I am very sorry that you were not fully satisfied. The grill is electric because it's a fire hazard to have a charcoal or gas grill on the second floor balcony. According to my management company they did record and respond to your maintenance repairs,  except they didn't know anything about a toilet problem. One of the toilets is brand new so it shouldn't have been a problem. Unfortunately, you did not contact me personally about your concerns. I have always addressed any problems promptly.

Hi Rhonda, a second coffee maker is available in one of the kitchen cabinets for your convenience if you were not happy with the included one.
