZING!!! Chef Carlos did his thing! The food was delicious. You won’t get this authentic Mexican menu on a resort. We chose chef’s choice most days and he did not miss. Everything was a hit with every single person on the trip. Gabriel took such good care of us. We did not have to lift a finger. He made sure our cups stayed full, the pool was always free of debris, and all our needs were met. He was so efficient and kind. Ramona kept our space spotless. She’s kind of like a ninja. You don’t ever realize she’s there until she sneaks in and cleans your room. I was in constant contact with Sergio. He made sure everything was in perfect order. If there was ever a hang up (and there were few) with transportation or a reservation he quickly addressed it. And finally Tushar was also very helpful and supportive throughout the process. They managed our ground transportation, meals and activities. We will be back! When in Puerto Vallarta choose Nemi! You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend Nemi Eco Villa! The Villa is spectacular. I was there with 6 couples for my birthday and had a truly amazing time. Tushar was a great host and the staff was amazing. Great location, great amenities. We all just loved it. I will stay there again and highly recommend. I visit PV often and for a group of friends this is an excellent place.

Chef was amazing best food I’ve tasted wish I could take him home with me lol bartender keep the drinks coming and it was always clean communication with host with amazing nothing but a great time with an amazing view all our friends had their own villa definitely will be coming back !!!

We had an incredible stay at the villa!! The staff was amazing (shoutout to Carlos, Gabriel and Romona). Worth every dollar, highly recommend this experience. Tushar and Sergio went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and the communication was excellent! Can’t wait to come back.

The house is mainly outdoors with separate bedrooms. Beautiful view and great location!

I have never stayed in the area and had to make a last minute trip. Tushar was very quick to respond to my questions and the room was wonderful! I will definitely go back for longer and with friends!!

Tushar’s place was an amazing getaway. I opted for the personal chef and I was blown away. He was very attentive to details and asked me what my likes and dislikes were. Every meal was out of this world. I paid just a little over “at cost” price for the food and alcohol. It was such a good deal! I also felt really safe traveling during covid as the staff did a wonderful job in keeping the place sanitized and all employees were always wearing masks. The pool is beautiful and the views are stunning. The service you get at this place is the best I’ve ever seen. I can’t wait to come back with my friends!

Tushar's place is fabulous. The staff were super helpful, pleasant and attentive but never in the way. The vibe is sexy, fun and very cool. Also it is a super easy and surprisingly close walk to downtown and the beach. Margaritas on the deck overlooking PV with occasional dips into incredible eco-pool with good friends was spectacular. Nice that the sound system was excellent as well as we certainly were dancing! Its beautiful here. The separate casitas are all cool and you are close enough to be communal but far enough from one another to have plenty of privacy. I will be back for sure!
