The unit is in an amaing location. So close to 5th street where you can find many shops, restaurants, oxxos, whatever you need. Its in a very safe ares and the people that work in the complex are very nice and friendly. It has an amazing pool that I unfortunately didnt get to spend alot of time in and a beautiful cenote. The beach is also a very short walk away, and you get to see some mayan ruins on the way to the beach. The unit itself is a little old school and can benefit from a renovation at some point, nonetheless it is very spacios and the host has everything and anything that you might need. We felt right at home and wished wed stayed longer.

Very responsive host and in person property manager. Super clean, great layout and amazing to be in a gated community with a pool right there. Walking distance also to a ferry to Cozumel. Had an issue with the air conditioning and they fixed it very quickly which was wonderful. Also was set up with a private chef for one night, highly recommend! Would definitely go back.

My husband and I just returned from an unforgettable trip to Playa del Carmen. We stayed in a beautifully maintained condominium that truly exceeded our expectations. Just steps from our back deck – where we enjoyed many of our meals – was a stunning pool and Cenote, creating the most serene, tropical backdrop imaginable. We were also conveniently close to town, where we discovered excellent dining and entertainment. We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend this peaceful retreat to anyone looking for a little paradise. Thank you to the Hart family and Esperanza for being extraordinary hosts.

Wonderfully decorated and appointed luxury condo just inside the gate in super-safe Playacar Phase 2. Beautiful pool area and cenote. Always responsive and helpful! Easy decision to stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better first “overseas” trip with our 8 month old. Sara and Rick’s communication was exceptional from start to finish — thoughtful and super proactive, going truly above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed as a family. The on-the-ground support was just as impressive, especially Esperanza (major shout out to Espe!), who made everything feel seamless. Espe even drove us herself to a restaurant one night and a local resort after check out on our last day. I’ve never experienced such generosity at an Airbnb! The condo itself is immaculate: beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, with a lovely deck for meals, a great pool, and even a private cenote. It’s also perfectly located just minutes from several beaches and everything you need in town. All in all, a PERFECT Airbnb experience. We highly recommend it to anyone (and any family) traveling to the area.

This Airbnb was a great choice for our trip to Playa del Carmen! The location was excellent and made getting around super easy. The place was comfortable, well kept, and felt like home. Everything went smoothly, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Staying in Playa del Carmen is what my family and I needed. When we landed the airport was easy to get through, the host had a driver waiting for us outside the airport, he drove us right to the front door. The place was beautiful once we got in the place was spotless kitchen and all bathrooms were clean and pristine. There was a suv there on property to use which we used every day which was huge to have .There is a beautiful pool In the back with amazing landscaping, beaches are all in walking distance. Beaches were all beautiful and water was amazing, The town is so safe and all the restaurants were delicious, when we had a question of places to eat of to go the hosts always answered the phone or text with help with where to go or eat it was a big help. It was a great family trip with tons to do it was a 5 start trip and we will be back there again next year

First off, Sara, Rick and Esperanza are amazing hosts! The pictures really don’t do this place justice. This condo is only a five minute walk to the beach, through the Mayan ruins. Sara provided us with a paddle board and I watched the sunrise in the morning while moving the body a little. The cenote in the back yard is very magical and I enjoyed a medication here. Sara answered all the questions we had about playa del carmen and even arranged us a shuttle to arrive to the famous park Xcaret which was only a ten minute drive from the house! Sara and Esperanza are locals here so they pointed us in the right directions! We will be coming back!

Sara and Rick were awesome hosts! We spent most of our time at the beach only steps away from there condo which was much closer than I thought. They provided us with towels, beach chairs, paddle board and a cooler. They have this beautiful cenote in the backyard which you can swim in. We saw some Monkeys jumping through the trees which we thought was pretty cool! This was a real tropical experience. We enjoyed dinners on the 5th avenue, which is about a 10 minute walk from the condo. Close enough to grab dinner and food but far enough to feel like you’re in your own paradise! Thank you for sharing your space with us! We will be coming back!

An incredible place with all the amenities, absolute security and very close to Fifth Avenue, archaeological ruins and above all the best scenery of the Playa sea. I hope to be back in this wonderful place soon

Fantastic place to be with the wife and kid! Plenty to do because everything was walkable distance! My daughter loved the private pool and we got to see a couple monkeys from the balcony! So peaceful and we will be sure to book again! Sara was a great host!

We had an amazing stay at this fantastic Airbnb! The house is absolutely gorgeous, minutes away from the beach and with a gorgeous pool and private cenote makes it truly special. The cenote was one of our favorite parts, a beautiful natural pool right in the backyard that made it so easy to relax and unwind. The location is perfect for kicking back and enjoying the beach, while still being close to great activities. Rick and Sara were incredible hosts. Always available to answer questions, offer help, and make sure we had everything we needed. They even put together daily activities not far from the house, which made our stay even more enjoyable, as well as putting together transportation to and from the airport on our arrival and departure dates. The property is very secure and made us feel completely safe throughout our visit. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely be back to stay with Rick and Sara again. Highly recommend this place! 5 Stars all around!

Very nice and spacious apartment. The condo was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Sara provided us with a couple of paddle boards and we took them out to watch the sunrise! We made our way down to the 5th avenue which was only a 8 minute walk from the condo. We grabbed dinner and came back to the apartment. The backyard is very tropical and the cenote is very peaceful! It’s a little slice of paradise. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us. We will be back to create more memories!

100% recommended. Thank you Sara for having us in your home. I loved the location of the apartment, the beach is a 5-minute walk! What I liked the most was walking through the Mayan pyramids that are in the courtyard. I can't believe how much beautiful energy there is in this place, I even stayed a while longer to meditate. At night I really liked walking down Fifth Avenue and having a few drinks with my friends (which was also a 5-minute walk away). I felt very safe in the apartment since it has two security booths. Sara and Esperanza helped us with any questions or needs we had. They even helped us hire a last-minute chef for a special dinner with my friends. This was a last-minute trip, and I can't believe how much fun I had and how much I relaxed in the same place. I can't wait to book again for longer!!

Amazing stay. The place is even better than the photos. There is a cenote with turtles and fish right in front of the property, which makes it very peaceful and unique. The pool is relaxing, and the sunsets are beautiful. The golf course is right there and adds to the calm atmosphere of the stay. The unit was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. Great location. Walking distance to 5th Avenue, close to the beach, and one room even has a view of real pyramids. Plenty of great local food nearby, affordable and delicious. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Place is spacious and very comfortable. It’s centrally located and easy to walk to the main strip and feels very safe. Beach and pool in the back yard is a plus. Minutes away from Xcardet and a lot of options for families. Would highly recommend anyone to visit.

The PlayaHart was absolutely gorgeous. It was located only ten minutes from some great parks like Xcaret, fuego, Xplor, and Xel-Ha. Our favorite part of the location was how it was only steps away from the beach, Mayan ruins and Fifth Avenue. We had a fabulous time lounging by the pool and swimming in the cenote - located right in the backyard! The house was incredibly spacious and had enough room for my family. The king sized beds were wonderful and we had the best sleep! The condo was air conditioned, very well decorated and clean. The condo was very secure and private with its own security, and we felt very safe. This condo was the perfect mix of fun and relaxation. We will definitely be booking with Sara again! She answered any and all questions that we had promptly and she was incredibly friendly. This was the perfect place to spend our vacation. We highly recommended booking with Sara!
