The house is very nice and perfect for a group. Knowing that everyone can have their own private space. The two pools are small, and the outdoor space is quite limited but very well maintained and very pleasant nonetheless. The house is ideally located in a small, quiet street, a few meters from the central street leading to the center of the village and the beach. There are chickens pretty much everywhere outside the house and in the neighborhood, but that didn't bother us during our stay and we didn't need earplugs or anything else. The only thing is that the pool could have been a bit bigger, since there were 10 of us.

Good house in a lovely town. Comfortable, very clean. House has lots of steps so make sure you are able. Host was always responsive and very helpful. Well equipped kitchen. Olga the housekeeper is the best! Felt secure and well located.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Casa kuntur! We loved the open space, beautiful landscaping and architecture. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and we all had plenty of space to have privacy. The pool was cleaned every few days which was wonderful. We took advantage of hiring Chef Olga and what a great decision that was. Definitely recommend!! The place was super clean and very close to Main Street, tucked away enough you feel very private. Thank you so much for a great stay, we hope to be back!!

This is the second time we've stayed at Villa Kuntur because we love it so much. It accommodated our large party yet the design gave us plenty of space. The location is amazing, next the Hotel Marii which has our favorite breakfast spot and and an easy short walk to the Main Street. We love the design of the property, modern, peaceful and full of beautiful plants. The hosts are always responsive and helpful. When we come back we will definitely book here again.

This is the second time I have come with a group of 10 for a 40th birthday (long) weekend. The 5 bed/5 bath set up is invaluable. The house looks just like the photos, if not better, in person. It's super walkable to the shops and beach. The property has gated parking for 2 cars but we had a third on the street without issue. Generally the property and area feel very safe. Bring earplugs, there are roosters everywhere in MX. Fantastic place to stay, 10/10 recommend.

We spent 5 incredible days at Juan Pablo's place. The house is very nice, with beautiful architecture and very spacious and cozy spaces. Juan Pablo and the other hosts were always attentive to our questions and were very kind, helping us with recommendations. Very friendly and professional maintenance staff. It's definitely a great place to stay in San Pancho

This Airbnb is absolutely stunning. Great and spacious facilities, comfy beds, towels and beach towels for all guests and beautiful interior. They even had camping chairs and parasols which we could take to the beach. Absolutely worth the money!

This place is better than you can ever imagine. The location is a dream (outside of the roosters- it only took 1-2 nights until we adjusted to them). The house is beautiful. Olga and Bernardo keep the grounds and home in impressive condition throughout your stay. We opted to have Olga and her family cook half our dinners and I highly recommend this add on service. Both pools are fabulous and the gardens that surround them are beautiful and lush. I highly recommend booking this listing- you will not regret. We look back to our next time we’re able to visit!

Amazing space, amazing staff! This spot is a gem for our family.

We had a wonderful stay at Juan Pablo's home. After staying in a condo on the beach prior, it was a nice change to have our own space for the family. The architecture is absolutely stunning, decor is well done and is very complementary in style with the design. The home more than comfortably accommodated our family of four. Lots of different spaces to hang out in during the day including the rooftop and private backyard with heated pool, loungers, and plenty of greenery and nicely done landscaping. While there was A/C we never used it as there are many ceiling mounted fans throughout. Very walkable to everything in San Pancho. Being a somewhat rural (for San Pancho..keeping in mind it's a very small town), there are lots of roosters making noises at all times of the day. Comes with the location and adds so authenticity to the location so just bring some earplugs for sleeping if you need them - we survived several days just fine and would certainly return back.

Fantastic airbnb. Exactly as it looks in the pictures, and worked well for sharing with friends. The house was well stocked with all the essentials, especially in the large kitchen, which is way better equipped than most airbnbs. The daily maid service was an added plus! We loved our stay here.

The villa was absolutely amazing. There was nine of us that stayed in both villas in the compound. Also, the staff were amazing especially Olga. Her food is so good and it is definitely worth getting her to cook for one or two meals on your trip. The only negative I could say is the roosters. They never stop apart from that that would never stop me from coming back again to stay at this villa. It was truly memorable and I am so happy I spent my 50th birthday here..

Definitely the best Airbnb I've ever visited!! We hope to be back soon! The house is UNBEATABLE in every aspect, super spacious and VERY clean. You can tell they took care of all the details, making it a luxury home! Thanks to the hosts who were always attentive to my questions and took care of everything very quickly. The cleaning and gardening staff coming daily is a PLUS not seen anywhere else. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay! This was a beautiful modern house with space for everyone and extremely clean. The managers are very quick to respond to all questions. We rented a golf cart and were able to explore beaches further away. The neighbors have roosters but eventually you get used to it. We would definitely stay again with our family.

Our stay at the Villa was exceptional and highly recommended. We were two families with children and the layout of the separate houses turned out to be very convenient. The properties are in impeccable condition and exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities, making our vacation an incredible experience. We left wanting to enjoy all the spaces more. Each room and common area has air conditioning, which made our stay very pleasant at all times. In addition, communication with the hosts, especially Beatriz, was excellent. They were always attentive to us and responded to our requests immediately. In short, it's a fantastic place, highly recommended. The photos don't do justice to the beauty of the place, and the service from the hosts and maintenance staff is amazing. We'll definitely be back.

My family of 7 adults and 3 children really enjoyed our stay at Villa Kunter. spacious house with many private and family areas. we used the Cadita in the back for the biggest family and the rest of us in the main house. the kitchen and living room helped so much with he kids and the pool was lovely all day long its hot. Walkable to everything near by and the town itself was small and cute. Great resturant too.

We were delighted to stay at Villa Kuntur in San Pancho for a week with two families and our 4 little kids. The layout was perfect for 2 families, as we had the Casita for one family and Villa for the other, with amble space for quiet time and naps, and time together. We spent many hours in the pool and the beautifully manicured garden. There were many outdoor spaces to explore and the kitchen was fully stocked and very large, easy to feed all 8 of us. We took advantage of our walks to the beach but also stayed in the villa for many hours every day, and appreciated the beautiful surroundings and clean modern architecture. The location isn't right in town, but for us that was a bonus, it was quiet, except for the chickens next door! Hosts Bea and Juan Pablo were very responsive. Olga and Carmen cleaned every day and cooked two meals which were fantastic and gave us lots of fresh leftovers -tortillas, salsas, marinated meat, etc. We're already looking into which dates we can come back!

We stayed at Casa and Casita Kuntur for our wedding weekend and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The hosts were extremely accommodating, the place was bigger and grander than we even imagined. It’s a few minute walk from the main strip and feels like a paradise. The beds are comfortable, the AC and WiFi work well, and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. 10/10 recommend.

Great house for a family staying for the week. Close to restaurants and the liveliness of the village life - there will be noise coming from the nearby park and roosters next door but that’s the trade off to be close to everything. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Best place we have stayed in Mexico by far and we have been coming for 8 years! Cleaning daily, well stocked kitchen, fresh towels daily... All outstanding. We will be back next year Roosters are talkative though 😀

An absolutely stunning home, with every amenity and creature comfort anticipated. Designed to maximize shared space, as well as private time. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen was a delight. The large living room was a perfect movie spot in the evenings. Airy bedrooms were deliciously comfortable. Floor to ceiling glass paneled walls look out to the swimming pool, luscious gardens and patios on each floor and welcome the outdoors inside. Morning and evening, the views from the rooftop garden are spectacular. Perfectly located on a quiet residential street, just a few minutes’ walk to countless restaurants and a simple stroll to the beach. We tried some of the local dining spots Bea recommended – and each were better than the one before. An unexpected bonus; an amazing cleaning and maintenance staff who could not have been more gracious. We spent eleven days at this remarkable property and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy San Pancho paradise at its finest.

This is a beautiful home with bedrooms for all the members of our 3-generational family celebrating Christmas together in the charming town of San Pancho! It is an architect-designed house that is stunning on both the outside and the inside. The housekeeper was lovely, cleaned every day except Christmas, and she cooked two delicious breakfasts for us. We loved her! Beds were comfortable, pools delightful as an alternative to the beach, and the spacious kitchen made us all want to cook! The only drawback to keep in mind is that there is no washer and dryer in this house. Other than that one small deficit, everything else was perfect.

Large, beautiful, modern home in a great location. The house is spotlessly clean and everything is top quality. It is located on a quiet, residential street, an easy walk to the town’s restaurants, shops and beach. And there is a lovely housekeeper that comes to clean every day. We had a problem with the air conditioner but Juan Pablo was very responsive and had it quickly repaired. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our four nights at this beautiful property, comprising the main house and casita, were nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an exceptional team whose warmth and hospitality made us feel at home. The cooking and cleaning staff were not just attentive but went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, making us feel pampered and relaxed at all times. Their dedication and friendliness truly enhanced our experience; they loved playing with the two youngest babies which helped greatly when we wanted to eat the excellent dinner they prepared for us. We would highly recommend this casa to anyone! Hasta pronto San Poncho!

Villa Kuntur was an exceptional place to stay for my friends relaxing bachelorette party. It houses 10 people comfortably and was even more beautiful than the photos. Bea and all the hosts were so responsive and helpful. They even delivered groceries to the house for all of us. The roosters are a good alarm and San Pancho is my favorite town in Mexico!

Wonderful. My number one recommendation is to have meals from the amazing chefs Carmen and Olga, with warm personalities and fresh, authentic Mexican food. Better than the local restaurants! I don’t think this is as talked up in the description as it should be. Also, we traveled with a 3 and 7-yo and found the property to be very kid friendly! San Pancho is a magical place that values children, culture, and community, I hope it can retain its unique qualities as it grows in popularity.

The house is simply exceptional, best Airbnb yet! The house is stunning and was our comfortable home where our family enjoyed relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked and a pleasure to work in. Our kids loved playing in the pool on a daily basis. The beds are comfortable & the shades blocked out all light. There are numerous spaces & nooks to enjoy alone to read, do yoga, etc. Entry floor is to a hallway and two bedrooms w/ two baths. Downstairs contains the living areas, backyard & patios. Third fl is the large master, bath & patio. (Don't recommend for anyone with physical limitations). Bea was accessible & responsive. The groundskeeper and house cleaner were wonderful, friendly & thorough. Please note: the influx of foreigners have caused the prices of goods to be inaccessible to people whose these communities belong to – so tip generously. Be respectful to the character of the community & its residents. If you are fortunate to book this home, don't hesitate! We hope to be back!
