Beautiful and spacious accommodations! My friend and I loved the fact that we each had our own bedroom with an en suite bathroom and 3rd guest bathroom. So much better than staying at a hotel! We were able to easily watch movies on their smart TV during rainy nights Less than a five minute walk to the beach and to 5th Avenue, which has all of the attractions. The location was perfect and the host was extremely friendly and communicative.

Claudio's attention was excellent and he was always in what we needed to fix and help us. Recommended and I would choose them again.

Our stay at Jorge's was not scheduled for departure. Following a bad experience with another place, Jorge was able to welcome us quickly. A beautiful discovery and we would be happy to stay there again, very nice complex, we loved the rooftop pool!!

We spent a lovely time at Jorge's place. It's a beautiful building and the apartment is very well equipped. We had some minor issues with the bathroom that were repaired as soon as we mentioned them. I would recommend staying here.

Jorge place was everything and have everything you need close to 5th avenue.great communication I will definitely recommend Jorge place to anyone.

Comfortable condo right between 5th Ave. and the beach - each about two blocks away. The condo had plenty of room for our family of four. Having 2 1/2 baths was convenient too! There's a very small market with wine/beer, snacks, a few fruits and breakfast foods right down the street less than a block away, which was nice to have. We walked to Encanto Beach Club (next door to Martina's Beach Club) because we heard it was quieter. It turned out to be a nice place to spend the day and a very easy walk back home. We easily got covid tests at Farmacia Bienestar on 5th Ave. just a few blocks away. We had results in 10-15 min. Jorge recommended the pharmacy and it was very easy. There are many other covid testing locations on 5th Ave. too. When I first made the booking, I was concerned that I didn't hear from Jorge right away, but he did eventually write back and was very helpful. During the stay, all of my communication was with the property manager who was very responsive and informative. This condo is a good value for the price!

It is a very comfortable and clean place. Close to the beach and 5th avenue, lots of places nearby to eat richly.

My family (husband, 2 & 4yr old) spent 3 weeks at Jorges condo. It was fully stocked with cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc and the kitchen had everything you could need for preparing meals, storing leftovers, etc. The washer and dryer were extremely helpful to us after days at the beach. The apartment is large and spacious and could easily hold a family of 6 comfortably. Some of the furniture is well worn. The rooftop pool only has 4 chairs and is small, but gave us an opportunity to meet neighbors. Everyone in the building was extremely friendly and we enjoyed the staff and neighbors! The beach is only a short walk and easily accessible, which was one of our top reasons for choosing this location. Martina beach club is very close if you enjoy a full service beach front experience. We enjoyed the larger area of the beach further north, just take the path next to The Reef cocobeach. Playa Esmeralda was also a favorite with the shallow cenote for our kids. This area of Playa del Carmen is quiet, safe, and easily walkable to wonderful restaurants with a more local feel. We used services at Quinto Elemento salon and highly recommend for a tranquil afternoon for facials, massages, nails, etc. Our go to spots for food in the neighborhood were El Sangha-Rito, Asadero Los Hermanos, Amichis, le petite shoux, Salento, and Ojo de Agua.

Absolutely fantastic! Inside a gated community with modern decor. Lots of toiletries and supplies. Extremely well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Lots of bath and beach towels. Large spacious condo! There were 3 of us sharing the space and were beyond comfortable. The host responded to our questions instantly. Ive stayed in Playa Del Carmen multiple times and this condo was by far the nicest place I have stayed at. Perfect quiet location 2 blocks from the beach and within walking distance to 5th Avenue. It is a very luxurious condo.

This apartment is probably the nicest Airbnb where we have stayed. It is enormous, comfortable, and clean. It's also beautifully decorated in a stylish, modern building. It is about a block from the beach and the main shopping/eating areas, and there is a lovely rooftop pool. The building and parking area are secure. We loved this apartment and thank Jorge for letting us stay there.

Good option for families and young people. Great location for the day, for the beach and for the night as well, for a walk, restaurants, and places to have fun.

This was the perfect place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The location was perfect, we felt very safe and our teenagers even enjoyed walking around by themselves. It was close to the beach, shopping, and amazing little restaurants. The place was just as described, perfectly clean and the rooftop pool was so nice to come back to after a day on the beach. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place. Loved walking into a very clean condo! Host was so responsive. Any questions or concerns we heard back right away. Location is great. 2 min walk to beach. 2 min walk to 5th avenue. Only one suggestion is to have laundry baskets in the bedrooms to help keep wet bathing suits off the floor. Thanks again!

This is a lovely condo in a great location close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It is clean and stocked with everything you would need including purified drinking water, lots of towels, and two beach chairs. It is a secured property with a gate. Rental includes a parking space inside the gated property. We had a wonderful vacation!

The condo was very convenient to the beaches, shops, restaurants and bars - but in a quiet area. Really enjoyed our experience.

We had a great time! The condo was clean and in a very secure building. It is exactly as described, close to the beach / beach clubs and walkable to 5 Ave lots of restaurants and bars. Jorge gave us plenty of info about the surrounding area and was quick to respond whenever we needed something!

This condo was fantastic! Everything was so convenient - the beach, restaurants, shopping. The rooms were very clean and well-organized and the linens were great! The kitchen is stocked with nearly anything you would need and has very nice appliances. They even provide filtered water. The manager was very helpful in providing all the necessary information about parking, arrival and was very quick to respond when we couldn't figure out the TV remotes. He even provided some recommendations for some great restaurants in the area. The pool/jacuzzi water was cool, but was perfect for an evening dip. I couldn't recommend this place more highly!

This is the Airbnb equivalent of a 5-star hotel. We were looking forward to a nice place; as shown in the pictures, but were blown away when Claudio showed us in. Jorge condo in Playa del Carmen was easy to find, and exactly as described. The condo itself is beautiful, and the major benefit is walking distance to dozens of great restaurants. The building is very secure, although the neighborhood was very comfortable to be in. The space is immaculate, VERY tastefully decorated and optimally located. Jorge the owner has thought of absolutely everything, the apartment lacks nothing. Toiletries, sheets, extra towels, a washer dryer, beach towels, a blender... you name it. Everything was impeccable inside, with TV, water filter, and air conditioning. The block is extremely plush and a few steps from the apartment door is the most amazing roof terrace and pool with jacuzzi . The entire time we were there we had this to ourselves too slightsmile emoticon Jorge and Claudio were extremely communicative and responsive . He gave us the best advice on where to go and what to do and was professional, warm and gracious throughout. Thanks again Jorge. All in all a lovely experience which completely surpassed our (high) expectations. This is the Airbnb equivalent of a 5-star hotel. Book it. Thanks Katia
