We had a great stay at Casa Cuatro Elementos. Susy made us feel right at home and the amazing views from every part of the house were incredible. We use all the amenities and had a lot of fun. Overall, the place is well maintained and would definitely recommend this place!

Casa 4 Elementos is definitely the best option to spend a few days with friends or family. The facilities are excellent, with ample space and very well lit. Each room has a bathroom, and that's appreciated! María is always available to answer any questions. Susy's service is excellent. Having her services is truly the best decision. She is attentive to your needs and is super proactive. Our stay was amazing thanks to her. This place is highly recommended. We will definitely return!

An incredible place to go to rest. The house is very comfortable for all kinds of activities. Susy, the person who was available to us, was always so friendly and helpful. They made the accommodation even more comfortable, always trying to make sure we were comfortable.

We were able to access the lake to use the kayaks. The jacuzzi was amazing, and we went out with Sergio on one of his boats to have fun on the Dona. Thank you so much! The house is amazing because, in addition to a spectacular view, it has several amenities and you can adapt it according to the weather. We had a lot of rain, so the covered Jacuzzi helped a lot. The staff service was impeccable and we were very comfortable. Access does require a bit of patience, as the streets are very steep.

Although we booked on the same day, everything was clean and tidy. The house is very large and super well laid out. The issue with the pool and Jacuzzi heating was resolved, and Susy's service is incomparable. We will be back.

10/10 María is a great person; she was attentive the whole time via message. The house is beautiful, full of life, with a spectacular view and garden. It has everything: TV, board games, yoga mat, good Wi-Fi and signal boosters, a beautiful lake view, and a peaceful atmosphere. I wanted to stay forever, haha. Susy (who helped us with food and service while we were at the house) is wonderful. 10/10! She helped us with everything we needed and any questions we had! We asked her for a boat connection, and she took care of everything and picked us up at the house's dock. There are kayaks! (Honestly, we didn't have time to use them, but they look to be in excellent condition.) And the house is a very nice reflection of travel and culture. I loved it!

The Cuatro Elementos house on the lakeshore is beautiful; the pool is very warm; the house is very large and clean. Maria and Susy were very attentive to our needs at all times. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay. Thank you for everything.

We had a great experience in this home. We traveled as a family, and we all really enjoyed our stay: the house is very nice, the scenery is amazing, and the host's hospitality made all the difference. Also, the available activities meant that each participant could find something to enjoy. It's definitely a place we'd go back to another time. As a recommendation for future guests, we suggest carefully reading the host's instructions. It is important to consider bringing a vehicle with good traction, as there are quite steep slopes within the residential development. It is also important to note that the property has multiple levels (6 in total), so good mobility is required to go up and down stairs. Additionally, we recommend hiring the pool and hot tub heating service, as well as Susy's help with cleaning and preparing meals. This really allowed us to enjoy ourselves.

It is a very nice house; María was always very attentive and answered all our questions. I would have liked to enjoy the house for more days, as there are lots of things to do. I would definitely come back to enjoy a vacation at this house.

The house is spectacular, well furnished and with a very nice view at the foot of the lake. It is important to consider that there are many stairs in case someone has limited mobility. It has everything you need: towels, bedding, shampoo, soap, kitchen utensils. They lent us the kayaks, they gave us recommendations, Susi welcomed us very well and was very friendly. It's 15 minutes from downtown and you need a good car for the climbs in the area. I would suggest that they improve communication between the people involved in serving the guest, nothing that would not have been resolved with a call. The pool is very nice, good temperature. 2 parking spaces. It is an excellent option to spend a few days relaxing, they were very accessible for all questions and requests. Very nice days.
