The beach is a 3 minute walk but i guess if your elderly or incapacitated it could take you 10 mins walk, or maybe you didnt enter the beach through the closest walk way entrance to the apartment. The Apartment is a 1 Bedroom Apartment with a Large Air Conditioning Unit and Two Fans in the Lounge and Dining Room and one Fan in the Bedroom to circulate the Air Conditioned Air. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our special and unique place.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately Power Outages in Nicaragua are common and most last only 15 mins. The longer power interruption you experienced was a result of the Electricity company was doing a major power upgrade to accommodate the new Costanera Highway being built along the coast. That is a rare 1 off event. We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and the previous guest was very messy and created a lot of extra work for our cleaner, she wanted to take a little extra time to make sure everything was fresh, clean and perfect for you. You were welcome to drop your bags at the apartment and enjoy the pool or beach while the cleaner was getting everything prepared for you. We do all we can to accommodate guests comfort.
