We had a great Holiday at Carole`s place. Lovely space and surroundings. Co hosts Mariana & Viviana were very helpful and staff (Ana) was also really nice and cooked deliciously .

Great time in Punta Mita!

The stay was much better than we expected. It was a pleasant surprise. It has all the amenities and everything you need to have a pleasant vacation. The daily cleaning they offer is a plus and is appreciated. Mariana was always attentive to communication. It is a quiet area, very safe. If you want to travel as a family, this is a very good option.

This is the perfect place to stay inside the gates! It is beautiful and super spacious, as pictured and described, and Mariana and Ana made it beyond comfortable and a truly wonderful experience! Mariana took care of all the planning, our restaurants, massages, etc., so that we were having an incredible experience... and Ana took care of us with her amazing cooking, her smile (which brightened the beginning of every day!), and making sure we always came home to the tidiest home! I can't recommend it enough and cannot wait to go back! There is simply no better place in the world to be than inside the gates. The beach clubs, the restaurants... EVERYTHING IS HEAVEN ON EARTH! And the people that work there will remind you there are people that KNOW how to provide service excellence!

Mariana was extremely helpful in providing great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and making reservations for us. The welcome margaritas, chips, salsa, & guac were delicious! Ana was so great in helping with cooking and cleaning.

I had a wonderful stay! The location within the gates of Punta Mita was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The residence was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The property manager was very responsive and easy to communicate with, and the kitchen was well-equipped for anything we needed. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Punta Mita.

Thank you to Mariana and Ana for all the support. We felt at home and enjoyed the beach clubs and the restaurants at the little town. Definitely, punta Mita will be our new to go place for holidays.

We had a wonderful stay at Carole’s place. El Canto is a beautiful community within the gates. Our host, Mariana, was exceptional. We will return and highly recommend.

Beautiful home in punta mita. Very nicely laid out to accommodate 9 guests. Fun game room for kids. Concierge, Mariana, extremely kind and helpful. Ana comes to clean each day. A true vacation spot. I highly recommend the home. And of course the access to beach clubs is delightful. Very safe and beautiful place to stay.

Incredible place to stay, highly recommend!

Love Punta Mita and the unit inside El Encanto was perfect. Marianna, the concierge, was very friendly, proactive, attentive and professional. The unit is super spacious, well appointed, comfortable and is perfect for a family or a group. Access to the beach clubs, especially St Regis, makes it even that much better. I’ve stayed at many condos inside the gate and this unit was my favorite.

Great value for the price- feels luxury and Mariana was so helpful and extremely responsive to help with all our needs! So kind and thoughtful. Third time in PM and this is an awesome location, super close to Sufi beach club and the golf club. Can’t wait to be back!

Villa is even nicer than the pictures and the location is complete luxury. Beach clubs are incredible and make for a really incredible vacation. If you’re looking for isolated luxury, this is the spot for you.

The house is in a beautiful area, it is very spacious, comfortable, for families, it is very well equipped, the beds and pillows are first class for an excellent rest, It has a nice decoration. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here again. The condo was clean and has been well maintained. Everyone was friendly and we felt very safe. There are numerous amenities and the condo was a short distance to all the clubs. Mariana, our concierge, was very responsive when we had trouble with our golf cart. I highly recommend staying here.

Pros: Home looked just as listed. The security there was top notch. Several checkpoints. Definitely recommend the golf cart rental you will need it to really enjoy all that is offered there. All the Beach clubs were unique. Really enjoyed Surf and Kupuri the most, beautiful views. Marianna was a fantastic host. Cons: the House needs some maintenance repairs, the window in the master restroom does not lock in place so you get the hot air entering and it is a constant battle to keep the master bedroom cold. The kitchen sink faucet handle is broken and kept coming off. It was a great experience for our family really recommend this place and the community. Golf Courses were beautiful We will return soon!

Carole’s place was absolutely fantastic. Mariana was very proactive in communicating with us to make sure our stay was as smooth and hassle free as possible. Would gladly stay here again.

Excellent host. She was a huge help especially since we had no knowledge of the area. She is one of the reasons we will rebook at that location.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and ideal for relaxing. Mariana and Carmen's service was excellent. You have access to all the resort's beach clubs, which have spectacular views.

Great place, close to the beach and easy access to punta mita beach clubs.
