We had a lovely weekend at the Casa del Sol y de la Luna. It is a cozy, traditional Valle-style house with an incredible view of the lake. We spent most of our time on the terrace enjoying the view and watching the kids play in the pool. It was a great depth for younger children as our 5 year old was able to stand comfortably. Rosalba the housekeeper made wonderful breakfasts and lunches for us and kept the house very clean. We felt very spoiled for the several days we were there. If you want to leave the house, it is about a 10 minute walk into Valle, or about a 10-15 minute cab ride to Avandaro. There is also an Oxxo convenience store and a nice wine shop about a 5 minute walk away for snacks, water, etc.

A great place with a lake view, a house with a good feel. The water temperature is a plus in a destination like Valle.

The accommodation is exactly as shown; it is very cozy and pleasant. You relax and really enjoy yourself. Cristina is a very good host, always helpful and very attentive.

Everything was great. The place is amazing, the house needs a little maintenance, but despite that, it was very clean and the location and lake view are amazing, I would definitely come back. And the communication with Cristina was amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. Rosalba was lovely and did a great job cleaning the house and helping us in the kitchen. The garden was nice and spacious, perfect for the kids to play, and the pool was pleasantly warm. The house is old but cozy. The only small remark is that the bathtub was not very clean, but aside from that everything else was very clean. The location is perfect: you can easily walk to La Peña and the center of Valle. As the house is next to the street, there was some traffic noise at times, but it was a busy period. Overall, we had a very nice stay!

It is a very nice house with a large garden on a slope. The pool has a pleasant temperature at all times, ideal for small children.

The place is perfect for a few days of rest, you don't have to go out because you have everything at your disposal. The heated pool, the living room, the barbecue, among other things, allowed us to have an amazing weekend. The person who helped us with the kitchen and cleaning was spectacular! I would come back without thinking. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very pleasant, the house has everything you need: dishes, cutlery, pool towels and bath towels… everything you need. The pool and jacuzzi always have the right temperature. The garden is beautiful and spacious. It's very close to downtown Valle, but the house is so nice that we stayed to enjoy it. Cristina was always super attentive and responded super fast. Rosalba took very good care of us and cooked very well. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much for treating us so well

Great spot for a wedding we were attending in town. Just the right number of rooms and bathrooms for what we needed. Roughly a 15-20 minute walk to the main plaza if you wanted to see the church.

The stay was very pleasant, the house is very beautiful and we enjoyed a lot as a family doing different activities including our dogs who also fascinated them. Definitely a super beautiful and magical place to connect with nature and your loved ones The person who helped at home, Rosi, helped us a lot and was super friendly. We will definitely be back here!

Everything was excellent, the house is what we expected and more. Cleaning and cooking service (for an extra) and the service was excellent. Communication with Cristina is very good.

Cristina's house is super comfortable and conveniently located. The check in instructions were clear and the process very easy. The pool was warm all the time and we really enjoyed it, as well as the tumbling for the kids. We were touched by rain and we could not take advantage of the garden, but if they go with children it is spectacular to play football or any other activity as it is very big. The very comfortable rooms and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the weekend. It has 2 parking spaces and the only thing to take into account is that you have to climb quite a few stairs at the entrance, but it was not a major issue. Everything super and Cristina was very attentive, she responded kindly and quickly. We would stay there again, happy!

Great house, amazing view, tons of space for kids to run and play, pet friendly. Only issues I had were that, the pool is very shallow and the house is on the main road, which got quite busy at night. Although, we were there during Labor Day weekend, so it was very packed and lots of parties at night. But all of it is worth it and we will definitely be back!
