From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us very warmly, and they were always attentive and helpful. The rooms were impeccable, and overall, both the rooms and the common area were great. It was one of the best stays we have ever had.

Everything was great! Centrally located for all nightlife, shopping, beach access, restaurants and anything else you could want. They were also very responsive to our messages for checking in and any other things we needed.

Very responsive and helpful

This place was great for our family! We got two apartments for the eight of us, including grandparents, parents and kids. The location is a little walk to the beaches, but it is very close to almost anything else you would need. It was only three blocks from large grocery stores, and a couple of blocks from the very lively Fifth Avenue. It was near the heart of town, but still peaceful and quiet. The parking garage was very handy. The pool was great for all of us- long enough to swim laps but with a great zero entry area that even our toddler enjoyed. The grounds were lovely and well-kept, with beautiful tropical trees and flowers. The units were pretty and comfortable, with everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Enrique was great, and began asking what he could do to make our trip better even before we arrived. He continued to check on us and give us good advice throughout our stay. We loved our stay and would love to stay there again.

Stayed here with my family. We had a great stay. The host was really friendly, helpful and communicative. Super walkable to Quinta Avenida restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Villa Tendenza is a place to choose, its location is privileged, highlighting the quiet atmosphere, 24-hour security, its top-quality furniture, its extremely comfortable mattresses, and the beautiful garden and its pool. I want to make a special mention of the transportation they offered us, which was 5 stars and economical! I recommend using it because you will save money. As for the location, it is its best point since you can walk to all the places of interest, Fifth Avenue, Coco Bongo, Municipal Square, Walmart, Ferro, meeting point of the official transport of the Xcaret parks and everything is between 2 to 10 minutes walking.
