Beautiful house. It has everything! Excellent layout. The construction is suitable for the area. Very clean and tidy, including the nice garden and the pool. The only thing that I think could be improved is the side access door to the property. It was difficult to get in and out with our 12-passenger van because the path is also very narrow.

Great house for my family! We loved being able to dip in the pool and hear the waves at night. The house does have beach chairs and umbrellas and the layout was great for us. Plenty of space to relax.

An excellent place to rest and spend a few very relaxing days; the garden is very nice.

So if you’re looking for a place to and get away from the world this is it. First off the home was beautiful and the pool was great. The beach was so close and no one was there due to being just far enough from the main area in Los Cerritos. The host is amazing and so responsive to everything we asked. Plenty of beach chairs umbrellas and toys. Really a beautiful place to get away.

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed. House is spacious, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location is peaceful and private, a short drive to Pescadores or Cerritos for food, drink, and activities. Beautiful views of the ocean and easy beach access. Barbara was on-point with instructions and recommendations. 10/10 would stay here again!

We had a very good time at this place. Barbara was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The house is great and has what we need. We found floaties, boards, sand toys, umbrellas, beach chairs etc. Very walkable to the beach! Great views from the upper rooms and the roof. We were able to see whales from the house. We enjoyed the pool as well but it could feel cold for some people as it’s not heated :)

I loved the house and location. It was just the right size for our family. It was a beautiful location , wonderful landscaping and awesome and quiet and peaceful. I loved walking on the beach for miles. Very accessible to restaurants and necessities.

The space was wonderful, the view is spectacular and Barbara was an excellent host.

We were a group of 4 guys and we had a very relaxing stay at Barbara’s. 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms all with fans (no ac) with the upstairs bedrooms and patio have great views. The pool is great and has floaties, nice beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas. The beach is 3min walk and incredible, we only saw a few people the whole time. There are no restaurants walkable so a car is recommended as there are some just 5-10 min drive but they close at 8pm!

Barbara was very helpful. The beach was beautiful and quiet, and easy to walk to. It was nice to be able to see whales from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The kitchen set up is a little inconvenient for cooking a meal for a group. We would have liked to have a dining table on the main floor. It is on the 2nd level which was nice, but there was insufficient lighting to eat there in the evening. It would be nice to have some furniture on the top floor to be able to enjoy that location better. The pool looked really nice, but is just a little bit too cold to enjoy. Overall we were happy with the house and location.

Amazing property, amazing host. 10/10 would recommend staying here. The property itself is located right next to the beach with a beautiful garden and pool for kicking back and relaxing. Barbara the host was great and super helpful.

Barbara was a fantastic hostess! we felt right at home at this amazing beach-front "palace." Everything we needed was within walking distance and having Barbara near-by was like having our own personal guide who knew all the ins and outs of the area. The place was immaculate when we arrived and exceeded our expectations. I cannot wait to come back!
