I added the pool heater service, and for August, the water was always pleasant, even at night. José was always very attentive upon arrival and to any messages. In fact, at night the air conditioners had been turned off and, despite it being midnight, he responded and helped with the problem.

The house is super nice. It was a little difficult for us to get in, but Pepe is a great host, super helpful and friendly, so he took care of it very quickly. Everything is very clean and tidy. The pool water doesn't get very warm, even when you hire the extra service, but if the weather is good, there's no problem because the temperature isn't bad. The house was impeccable and had clear rules about the place. We could not use the pool 100% since our check-in was very rushed, but the host was always available and gave us options in his reading area since it is super versatile.

And it has a very useful grill if you decide to light the charcoal, as well as a pool bar that allows you to drink your favorite cocktails without leaving the pool. The best place we've ever stayed. In addition to the fact that the property is very well distributed, and that it complies with all the descriptions, the host's service is of another level. He greeted us with a welcome basket, another day he sent us ice cream for the children and he was always willing to make our stay perfect. We rented the pool heater and it was perfect, they gave us an extra day as a courtesy and the kids enjoyed it until the last minute. We also used the grill with complimentary firewood that he left us and everything worked great. The games look cared for and almost new. It has a washing machine which must be very good when you go for more days, in our case we did not use it. The location is very quiet, we went with a one-and-a-half year old baby and had a great time. 100 out of 100!

We really enjoyed this accommodation, it is an ideal place for family and quiet weekends, the house has all the amenities and we found it very nice. José was always attentive, he sent me all the instructions for a completely independent arrival, we were able to enter our vehicles into the property, the pool was very clean and heated (with extra cost). We had two blackouts, but the host had planned for that setback and we were able to change the fuses, the service was very good at all times. The only constructive comment I would have is that it might be nice to have blinds on the windows to keep the sun out of the house after 4 pm :)) but everything else was pretty good, the house is in very good condition, they left us a welcome gift and we loved it, we hope to return ☀️🫶🏻
