She was always attentive to what was requested. The house was super nice. Very flexible. I would consider her a very good host. The cleaning and food manager, Mary, is excellent, and Andres is very helpful and attentive. I brought my dogs, and they are very comfortable running around.

Clean, modern home that was perfect for our stay. The host was very accommodating with both early check-in and late check-out, which we really appreciated. We had a great time and would happily stay here again.

It was an incredible experience in every way, I went with my family to celebrate my dad's birthday and we were all 1000% satisfied. You can rest very well, the kitchen is perfect for preparing food, we love the warm pool, everything! It was a very pleasant experience, Lucia and Andrés were always attentive to any need, excellent hosts. Downtown Tepoztlán is a few minutes away and there is a store a few meters away where you can buy any supplies. The house itself is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable with an incredible view. We loved our stay here! The house is impeccably clean, everything is practically new and in excellent condition. The decor is very nice and every detail is taken care of. In addition, the value for money is unbeatable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The house is super practical and has everything you need for a few days of rest, tourism or fun. I travel with two people in wheelchairs, everything is on the same level, minus the terrace where there is a small step. Vanesa and Andrés (service staff) were VERY attentive and made that in our stay nothing was missing and we were very comfortable. Thank you Lucia, your home is a luxury!

This place is just perfect. Quietly located, with a beautiful private garden and pool to relax. By car, you can also reach Tepoztlán in 10 minutes. For a relaxing time with the family, this is ideal and we will be happy to come back!

Everything is wonderful with the house. Safe, comfortable, pool and super comfortable jacuzzi. At all times they pay attention to you for whatever is offered. Of course we'll be back.

The house is nice and comfortable. The service of Andrés, the gentleman who works and takes care of the house, is exceptional, is always on the lookout and helps you in whatever you need. The boiler works well, and in general the amenities. My recommendation is that they put air conditioners at least in the dining room; but it would be ideal in the rooms.

Fantastic place in a magical town

Lucia's house was incredible, we had a very pleasant weekend, everything was very clean, very equipped. The house is just like the photos, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, equipped kitchen. It has a wonderful view and the patio and pool very nice. Andrés and Vanessa's attention was excellent.

Lucia from the moment she showed her interest in staying in her house, she was cordial! she gave us the correct indications, the arrival at the house is as it does the images and the signaling! We lost a little but without issue we arrived and we were greeted by Mr. Andres who explained the use of the pool the jacuzzi (they are great) and she was attentive at all times, also Mrs. Yesenia was very kind and cooked on time, a very nice place to spend as a family, we would definitely return, thank you for everything!

This place is amazing! It is identical to the photos, the decor is cute and everything was very clean and well maintained. The beds are delicious, the kitchen has everything we need. Lucia and Andrés were super helpful at all times and helped us with special requests. We loved it and would go back without thinking!!

The house is even prettier in person than in the pictures. It has everything you need for a complete stay, very well equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils. No problem with the cleaning, the house was delivered to us cleaned and tidy. Excellent service from Lucia at all times, she helped us to check in early so we could work remotely and the Internet was more than adequate. Since we arrived we had the support of a person who takes care of the house (Andrés). He was always available to support us with whatever was needed. The stay is 100% recommended. The place has total privacy and a great view of the scenery. Downtown is 15 minutes away by car. We had a pleasant experience from start to finish. The pool is heated, so it is pleasant to use at any time (keep in mind that there is a separate charge for this).

From the beginning, I had very good communication with Lucia. He was very flexible and very helpful with my requests. The house is beautiful and in excellent condition. Andrés, the manager, was always attentive to our needs. He even did us personal favors (such as carrying our luggage downstairs and doing some shopping) We hired the cleaning and cooking service, and the person was very attentive and efficient. They have an Argentine-style grill for barbecuing, a trampoline and a large garden. The pool and jacuzzi can be heated. You just have to pay for the gas, but it's worth it if you're sensitive to the cold. I would definitely come back to visit them. I had a wonderful weekend with my family and my dogs.

I loved the house. It was spacious and well lit. The directions to get there were clear, good internet, and communication at all times with the caretakers and Lucia.

We had a great time at the house, the jacuzzi and pool were lovely. They are generally heated by solar panels but if you visit during the rainy season like we did you can also opt to pay a small fee for gas heating which is well worth it. There was a full kitchen and the living space was much bigger than it seems in the photos. It was also very clean and well located with lots of privacy but a short drive to town.

Thank you for your help. All expectations regarding facilities, cleanliness and service were met. They were attentive to us and we spent a hassle-free and very relaxed family weekend. We'll be back soon for sure.

The house is private, spacious, beautiful, stylish and very comfortable; very well equipped, you do not lack anything during the stay, the pool has a boiler, the incredible jacuzzi and the unbeatable landscape; the staff who welcome and attend you are very respectful and support you in everything! It is important to us that they accept pets and in this house our dogs were well received and had a lot of fun because there is enough space to run and play. We stayed in this house for two full weeks and we felt at home. Even though we were unable to meet due to the special circumstances (COVID-19) (the owners' house is across the street), I always felt that Lucía was very close and always, always, very attentive. That makes all the difference. The house itself is very comfortable, well designed and very well equipped. We came with kids and were able to do laundry. They lent us a crib, etc. Everything was great. We're going back. In fact, we've already booked other weekends. The mountains around are beautiful and even when you feel in the middle of nowhere, there are accesses (a highway nearby that can be a noisy pelín for the sensitive like me, but that with caps or felt) and shops nearby. We don't go out at all, Andrés, the foreman, another great value of the house and his wife Yesenia (aceso) can bring you whatever you need, from toilet paper (which has been so trendy) to an asado chicken. Thank you so much for everything the Casa Alma staff, it's a gem!
