Vitaly's place is a beautiful beach front property with amazing views from the balcony and master bedroom. It was clean, the beds were super comfortable, every room had its own bathroom and AC, the kitchen had everything we needed, easy access to the pools and beach, the hospitality was great and Nuit was quick to respond and answer our questions. It's walking distance to Soriana (it's like a Walmart), coffee shops, and places to eat. We had an amazing stay and would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect, and it made it so easy to enjoy the beach and spend quality time together. The location is very good, and the facilities are very good too. Being right on the beach, it's perfect for going for a walk. The pool water is salty; I didn't like that very much. If you are coming in your own vehicle, please note that parking spaces are limited.

Great place to stay! That host was very accommodating as week booked last minute. The pools were amazing and very quiet and relaxing.

The views from the unit were spectacular. The place was just as it was described and looked like the photos from the listing. We were pleased with the proximity to the city center as well as shopping. Nuit was the property manager onsite and she couldn't have been more helpful or pleasant to work with. She was always quick to respond to our messages and resolved any issues promptly and professionally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

This place was just as described. Very clean and well maintained. I have stayed at these condos before and the place is beautiful. I had no issues at all and the host communicated with me when maintenance was being done at the building, kept me informed. when I return to Puerto vallarta this will be a place I will stay at again

The apartment certainly lived up to the photos - my family was very pleased with the space and amenities provided. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the ocean, from which we even saw whales passing by more than once. The apartment very clean and quiet - we were very pleased with our choice. There is a large grocery store a 5min walk away which was very convenient. Would highly recommend.

The condo is beautiful and well stocked. The property is well staffed, felt very safe. Everywhere in PV is noisy, this building is quiet but you can still hear the Sheratons music at night. The pools are excellent and look directly on to the sand. They are strict about the rules, but it was overall kid friendly. The beach is not the best in PV but nice enough to walk and play on. Kids played in the waves everyday. Lots of vendors selling stuff. The next door lot is empty and the road is under construction so it looks sketchy, but really it’s very safe to walk. Groceries and coffee are at 5 minute walk down the dirt road. And all restaurants are about 15-20 minute walk. Lots of great food options. It’s a 15 minute taxi ride to downtown. Uber/taxis were reliable and so was Uber eats. Delivery was nice when the kids didn’t want to walk to dinner. Laundry in the unit was very helpful. The patio and view are definitely the best part. Would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful last-minute stay in Puerto Vallarta with our family of eight. Booking the Airbnb was quick and easy, and our host Nuit was very responsive throughout. She replied to our messages promptly and even offered us an extra 30 minutes for checkout, which we appreciated, even though we didn’t end up needing it. The condo was beautiful! clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It had plenty of space for all of us. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breathtaking views, they were absolutely spectacular and made the trip even more special. Highly recommend!

We celebrated a birthday and had a great time, the layout of the rooms and the space was perfect, with very nice views, we had a super pleasant climate.

Harbor 1903 completely exceeded our expectations. The Airbnb itself was spotless and exactly as pictured—if not better. The A/C worked great, and even with all of us using the showers across the four bathrooms at the same time, we had hot water and great pressure. The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking meals together, and the balcony was a dream—spacious and peaceful with beautiful views. Check-in was smooth, the unit was easy to access, and everything was clean, including plenty of fresh towels. Just a heads-up about the community pool: it's resort-style and beautiful, but they do have some strict rules like no music and only allowing closed containers (so no refills unless you go back up to the unit). I get why they enforce it, but it felt a bit rigid considering everyone there was respectful and just enjoying their time. All in all, an amazing stay. I’d absolutely come back!
