We had the best stay at Casa Soñadora! Carmen and Mark were extremely kind and communicative, providing wonderful recommendations to explore Sayulita. Ernesto was amazing in assisting with check-in and helping coordinate transportation to and from the airport. The house could not have been more perfect, with gorgeous views and beautiful landscape that was kept very clean by Daisy. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating, thank you for the perfect stay! We will definitely be back the next time we head to Sayulita.

This place is amazing. Excellent views, very private and extremely walkable. The amenities in the home were great. There are some things that US travelers, especially need to understand about Mexico related to the open air nature of many homes, as well as the inability to flush toilet paper. That is extremely common throughout nearly all the homes in this town even with all that being said this is an incredible property. When we stayed, there was a daily housekeeping service and a security guard outside the property all night. We felt extremely safe at the property and in the area. The host was extremely responsive to questions or concerns that we had during our stay. I will absolutely be coming back to this property again.

The house and property are gorgeous and in a fantastic location. Very close to the beach and the town square without being too noisy or crowded. The heated, LED-lit pool was amazing! We loved the house and would love to bring our group back next year!

The Sayulita home was wonderful! We celebrated Christmas with 8 family members, ages 13 to 85 and Carmen’s home was perfect. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food prepared by chef Sereña at the home. The pool was just off the main living area and primary bedroom. People were able to enjoy the pool and relax inside, all feeling together in the same space. The large upstairs deck had a beautiful view. We loved playing cards watching the surfers in the evening. The beach was very close, but down a steep walking path. It was perfect for teenagers and parents, but the grandparents needed a golf cart ride down and back.

Pairing the location, views, and staff you really can’t beat this place. We felt very comfortable and well cared for the entire time. Having air conditioning was a must as well. Our group will happily stay here again.

Casa Sonadora was amazing, exactly what we hoped it would be for our family getaway. Loved the location, easy access to everything on Sayulita. Ernesto was great, so helpful and welcoming and a huge shout out to Daisy for keeping us “clean” everyday. We had such a great time, 10/10 would recommend this place.

Absolutely Beautiful!!! Even better than pictured! I will definitely be back! Plenty of room! Everything is in walking distance. The views are stunning! My family travels once a year and this house made it one of our most memorable stays!

We had an amazing time! Everyone was very accomodating. Ernesto was great at checking us in and getting us set up. The ocean-view looking out from the balconies and the pool was incredible. We were a group of 12 and the cleaners and security guard were very friendly and did great jobs. 10/10 experience and would suggest Casa Sonadora to anyone that is looking to visit Sayulita. Thanks for having us!

Nice spacious home in very close proximity to downtown and the beach. Loved the large table on the third story - large enough for our whole group of eleven to sit around.

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home, with breath taking views of the water. The hosts connected us with their house manager and Ernesto was wonderful to work with. We enjoyed incredibly delicious food prepared by Serena, a warm, wonderful chef. Our stay really couldn’t have been better.

Everything from the beginning with the communication with the owner to Ernesto the host was so easy. They answered all of my questions quickly and were very helpful. Our chef was unbelievable! We had her cook three nights. It was so easy to get to the beach and into town on foot but we had a golf cart as well. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

The house was beautiful and clean, the view was spectacular, and the location was perfect. We couldn’t ask for more. The hosts were communicative and helped arrange everything we needed including transport and private chefs.

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Steep climb back so not ideal for folks with mobility issues.

Best place ever Carmen’s all the helpers weee amazing . Alittle downside is the music late at nite so if u don’t like that bring your earplugs and it was still worth it We had teenagers and they loved it too

Casa Sonadora is a very special place in the perfect location in Sayulita. We've been visiting Sayulita for over 20 years and have stayed in many places around town, but this place was our absolute favorite thus far. We've always loved the little jungle trail that drops right into town making it easy to make quick trips up and down for avocados, coffee, etc. The house is gorgeous with 4 big, beautiful bedrooms- each with its own balcony and bathroom. Beds/bedding were super comfy, kitchen is well-appointed. The pool was just perfect to cool off each afternoon and the views from the roof top are just spectacular. We were simply in awe of the beauty surrounding us. How blessed are we to have such a fantastic experience with our family. Ernesto was extremely helpful as well. We would absolutely come back and stay at Casa Sonadora sometime in the future. Thank you for the wonderful memories... :)

House is beautiful, Ernesto the house manager was a big help and always responsive. We spent a lot of time in the pool that was so warm! It was extremely hot in August, but the house stayed blissfully cool. A quiet respite after a hot day at the beach. Would definitely rent again! Only thing missing- hairdryers !

Location location location. Literally such an amazing trip, cloudy a few of the days but still so gorgeous. If you have never been to Sayulita this is a great place to stay. It’s very centrally located but also very private. Ernesto was amazing setting everything up that we needed. Chef was great, in house massage was perfect ending. Will definitely be back.

Great house with one of the best views in the town. Location is perfect as its a short walk to the main strip of the beach and the best restaurants/bars.

We had a wonderful stay! It was 8 of us, 4 couples and the house worked great. Very close to town and easy to walk to and from. The top level porch was amazing. We loved the town of Sayulita and there were tons of amazing restaurants. The only negative is the ocean water. During our stay due to a sewage problem we couldn’t swim in the ocean. We didn’t know about this problem till we arrived and it was a let down for some of our crew. I would look into this before going again.

11 of us (mixture of kids and moms) stayed here for the week and had the most fabulous time. The house is perfect for a group. The kitchen and living area are open and accommodating for everyone to gather and the bedrooms are gorgeous and private. The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the rooftop patio The best part of the house, by far, is its location - our group have been to Sayulita many times, and all agree that this is the perfect location. It is a 5 minute walk downhill right into the heart of town, with so many fun shops and restaurants. The kids (ages 10-14) were able to be independent and walk into the town themselves. We rented golf carts, but didn't actually use them much as everything was so accessible to walk Ernesto - the house manager - was very responsive when needed, arranging golf carts/cook etc. There is a cleaner during the day, and security on the property at night, neither feel intrusive Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

We couldn't have been happier with Casa Sonadora. Amazing house, terrific location, incredibly helpful host! It was the perfect house for our trip to Sayulita. The house is located close to everything, is very well maintained and was exactly as described. The kitchen is well equipped and met our every need. Our host provided some great info before our arrival and Ernesto was very easy to reach during our stay. He helped arrange rides to and from the airport and some golf carts while we were there. There was daily maid service and a security guard at night, as well! The pool was a delight and we enjoyed spotting iguanas in the tree near the pool. The upstairs patios has stunning views of the coast and was a perfect place to enjoy an evening cocktail. My friends were equally impressed with Casa Sonadora and I was frequently thanked for picking such a great house. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

This is one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, you can walk to town or the beach or rent a golf cart. The view of the ocean from the rooms and the roof deck were gorgeous. The staff kept the house and property well maintained and Ernesto was great and assisted us with an early check in. Can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back!

The house in incredible. The place is in amazing condition with beautiful views, especially the roof. Everything was perfect, and perhaps the best part was how helpful the house Manager Ernesto was. Ernesto was super responsive and helped us setup plenty of things, like a beautiful home cooked meal at the house and massages by the pool. If you're considering this home for your trip, just go for it.

We loved it here! The location was great, short 5 mins walk down/up hill to beach or town but very doable. The staff was wonderful and took good care of us. We felt safe with security guard at night.

Casa Soñadora exceeded expectations - the photos don't do it justice! You can't beat the location so close to town. The staff were also fantastic - Ernesto was incredibly helpful in coordinating airport transportation, a chef-cooked meal and massages at the house. The cleaners were on site daily and went out of their way to clean up after our big group. I hope to return to Sayulita and stay here again - 10/10 recommend!

The pictures did not do it justice! Beautiful home, every room had a gorgeous view. The 2 outdoor showers were pleasantly unexpected, and ended up being a unique feature we enjoyed. The cooking service was delicious and so convenient. My only regret is that we had scheduled an additional meal service. The house supplied everything we needed for the weekend- towels, TP, toiletries, dishes, cups, etc. Sleeping accommodations were perfect for our large group. Being situated on an hill overlooking the ocean, we definitely got our exercise walking up and down. Other than that, we all loved the house, absolutely beautiful!

We had the best time at Casa Sonadora. The house was in the perfect location, it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the town. It’s a super fun and welcoming community. The surf was great and the town was filled with art and creativity. The house was incredible with a roof top terrace. The views from every bedroom were breathtaking. You can’t go wrong booking this house. We would definitely stay here again! We also used the car service recommended and it was fabulous and no hassle. But with that being said…. be careful and aware! Do not leave anything outside or by the pool as a few things were stolen from our group. Also, there are security guards for the house and they were found searching within the premises late at night. We weren’t sure if the house came with security guards as no other house had them in Sayulita and they weren’t mentioned on the Airbnb page. I would recommend not using the security guards as there’s no need for them to search around the house given the safe town of Sayulita.

Hands down the best Airbnb I have stayed at. Very convenient location to the town. Literally less than a 5 minute walk. Although, the walk back up is all up hill and will get you sweating. The house itself was perfect for our group. We made use of the pool which was great due to the heat. The house even has speakers in the living room you can connect to via Bluetooth. We were able to play jams while swimming and sipping on a cocktail. AC in every room. We had massages on the rooftop deck. Even had dinner up there. Great views. Actually, great views from any room as it faces the town and ocean. The hammock at the treehouse! Fell asleep on there. Very relaxing. Every morning we left for our planned activities to come back home to a clean house. New towels and fixed beds. Daisy was great in making sure the house was clean when we got back. Ernesto was just a text away if we had any needs. There is even a security guard at night time which made us feel safe. Overall a great stay at a great home. If you’re reading this review, book it. You won’t regret it.

We had a great stay at this house in Sayulita. The house is as it appears in the pictures. Lovely décor, very comfortable, great pool and the rooftop deck was the icing on the cake. The location is perfect! Just a short 5-8 minute walk to restaurants and the main beach. We've stayed in the middle of town before and that was way too loud for our family. Carmen's house is probably still considered in the downtown area, but sits on a quiet dead-end street without much traffic. At night we could just barely hear the music and it was easily drowned out by the a/c unit. The house sits at the top of a steep hill, but that didn't bother us. We're mobile active people. We considered it exercise to come and go! The housekeeper Daisy was great and kept the place very clean. Only two cons: insects. It really startled us to see the geckos and other large insects/crickets inside the house. However, I realize this is just the nature of the area of Mexico. Sayulita is a beach town that meets jungle area and mountains. I am certain it's not an issue specific to the house. There is a house manager. Communication with him was great once we were onsite. However, in my preplanning I reached out a few times and struggled to hear back. I had to reach out more than once for response. But, overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend Carmen's Airb&b!

We had a fantastic stay. Location was very central. House was beautiful, especially the outdoor roof space. House was clean and well stocked.

My girlfriends and I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful time. Ernesto our house manager was amazing and the house was just as described. So gorgeous and next to town. Highly recommend.

Our stay was amazing, the check in, follow up and daily cleaning were fantastic. Casa Sonadora was even better in person. Incredible views of the ocean, a clean spacious home, great pool and outdoor spaces were all great to come back to after a day in town or at the beach. Would stay there again any time.
