Amazing stay! Maria was amazing and the place is as shown in the photos. Just a little bad lighting in the bathrooms, which I would recommend changing.

Maria was such a helpful and responsive host. The resort is huge and has tons of activities some of which required a bit of help with. Maria was quick to respond and always gave us great recommendations. Her house is fantastic, easy for 3 Moms and 3 daughters. Lots of room, great views and spacious. Perfect for a group. All in all a great time in Punta Mita. Highly recommend Encanto !

Very happy with our stay. Maria was very responsive and always happy to help. There is a maid every day which is not typical in other vacation rentals. Gorgeous place , amazing location, plenty to do.

With the lack of snow up north we went south to soak up the sun. Punta Mita, what a place! Something for everyone in our group. Enjoyed each beach club and all the activities. AC’s worked great. Sunrises every AM from the master balcony, trails to jog, enjoyed the dipping pool! Golf car provided was essential. Can take it out to the nearby town for water, coffee, explore. We lost the keys and Maria was so great with helping us. Can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Punta Mita, Maria was always attentive to any situation and gave clear directions at all times. Also attentive to making sure everything was fine. The house is just like the photos, even better, we were very comfortable and the beach clubs were great! Thank you Maria for everything!

Exactly as advertised. Maria was excellent about communicating with us before and during our trip. The unit was centrally located and the golf cart made everything on and off property easily accessible. Would definitely rent this place again for our family.

So nice to be in Punta Mita. The home was perfect, access to numerous beach clubs, quiet and great communication. The golf cart allowed terrific access to the resort and also shopping/restaurants in town.

Maria's place was great and Yessi was fantastic. It is more DIY than other Punta Mita locations but it is nice if you know the area and don't need that information and dont have to pay the concierge prices. Maria was fantastic in offering services for anything we needed.

I would give it 10 stars if I could! Every morning, the cleaning service comes to make the beds, clean the kitchen, and tidy everything up. When you rent here, you get access to a 6-person golf cart and four amazing beach clubs. Each beach has its own vibe, but they all offer food and drink service, which is fantastic! Our favorite was Pacfio Club. Maria, our host, was absolutely wonderful—she answered all our questions within minutes. It made our stay even more enjoyable! I highly recommend renting!

We loved our stay in El Encanto! The villa is in a great location and with better views that shown in photos(especially from 3rd floor). The golf cart makes it easy to travel between beach clubs and town. Make sure to understand the amenities to make use of all of the different clubs because this is what makes Punta Mita such a desirable place to vacation. The villa had everything we needed. The master on the 3rd floor has two queen beds, and the other 2 bedrooms are on the first floor with the kitchen, living space and deck area in the middle. We were expecting the master to have the king. Maria was always responsive and very helpful, which made our trip easy. Thank you for sharing your home with us and we hope to return!

Our family had a wonderful stay! It was a home away from home. We appreciated the cleanliness and hospitality. The small details really go a long way, such as providing bottle waters, bathing items, keeping organized and clean! Planning our next return soon! Very grateful with our stay!

Was a nice place close to all of the good restaurants and clubs . Maria was responsive but it was very difficult to get outside services in the community without arranging through Maria . Overall great place and would come back .

Maria’s home was beautiful. Just as described in the listing. The small plunge pool was perfect for the kids to cool off when not enjoying one of the beach clubs. Maria was so responsive and had many great suggestions and recommendations for anything we needed.

We had such a great stay at Casita Tsikuri! The condo was beautiful, the location was central to all the fabulous beach clubs. Maria was so helpful getting our trip planned and responding to requests. Jessica the housekeeper was so so friendly. Thanks for a great stay!

We had an amazing trip! Maria was so responsive. Any request we had she went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We used the private chef she suggested and the food was incredible! We definitely would stay here again.

An emerald with a few rough edges. The area and place are outstanding. If you're looking for a safe, private, and beautiful place to relax peacefully with amazing ocean views, this place is difficult to beat. It deserves five stars plus. My main complaint is the poor communication and insufficient information provided by the owner. We were not informed that the place includes free maid service, which is great for some but not for us who wanted full privacy. unfortunately, the maid entered the house without knocking, which was rather inappropriate and surprising. It was odd asking her to leave. Also, there is insufficient information about the area and how to get to, access, and use the resort facilities and installations. The house is wonderful but the old dishwasher didn't work, the toilet upstairs malfunctioned, and the faucet in one of bathrooms wasn't working. All of these problems are minimal compared to the many great things about this amazing place and location.

Maria was an amazing host! From booking to checkin to the week long stay, Maria had great recommendations for us and was extremely quick to respond when we had any questions. The place was spotless and had cleaning every day. The comfort of a home with the services of a hotel. Location is prime for access to all beach clubs and the town. Felt safe and secure and the everyone was extremely friendly even the security guards! Will come back 100% and for a longer stay. Thank you Maria!!

Casita Tsikuri is a wonderful option for those looking to stay inside the complex of Punta Mita. Maria was very kind and helpful and made sure our stay was perfect. Having access to the beach clubs was definitely a highlight but we also got to enjoy the privacy of the terrace and jacuzzi at the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and are really looking forward to staying here again.

First time visiting Punta Mita. The condo was as described and the host, Maria, was very quick to respond to any questions. Very impressed. We came to Punta Mita to surf. Didn’t realize how private each individual neighborhood is inside PM. We tried surfing a couple spots and could never get into those neighborhoods, so we had to rent a boat from town (recommend Tranquilo Surf). Boat was going to pick us up at dock but staff wanted to verify we had permission. All was fine. But an fyi for the surfers out there to plan that in advance.

Excellent place, we enjoyed the stay and Maria was very friendly. I will go again at the first opportunity.

Beautiful accommodations in gated El Encanto section of Punta Mita.

I highly recommend this property, it is located inside Punta Mita and the house is spotless. Maria helped me a lot with all my doubts and even recommended places to go for dinner for my anniversary. Next time I will book more days to enjoy the beach and the tranquility of the house. Thank you for everything! :)

Great spot

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at Maria’s home. It was in a beautiful location inside the gates of Punta Mita, so very safe, and her home was even more beautiful than the pictures. A cleaner came to clean the home every day and was very polite so we did not have to worry about anything. Would love to stay again in the future!

Great place. We especially liked that access to several of the beach clubs was included.

Good value for the price. Usually more expensive to stay behind the gates of the Punta de Mita resort and have access to the beach clubs there. A house cleaner comes every day to tidy up. Maria was very responsive.

The house is very nice, as is in the photos. Maria is very attentive and clear in communication. Everything worked 100%. A very quiet area. the beach clubs very nice. Excellent service. I would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Casita Tsikuri and Punta Mita. This place is perfect for families with plenty of room to spread out and all the comforts of home. The kids loved riding around in the golf cart and we thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities Punta Mita has to offer. The beach clubs were great and each one had its own vibe. Maria was a great host, very responsive and always was available to answer any questions we had. We can’t wait to come back again.

We enjoyed our time at Marias place. It is not the nicest place in the gates, but a great value if you’re looking to spend less, and it was the perfect size and layout for four adults and three children. It’s in a great location and has access to all the beach clubs. It also came with a golf cart that fit all of us which was a plus. Maria is a fantastic host. She was so nice, gave us great recommendations and always responded right away.

Perfect villa centrally located within the punta mita gated complex with full access to all the resorts amenities. Great value and lovely peaceful getaway.

I've stayed at this villa several times, and we'll certainly keep coming back. The house is just as seen in the photos. It is clean and very cozy, and has everything you need for an incredible vacation. My kids really enjoy the small pool on the terrace and the golf cart. Communication with Maria was always excellent. She was always helpful and gave us many recommendations for things to do. Punta Mita is a paradise, and my family and I enjoy every visit. We are happy with our stay at this villa.

María was always in touch with us, which made our experience much better. The Villa is in a private area with security, and since it is within the Punta Mita community, it has access to the beach clubs and amenities that made our experience special. The house is just as seen in the photos and accommodated our entire family very well. I highly recommend María and her villa in Punta Mita.
