The house is absolutely beautiful and is one of the nicest homes on this beach. The location is great only about a 25 minute drive from Progreso, yet just a few blocks from the local town where you can easily find anything you might need. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable. One thing we appreciated was that the air conditioning worked throughout the entire house. The outdoor patio and pool area are gorgeous and were where we spent most of our time. Communication with the host was good, and whenever we reported an issue, they sent someone out promptly to help. Like many beachfront homes, there were a few maintenance issues during our stay. I honestly think that’s something anyone renting directly on the beach should expect, as the salt air and humidity are are very hard on a home. While we did experience few plumbing and leak issues, the owners did make an effort to address them as quickly as they could. I would absolutely recommend this property. Great stay.

The house is unreal. It has everything you need. It is very well equipped and spacious, and Alberto was always attentive to us. We would definitely come back whenever we can!!

The house is very beautiful and above all pleasant, identical to the photos, and the sea is beautiful. The view is beautiful, the house is quite large. It has everything you need for an amazing weekend.

A very pleasant and quite nice place to enjoy with the family. It exceeded our expectations. Common areas and spacious rooms, well equipped, even with a grill for a nice BBQ. My favorite places are the terrace and the pool. Three of the 5 bedrooms have a nice ocean view. I would definitely do it again. Alberto was always available to respond to any messages.

Everything was very good, only the house was dusty when we arrived, the floors were not cleaned, the stove did NOT work so we could not use anything we bought to cook, the towels that were in the pool and in the bathrooms were not clean or washed The rest of the house is fine!

The house is spectacular, it is in a very quiet area... it is ideal to relax and enjoy the sea and the beautiful view with the family. The house is very complete, it has everything you need to be comfortable, it does not need anything, it is very clean and the rooms are very spacious... and the climate works super well, as it appears in the photos, that's how it is I will definitely be back soon with my family to stay longer in this place i recommend it 100%. 👍

The house is very spacious and beautiful, there were 10 of us and there was enough space for all our activities. The sea was amazing, it's not deep and for those of us who go with children it's a great option. The house is very clean and very well equipped for everything you need. Recommended

I was disappointed with the villa, which was not up to the standard and price paid. Aging and poorly maintained villa overall, incomplete bed (I ended up finding dirty sheets and washing them myself), broken pool lighting and a little dirty pool and very light cleaning. The only positive point is its location, the view from the terrace towards the sea and a village still very popular with Mexican families.

The house is beautiful, but you have to consider that if you go with older adults, there are no rooms on the 1st floor. Only up to the 2nd and 3rd floors and they do not have a railing. In general, we had a good time as a family and my comments are only suggestions for areas of opportunity. I was surprised not to find basic cooking items, at least salt!! and the stove lighter didn't work. Also, for the level of residence that belongs to PeninsulaStays, I expected a little more attention to detail. There was no body soap, in some bathrooms there was a box with a shampoo and conditioner dispenser, but like a hotel of another level. I couldn't find a hair dryer or iron as advertised. Not all rooms have a TV. We had cockroaches in the kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms. Alberto's service was good, but he took a long time to answer, he is in Mexico City. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was not working and I had no response until midnight.

The house is so beautiful! We were delighted, it has absolutely everything in equipment. We spent a few incredible days with the family, relaxing and having fun. Beautiful sunsets. We would definitely come back.

Everything was spectacular... The house is amazing… impeccable cleanliness, the rooms and bathrooms were the best, the kitchen and terrace were huge and super-equipped. The small issues that occurred at the beginning of the stay were quickly resolved by the hosts. All of us who went were happy and super satisfied, and we'll be back soon. 10 out of 10, highly recommended.
