Great spot for our large group. Plenty of space for everyone, great neighborhood and a short walk to most everything, and hosts were quick to respond if we needed anything. Would recommend!

The house is very spacious and the common areas are nice and well decorated. It is on a street that has very nice cafes, restaurants and shops.

We had a nice stay. The house is located near the center. The kitchen is well stocked. Ample room for everyone to spread out. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets. The welcome gift was a nice gesture. The courtyard was our favorite part of the yard to relax. Street noise was not an issue. Thanks for the stay!

I stayed with 7 friends at Jose’s place and we had the most wonderful time. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, but the open kitchen and garden area were the perfect place to come together. They gave us wonderful local recommendations and I highly recommend this stay in Oaxaca.

We had a group stay here for a week and absolutely loved the house! It's gorgeous and very spacious. Lots of space to hang out and we loved spending time in the courtyard area. Location was great and very walkable, and hosts were easy to communicate with! Would highly recommend staying here!

We booked this place for a boys trip-- 8 of us between ages 40 and 50. It was perfect. Plenty of times we walked to the zocalo but it was easy to get a DiDi to and from the airbnb as well. Perfect amount of space for everyone. The guava tree in the courtyard was in season so whenever we smell guava from now on, we'll remember this trip. Very easy to communicate with the hosts. I would definitely come back again. Thanks!

I recently stayed at this home in Oaxaca with my family, and we were a fairly large group. One of the standout features of this property is that each bedroom feels like a private hotel room, spacious, comfortable, and with a great sense of privacy. The layout of the home is really unique. each space, including the kitchen and the living/entertainment areas, feels like its own separate retreat within the property. It offers a perfect balance of togetherness and personal space. The location is also excellent, just a short walk to great restaurants, cafés, and bars. I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Oaxaca, whether you're traveling with family or a group of friends. The host was also super responsive and they left a booklet with all of the information needed for the home, even recommendations for restaurants ect... We were also greeted with a Mezcal gift basket!!!

WOW! This place was beautiful and in the most perfect of location. Walking distance from everything. Quite but still close to the action. The house alone has so much to do including a media room to watch movies and relax. The house is very spread out which gives everyone their privacy and space to relax. All of my guest loved this place and will definitely be using it again!
