Is a very spacious place with great views and sunset was a treat. We felt comfortable and at home. The resort area was very nice and had a great pool. The hot tub was nice and the property was right on the beach and was excellent. If you get a car, which I recommend, there is a parking space for the unit.

This was our 2nd vacation at Casa Del Cielo- absolutely beautiful both times. Unmatched setting with wrap around balcony high up overlooking the Bay of Banderas. Beach, pool, beach hut, hot tub, etc., all available right outside the condo. Krystelle and Priscila were both available for any issues that came up. Looking to come back for a 3rd visit later this year! You won't be disappointed with this unit!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Puerto Vallarta! It looked just like the pictures—maybe even better. Everything was spotless, beautifully decorated, and really spacious. The views from the 23rd floor were incredible. Whether we were relaxing on the terrace or in any of the bedrooms, we were constantly blown away by the ocean and city views. The host was fantastic—super friendly, quick to respond, and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly loved every minute of our stay. Thank you!!

We stayed for four days at the end of June to celebrate a bunch of June birthdays and graduations. My family actually loved the place! It was spacious and clean and the views were amazing. My family loved that they each had their own bedroom and private bathroom. We had meals out on the deck with gorgeous views and the sunset. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and was in close proximity to supermarkets, Walmart and Costco. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

We had an overall wonderful experience at this vacation condo. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The living spaces were cozy and inviting, and the kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals. One of the highlights was the beautiful ocean view from the balcony which wrapped around the condo. It was a perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploring. The beds were comfortable, and everything was spotless when we arrived. The host Krystelle was responsive and friendly, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

This condo was amazing. The view from every open space and most of the bedrooms is breathtaking. The condo was well furnished, extremely clean, and everything worked. Each bedroom not only had it's own bathroom with shower, and it's own heating/ac unit. It looks exactly like the pictures. Being up 23 floors we would have the pelicans fly by right near the deck at eye level. The elevator open right into the condo (how cool) and once you exit on the first floor you got to your right to stairs right to the beach or left to one of the three pools. One pool is 4.5 feet deep, one is 2.5 feet deep, and the third was 1.5 feet deep. We were there with our family and two grandkids (3 and 1) and have the shallow pools for them to play in was amazing. The grounds are kept extremely clean and it is a gated area with staff always around so you feel so safe. The ability to walk to the grocery store (which has everything) was a real plus. Kristelle is so responsive and cares about your stay.

Such a beautiful home in a convenient location from the airport (10mins), with 2 large pools, and right on the beach. Penthouse-feeling condo with breathtaking water views from every room. More than enough space for our 2 families with small babies, and we always felt safe. We wished there was more than 1 bathtub for all of the kids. We did have an issue where the water was not heating up in 2 of the showers, but with 4 showers available we made it work and the host was responsive to acknowledge the issue. The only downside of this beautiful home is that the food options nearby were not open all day - most closed for a few hours throughout the day, or weren't open when we hoped to have meals around our kids nap schedules. The grocery store is super close so we ended up cooking a lot of our meals, but would have loved to pop down to the poolside throughout the day to have authentic Mexican food nearby.

We arranged for our daughter and her family to join us for our stay in Puerto Vallarta. The condo was amazing - really better even than the photos. Our grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool, access to the beach, and the children's playground. The condo is part of a large complex with most units occupied by owners. Most residents are seniors, but there were also families with young children. Krystelle and Priscilla provided clear and helpful communication before and during our stay, and they were always quick to provide responses. It was a perfect location for our family trip.

A total of 6 of us (3 couples) had an incredible 5 days at Krystal’s place! There is plenty of seating inside and out, unrivaled views, cozy beds, spacious living quarters and the amenities are amazing! We had a fantastic time visiting local restaurants and the marina. A very convenient location. I can’t say enough about how great our stay was!

Absolutely perfect! Our group of five—three adults and two children—recently enjoyed a six-day stay here. The space was impeccably clean, offering breathtaking views. We had plenty of room, and each bedroom featured its own bathroom, all with stunning ocean and harbor views. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essential cooking tools, along with staple items like seasonings and oil. Every appliance we could possibly need was available. The facilities outside the condo were fantastic, with great options for breakfast and lunch, as well as wonderful pools and beach amenities. Although we didn’t utilize the spa and gym, they were available for those who wanted them. The area felt very safe, and we took several walks to the grocery store. It took about seven minutes to walk there without kids, and around twelve minutes with them in tow. Once we figured out how to enter the gate and use the elevator, everything became super easy! This might be the TOP condo I've stayed at in Puerto Vallarta. Stunning, 4 bedroom condo with the most incredible views of PV. High on the 23rd floor, you get expansive views of the city, mountains and oceans. All 4 bedrooms are incredible, spacious and get lots of light. The property itself has 2 pools, great gym, sauna, hot tubs, restaurant, and it's right on the beach with quick access to the ocean. Only 15 mins from the airport makes it very convenient as well. Highly recommend this condo.

I wanted to Thank Priscila for the great customer service as well. The place itself was beautiful as described. The Icon tower staff were very friendly and helpful. The icon itself does have some strict rules, so if your plan is to party this place is definitely not for you. If you plan is to relax and enjoy the great views this place is definitely for you.

This place was beautiful, even more incredible views than what the pictures look like. Krystelle was always available to answer any questions both before and during our stay. Walking distance to large grocery store which was great for having food/drinks in the kitchen which was well stocked for any type of cooking. There was even a Starbucks within walking distance which was a nice surprise.

My stay was amazing. The host Pricilla was very responsive on any questions we had about things to do or great places to eat in the area. The grocery store is literally walking distance and has everything you could need there which is a plus. The place was amazing and very spacious with beach views from every room. Hi guys. Searched this group before but didn’t find a ton on non-resort, multigenerational Puerto Vallarta with young (2, 11 months) children. We traveled as a group of 8 including 3 generations. Had a great time! Primarily a residence with some national and few international tourists. 10 min to airport. Insane views. 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Good service pool side. Beach club. Gym. Spa on site (massage was 10/10 and affordable). Indoor and outdoor children’s play place. We drank water from the fridge with no issues. Would easily stay again.

Excellent location and the view! very spacious

Our family enjoyed staying in this beautiful condo! The view was breathtaking. We took our 14-month old and staying in for naps didn’t seem like a wasted part of the day. Krystelle’s instructions were very clear and appreciated, as well as Priscila’s very warm welcome to our party. Each room has a very nice view, which makes for choosing who gets which room very easy! Would love to stay here again sometime in the future. Highly Recommend :)

The attention at all times by Krystelle and Eugenia was excellent, always on the lookout for any questions and with good communication offering us local recommendations. The condominium and the view it has, amazing, as well as the location of the place close to many restaurants, bars, bars, shopping centers, etc.

Let me just start this by saying the condo was so beautiful. The photos don’t do this gorgeous property justice, especially the view of the ocean! It is better in person and beyond our expectations. The location was also perfect, easily accessible to everything. Our host, Priscilla, was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. She was very gracious and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended.

This place was stunning. We brought 2 families with 2 children (3 and 5 year olds). The place was amazing. As we walked in to check the whole place out all the family was in awe. Krystal le and Priscilla were very helpful and responsive with any questions we had! The rooms were spacious with an amazing view and shower in each one. The water pressure from the shower was awesome. A/C worked perfectly and was much needed with the heat! The wrap around balcony was a hit, caught a few sunrises and sunsets and it was beautiful. The kids could not get enough of the kids pool. It was shallow enough for them to not wear their floaties. The restaurant downstairs had good food and prices were cheap! Beach access with jet ski and banana boat rentals was cool. Overall would definitely stay here again! Don’t think twice, book this place! You won’t regret it!

We selected the property for a family gathering to celebrate our mother's 80th birthday. So we were looking for a roomy, comfortable place that was conveniently located to the airport, nearby restaurants, a great supermarket, the marina and of course had a great view. This condo exceeded everyone's expectations. The property and the condo are truly breath taking. Great security with a welcoming family vibe. All the staff and especially the tower concierge were delightful and helpful with questions and directions. I interacted with both Krystelle and Priscila in the booking process and during our stay and they could not have been more gracious, responsive or accommodating. The condo is exactly as listed and the views have to be experienced to be believed. It was an amazing trip for my family and I would highly recommend it!

The views are immaculate, great location surrounded by restaurants, bars, grocery store, shopping center all walking distance and only a short drive to the Malecón and Marina. It was super easy to communicate with Krystelle and Priscila. Check-in was a breeze. Took advantage of all the amenities the complex has to offer. Highly recommend! A great spot for vacation. Excellent location with close-by grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment and the complex are quiet and family friendly. The view was just superb. My daughters (12 and 10) simply loved it. All facilities were easy to access and service by the pool/beach was excellent. Krystelle and Priscila were great hosts and made us feel like at home. We will definitely plan to return in the future.

To begin, I want to say that this condo is 100% worth 5 stars!! The view and the accommodations cannot be beat! We had a bit of trouble getting on to the property because our flight arrived early but once I contacted the host, Priscilla, she was able to make a call and get us access to the property. Check in with the concierge was a breeze. We accessed the condo on the 23rd floor from an elevator that opened directly into the unit. The view was breathtaking! The large deck wraps around 3 sides of the condo and can be accessed from the main living and dining rooms and each bedroom. There are 4 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. Bedrooms 1 & 4 have king beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have full sized beds, which we found a bit small. We enjoyed the beach side bar & grill each day, and the condo is located within walking distance of eateries and grocery stores. We took a taxi each day to a different part of PV, and always enjoyed coming back in the evenings for the amazing sunsets!

Just spent a week at Krystelle's property in Vallarta. The pictures are the real thing, plus no picture can show the view and surroundings, phenomenal. The communications were spotless and Priscilla the property managers was outstanding, fast, friendly and spot on advice. We recommend this property without reservations

Pricilla was there to greet us upon arrival. Ocean views from the moment the private elevator opens up to the unit. This home is everything plus more! Very spacious with plenty of room. There was a fully stocked kitchen. An amazing pool and lounge area down stairs with strong margaritas. The hosts were amazing extremely responsive with great recommendations. Our stay didn’t feel long enough. Sleeping with the ocean breeze as waves crash into the sand was unmatched. I can’t stress enough how much we feel in love with it. Thank you for the great hospitality. We hope to be back again.

The apartment is VERY nice with a spectacular view in all the rooms!! It's spacious and modern. It has very easy access without having to use a key. The location is excellent, 10 minutes from the airport and very good restaurants, and just 50 meters away there is a convenience store and a supermarket. The complex has some restrictions (for the common good), but they could affect the type of trip you have planned, such as: - No music or smoking in the beach and pool area. No coolers. - Gym hours are restricted (can only be used in the afternoons) Krystelle and Priscila's service was excellent!!!! Always attentive! We would definitely choose this lodging option in Puerto Vallarta again

We had a great stay at Krystelle’s beautiful condo. Krystelle was very communicative and stayed in touch with us during the course of the stay, which we very much appreciated. The photos don’t do justice to the breathtaking views from the apartment, and it was great to relax on the oversized wrap around terrace. The pools, hot tubs and the beach club were very clean and very well managed. We would love to return to this property again — one of the best Airbnb experiences!

The Icon Vallarta condo is pure luxury! The unit is huge and bright with wonderfully comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The kitchen is great and it's nice to have an elevator code so that you never need a card key. We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant in Tower 2 and lunches/drinks at the beach bar. For both, you need to prepay an Icon card as everything is cashless. The pool is a great temperature, the lounge chairs are nice, the beach location can't be beat. There is a wonderful grocery store close by, several restaurants, Starbucks and an outdoor mall. The Icon concierge staff is lovely and helpful. We never had to wait for an open lounge chair or for any service. Most of the guests are owners so the vibe is slightly different than a typical resort but we enjoyed all that Icon had to offer. The unit is on the 23rd floor with amazing views, bring binoculars to see whales, dolphins, stingrays and schools of fish from the balcony. Krystelle was extremely responsive and helpful from beginning to end. 5 stars!!! Amazing sunsets.

What a great place, excellent location, very easy and all the amenities you need!

Words can’t even describe how amazing this condo is. From the elevator that takes you to your own floor, to the floor to ceiling windows wrapped around the whole place to the open kitchen to the huge wrap around patio with breath taking views, we were stunted. My kids loved the pool that was oceanfront and they had servers with a food menu and cocktails, the amenities didn’t stop there, just a few steps away from the beach which had a full bar and restaurant. We can’t wait to book our next trip back.

What an incredible home with incredible views! We were able to witness a lightening storm and catch breathtaking rainbows. Panoramic ocean views throughout the entire home. The community services were incredible including pool side food and drink service. We highly recommend and will back every time we visit the area.

We just had a fantastic week at Krystelle’s place, the apartment is fabulous, with the greatest views ever, in an excellent location, and perfect for a family of six. Can’t ask for anything better. Priscila did an excellent job supporting our needs and fixing a couple of minor issues, she really tries hard on making you feel home and supported. An excellent and unforgettable experience staying in that apartment and in the Icon Tower. They approve who stays to make sure the apartment is taken care of and that makes a difference. Priscila, the owner's representative, is very helpful at all times and 24 hours. The apartment is in excellent condition and with all the details of use. The Icon Tower has the service of a 5-star hotel in every way. Beautiful and well-equipped common areas. They just don't have service like towels in the pool, because they're apartments. And another difference is that the restaurant and beach bar have a good food and drinks menu at a regular price, but they are not like a hotel with a lot of atmosphere at night. I highly recommend the apartment and tower, I wouldn't just describe the excellent experience.

Krystelle’s place is absolutely hands down the most beautiful condo I have ever set foot in. Pictures do NOT do this place justice! The deck wraps around the entire condo and the best sunsets can be admired from all angles. All of the bedrooms have private bathrooms attached and have wonderfully comfy beds. The decor is thoughtful and gives the condo that upscale vibe it deserves. Onto the best part: Priscila is a TOP NOTCH host! She ensured our stay (me + 4 best friends) was everything we wanted and more by accommodating pick up and drop off from the airport, stocking the fridge with our necessities for the weekend, and providing thoughtful touches like birthday balloons upon arrival. She is extremely quick to respond and knows the best spots in PV. This honestly was the trip of a lifetime for me, and I can say that anyone who stays at Krystelle’s place will agree!!!

Beautiful condo in a great building with all the amenities you would want. Amazing views from the wrap-around decks and pool and beach areas are clean and always have chairs available. Location is perfect for stocking up as needed and short Uber into town for dinner. Communication was very quick and helpful and checking in was very smooth. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.
