We met the co-owner on day 3 of our stay. He was very nice and accommodating. The condo looks exactly like the pictures listed. The kitchen was stocked with our basic needs and a coffee bar, beach towels were provided, and loved the bunk bed room. The location is incredible though and the reason we’ll be back again. The first floor patio made a huge difference for our family with little kids for transitioning to the beach and pool. We ate dinner at the patio a few times too. It was nice and relaxing!

This place was amazing for me and my 9 other boys. This checked every box for our annual guys trip, will definitely be using next year. Walk right out to the pool with swim up bar. The best views of the dolphins, every morning. Within 100 yards of multiple bars/restaurants/ entertainment. Thank you so much Sam!!

We overall loved Sam’s place. The resort was very clean and had people walking around that made sure you were meant to be there, kept unwanted pedestrians out, always responsive and helpful. Sam’s place was very nice and was a great location. Sam was very helpful with tips beforehand and was very responsive if anything was to be needed. Would stay there again.

The place is just beautiful. Oceanfront and with large pools. What my family and I liked most was the peace and security of living there. Honestly, one of the best experiences. P.S. Communication was always very prompt and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

This place was great! First floor, beach front, steps from the pool. It is very spacious and the views from the living room and master are amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathrooms were perfectly equipped for a relaxing shower at the end of a long beach day. The beds were extremely comfortable! The pillows may need a little updating. There is a restaurant on site, and a small market with plenty of offerings, including a small cafe area. Right outside the gates of the building you will find a small street with several bars, restaurants, and shops. The wine tasting is a must do! Would definitely come back again! The host was very responsive, and check in/out was very easy. 100% recommend this rental!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as described (if not better). The view of the ocean was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved waking up to the sound of waves every morning. The location was ideal—steps from the beach, close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions, but still peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself was tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and the patio became our favorite hangout spot. Communication with the host was seamless—friendly, responsive, and super helpful with local recommendations. We felt completely at home and can’t wait to come back. The accommodation is very nice, very clean, tidy and nice, it matches the photos, Sam's service was always very good, being attentive and answering any questions at the time of booking, the instructions were very clear. Everything is very central in a tourist area, my family and I are definitely very happy and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Sam’s place was perfect for my family vacation. We spend three nights there and my kids had lots of fun all day at the pools, also available water sport activities right there a few steps from our condo. Sam’s place is very nice, clean, very spacious and also very well organized with anything you will need to cook and be comfortable, we definitely will stay here in the future.
