A perfect place to spend time in SJDS. In love with the view, the pool and the comfort. Definitely looking forward to coming back

Fabrizio is an amazing host. He replied within minutes anytime we had a question and gave us great local dining recommendations. He helped us coordinate our shuttles to and from the airport and even picked us up one day to drive into the local grocery store in town since we didn't rent a car for this trip. The walk up the hill is steep and it's about a 20 minute walk into town but if you're relatively fit you definitely don't need a car if you're just staying local. We took a private shuttle to Popoyo on Saturday and that worked great. 3 of us worked remotely for the week and had no issues with the internet connection or speed. The power briefly shut off while a crew was doing maintenance next door but the internet ran off a battery and Fabrizio quickly replied to get the generator up and running within minutes. I'd recommend for anyone that is looking to stay in SJDS!

Just Amazing

We had a wonderful stay, perfect for my family. The place was very clean, roomy and peaceful. The location is perfect, very close to town, several local beaches and restaurants. We loved it! I highly recommend it!

Our stay at House #12 in Malibu, San Juan del Sur, was excellent. The house is spacious, very clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy as a family. Fabrizio was a very friendly, attentive and flexible host, especially with our pet, which we greatly appreciated. She was also able to explore and enjoy her vacation with my daughters, nieces, and the whole family. It was definitely a very pleasant experience and a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended and we hope to return very soon!

The home was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and how quickly any questions were answered. We had a beautiful stay at this villa in San Juan del Sur. The space is stunning, very spacious, with comfortable king-size beds and gorgeous views. The private pool was a highlight, and the views from the master bedroom, especially the shower, felt truly luxurious. The location is great if you enjoy being active. We got in great shape hiking up and down the hill to the beach, and it’s about a 20-minute hike to the Cristo statue. The sunsets in the area are breathtaking. A huge plus is the generator, which keeps everything running during power outages, something I really appreciated and haven’t experienced in other Airbnbs. A few things to note: the villa faces east, so the morning sunlight comes in very early, and the blackout shades didn’t fully block it. We also had an ongoing issue with ants in the kitchen. There was also a brief miscommunication with the host during the stay, though he later apologized and resolved it professionally. Overall, this is a special and memorable pl
