We loved the stay. Comfortable beds and everything you need to enjoy your stay. The pool and jacuzzi boiler worked properly. It also has staff who are available for any questions. Very quiet area.

Meche is the best host I have ever had, proactive, responsive, kind and always trying to make the best experience of your stay. The place is wonderful: spotless, well equipped, beautiful garden, nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, but the best part is the team cleaning and cooking wonderful food for us . Our experience at the house was simply extraordinary. From the first contact, the service from Marbella, Ángeles and Mr. Salomé was impeccable: always attentive, friendly and willing to help us at all times. The property is beautiful, perfectly maintained, clean and with all the necessary details to enjoy a few days of total rest. You can see the affection and dedication with which they maintain it. The gardens, pool and common areas create an atmosphere of peace that you feel from the moment you arrive. We deeply appreciate the hospitality and excellent communication throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home and we will definitely be back. Highly recommended for those looking for a quiet, nice place with first-class service. Thanks for your rating. Just to clarify that the daybeds are for outdoors but the 4 cushions are not, the place to store them is 7 meters away and when a guest asks the waiter to leave them in place before leaving, they store them without any problem, but we appreciate your comments.

We had an amazing weekend at this house. Everything is perfect: the house is spacious, comfortable and very tasteful. The pool is delightful, ideal for relaxing. But the best thing was the service: they made us feel right at home, especially with the food, everything was delicious! We would definitely go back.

Everything was great, highly recommended, everything was very clean and comfortable, and we wanted to stay longer. Everything was great! The food was excellent, the staff's service was impeccable, the nanny was very patient and very effective. EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT. Thank you very much, we had an amazing time! There is only one TV in the whole house, in the TV room. 😅 Maybe I needed another TV in the main room.

The house and the hospitality seemed excellent, of the things that bothered me was that the check-in time is not respected, making us arrive 3 hours later, which in my opinion was wasted the day, it was discussed that it could be done to replenish but in the end, nothing replaces it, it does not feel privacy since in the end there are too many service people. We like the food service, everything is very rich and the cook is very attentive. Sorry for a little limited use of the hot tub. Everything is charged extra, they advertise a grill but you have to pay for it, it should not be advertised if it is not included. Have a nice weekend but a little overwhelmed by the host. The house is very nice and that made it a little more worth it. They should charge more from the beginning if everything is going to be charged at the end of the day.

Good afternoon, we will take your observations into account. Clarando is not charged any more, the services that requested extra had a cost of which they had startup knowledge. They carried two extra people than allowed and that's why there was more staff to be able to attend to them. The roast (with significant cost) did not want to pay for it; that's why you took it. They didn't use it because they wanted us to give them a table to put it on because it had no legs, it was not accessed because the table burns as it is plastic. They left lights on in the area that they were not using and gate open all night and early morning. The house faces the street, exposing everyone (both home and you) to be at risk. Adding they had music until 5:00 am with excess volume and we had a neighborhood complaint. We had a rent at the beginning so it was requested to arrive at 5 pm;00 hrs, I propose to replenish those hours on Sunday. You did not access and that is why you were given the caldera of that day. Everything was negotiated from the start, nothing was after and everything was knowledgeable. It can also be read in the information of the house. They were not badly qualified not to have problems, but already with their rating around here I mention it was not what they deserved. Our experience was overall good, but we never felt really comfortable. The house is best suited for adults without children and no pets due to the restrictions and overall atmosphere of the place. Pros: Cleaning Impeccable: The house was clean and tidy at all times, thanks to the excellent work of the staff. Effective communication with the Host: The host showed great attention and willingness to respond to any need. Spectacular place: The house corresponded faithfully to the images shown, meeting our expectations. Cons: Kitchen Hours: They offer you a cook with a suggested menu for an extra cost. The menu is very sophisticated giving unnecessary pressure to the staff, you can't change and you have to stick to schedules. There is no extra cost, the cook is an extra service that you requested. 3.- Requesting breakfast 8:00 am sharp when schedules are from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm 4- The menu offers chilaquiles, soups, eggs, sandwiches, cakes, quesadillas, chilled, as well as a variety of entrances, soups and creams, big plates and dishes. The food options range from the simple to a little more “Gourmet”. You chose the menu for the options presented. 5.- The food pressure was generated because they wanted to eat very quickly, and the whole breakfast thing was not picked up because it was done in parts as they woke up and at times close to the meal. The house is simply wonderful, everything is super clean, spacious, air conditioning in the rooms (in the ad this is not clear and it is super important). The only comment I would make is that there is no privacy at any time. The service people who are super friendly and helpful, are there most of the day and when they leave, there are several cameras outside the house. But if that doesn't bother you, it's the perfect house. We had to leave early because my wife got sick and they were super attentive. Thank you very much for everything

The house has a lot of rules, which I understand since they want to keep it clean and perfect. However, if you have kids, be mindful that there are lots of rules to follow. The house is much nicer than the pictures. Architecturally it is made so that all the rooms have light. Its design is amazing, every detail makes you feel like you're in a hotel. It's a very good size, including the rooms where we slept. The 10 of us were super comfortable and happy in this beautiful house. Without a doubt, what I can applaud the most is the service provided by Ana, Alma and Lalo, they were always attentive at all times. The service, the cleanliness, always 100%. In addition, we booked the food for an extra cost and it was the best decision since their seasoning is incredible!!! They made us feel at home. Mercedes sent us a list of dishes that could be prepared for us a week before, and when we chose, they sent us the list of food that you can order in the online supermarket and so it arrives directly at the house and you don't worry about anything. Great concept! We loved that too. I'm sure we'll be back :)

The house is beautiful, the cleanliness and the service staff's attention are excellent. We spent a family weekend, including two dogs, and it was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The option of the food preparation service (just do the online shopping in some supermarket and they can greet you with the prepared food!!) and the attention of Ana, Caro and Don Claudio is a plus of the house, in addition to the boiler that makes you enjoy the warm water in the jacuzzi. You have the option of renting a grill and there is a supermarket very close where to buy what you need, although also Don Claudio can do the mandados with his respective commission. I highly recommend Fer's house, definitely my family and I will be back at some time.

The service is excellent, the person who takes care of the grooming is super attentive and helpful, my family and I hired the same the days we were to someone who cooked and it was excellent, it was very worth it, the delicious food, we were very happy and satisfied with what we paid. The place was very quiet. The pool with hot water was enjoyed at 100. The house is very comfortable, the beds are very clean, all 100. Real, there is not a single complaint, the only thing I can tell you is that they are encouraged to go, they will be excellent and my advice of the day is, hire the person who cooks, it is the best.

The house is quite good, better than the presentation in the photos. Clean, presentable and good decor. The bad thing is that all the time you are filmed through the cameras and the workers watch all your movements without being able to feel comfortable. We were almost required to hire the cook for the family number we were going, which was not favorable since we had to adjust to their time and were not expected to our instructions. We were charged an extra fee for having invited two relatives who live in Cuernavaca, but the table limited it to the number of people we were going, if they charge extra fee they should have the extra places provided. They asked us to take care of the water for a lack of it in Morelos, we didn't bathe for a day, they took water from the pool (which we accept) to have water in the services of the Baths. And then it turns out it was our decision not to have bathed (what we didn't do because we didn't want it). In short, we didn't enjoy the weekend, we felt guarded, attacked by the easement and quite high extra costs. Little empathy on the part of the owner. Not recommended.

Clarifying a few points from the above: 1.- In the post it is mentioned that we have security cameras, which they were knowledgeable from the beginning when renting the property. I'll send you a private screen shot of a conversation asking you to explain the house's safety issue for your peace of mind 2.-The personal, he was at your disposal by serving botana, in the garden and making the food at the barbecue, the young man was in contact with you as well as several times you sent it for shopping without being a service that includes the house. 3.-The observations are SUGGESTED that up to 8 people put staff in the kitchen for their comfort since the service staff was only for making beds and cleaning common areas, yet the bedroom staff is put as a support in the kitchen so that all the time is taken care of at mealtime and do not have to be lifted from the table. As in all places people have check-in and check-out times, which was also reported prior to hiring. The staff has a schedule from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm leaving dinner after that time so that you can be after the meal without staff so as not to feel pressured, same that never left on time every day (at 8:30 pm) They were not charged overtime as mentioned in the regulations. 4.- The water problem was not stopped at any time in Morelos state, filling the cistern and tinaccos for the use of bathrooms and kitchen, chlorinating and treating water with chemicals so that they could bathe without problem, a water pipe was paid for to fill what we had taken from the pool and what sobrous was thrown into the garden, jugs were bought to wet the dishes while still having treated the water for use, we have all the conversations to support it, they were in constant communication by message and by phone where they authorized it was made in that way. The house is WONDERFUL! It has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Everything is super clean, beautiful decor, very safe. Mrs. Ana and Mr. Claudio supported us in everything we need. The garden is in perfect condition, the lighting of the house is beautiful, the pool is always clean, they had enough pool towels and in the bathrooms, we decided to pay the cost of the boiler, which was a very accurate decision to enjoy the pool to the fullest. We were able to make our barbecue and charcoal burgers in the barbecue. All in all, we HIGHLY recommend the place and our super host. Thank you very much for everything! We had AN EXCELLENT time!

We had an excellent stay at Casa Guayabos. The service was luxurious. The house is spotless. Family spaces that we enjoyed a lot. The pool was great. Ideal for families. I recommend hiring the cook! You just have to consider that, as the description says, the house does not have A/C, although the rooms downstairs are very cool and there are fans. And on the last day we had problems with the water given the state situation. (That I was unaware ) We hope to return!!

The house is very nice, a very well-equipped kitchen, modern decor. The rooms do not have AC, only a few fans that make a lot of noise and it is very annoying to sleep with them, the rooms are very hot. The cleaning person was very helpful and had a good attitude. The only thing that's a little complex is that you have to notify the host by cell phone every time you want to use the hot tub and everything is remote. In our stay we had some topics that, although they were resolved ( Plomero, locksmith ) the attitude of the owner did us was not the best. On the last day the water was finished and instead of being given a solution the host was bothered .. another important point is that due to contingency issues you should leave a day off to do cleaning . In our case, we had to leave without water at 12:00 and the new rent arrived at 2:00 pm. I find it somewhat irresponsible.

Clarifying a few points from the above: 1.- In the publication it is mentioned we do not have air conditioning, so I imagine they would have knowledge from the beginning when washing the property. The fans are new so they generate the normal noise. 2.- We call a lot that you indicate there was little communication when there was excess of it every day. Also that they mentioned that the problems that arose were not resolved when in observations they say they were resolved. It was not stopped at any time, we have all the conversations to back it up, it was in constant communication by message and by phone 3.- He was always friendly, courteous and polite, but the guest side did not receive the same treatment for both the staff and the owner. 4.- Any problem that existed was resolved, even though it was caused by the same guest, without any charge for the damages: * report cooler decomposed, the same technician mentioned no problem and was made to go in vain, so she had to take advantage of it to do service, when it was just done. * Plumber- 4 Bathrooms covered by excess paper in one day * Locksmith- they broke keys bathrooms and kitchen, they decomposed two-room sheets, they were not told anything before this report and only the service was sent. (The house has a year of use and is newly remodeled and all the plumbing is new) 5.- Solution was given to the water with the hiring of a pipe, which they did not let through. 6.- As for the contingency and cleaning issue of the house when guests leave, 6 people enter for the cleaning of the house, in addition to using thermonebulization for sanitization already after cleaning it. Just as they received the house, it is delivered to the next client. Since before the contingency we have the highest rating on this issue and we are extremely committed to it, it is always the applause of our clients in case you want to check the history and I see that it is not the exception because for their part we were rated with the maximum star. On the other hand, I make the following observations of the rent: 1.- They were allowed one more person for being a child at no cost telling me you would bring a crib. It was not as agreed from the beginning because a person slept every night in the TV room. 2.- They were informed the service person was only for making beds and cleaning common areas. It did not include the cleaning of the dishes, diary he was left the dishes for him to do them. Even so with the water problem, there was no problem doing it to help and resolve what was happening. 3- The food that I carry the service staff so as not to generate discomfort, the guests ate it. 4.- They took the coffee bag from the house, leaving some drained in drawers and tablecloths. Beautiful house!!! Extremely clean and the host was very helpful with all the questions we had!! We were happy!! The pool was spectacular! It gets the sun all day long. We enjoyed sunbathing!
