We felt very comfortable. The house is very clean and modern, with plenty of space, a large kitchen, a large living room and four bedrooms. The maids were super nice and helpful, and always responded very quickly to our inquiries. By golf cart, you can reach the beach in five minutes. The area is quiet; you should have a car. It was really great!

We liked the villa very much! The place is just like the photos, very clean and very comfortable. With excellent views to enjoy the sunsets over the ocean. During our stay, we did not have access to the pool (we were notified in advance), and we had to go all the way to the beach club on several occasions because we only had one cart. Other than that, honestly, everything was 10/10, and I'm giving it my 5 stars.

1. The listing (photos, marketing copy), reviews from past guests, and host communication prior to our stay directly referenced access to Blue Cortez beach club. This access was denied upon arrival and host did not take accountability for lack of access due due to a recent resort policy change (which was NOT communicated prior). Instead, the Host claimed they never promised access, which was 100% untrue and we had able documentation to prove this. The Blue Cortez beach club is the #1 reason we booked this home; we would have cancelled knowing this info. 2. The AC in master bedroom did not work for 3 days of our stay. Host tried to repair, but failed..3. Two of the bedrooms lacked hot water for 2 days. Host was able to repair this, which we appreciated. I would not book here again given the maintenance issues, and the lack of access to the Blue Cortez beach club amenity. The other Puerto club is far inferior, small, no grass, no playground, little shade.

We appreciate the opportunity to address your comments. As you know, the Blue Cortes facility you mention was never advertised in the Airbnb listing and could have never been a factor influencing the guest's purchase, which took place in August 2025, many months before the guest discovered the existence of this private beach club outside our property and managed by an external entity. The guest had access to quality recreational options such as the Puerto Cortes Beach Club and also access to the facilities and pool of the nearby Hotel Indigo. The guests enjoyed both facilities without any issues. Examples of amenities enjoyed by the guest are: swimming pools, Jacuzzi, beach area with chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas, golf cart parking, tennis court, bar, gym, more than one restaurant, etc Any and all of the guest's complaints were addressed promptly and appropriately. Our on-site representative intervened personally and successfully in all cases. For example: the guest was offered (as a gesture of goodwill) in-kind compensation, which she accepted. Sadly this guest did break the HOA rules by taking a neighbor's golf cart without permission. We are forced to deal with potential consequences due to this. We respect our guests' opinions but we feel in this case they are presented in a disproportionate fashion. Nonetheless we are thankful for the opportunity to host you and will continue to strive towards continuous improvement and to learn from the experience.

Overall good, we just couldn't use the jacuzzi the first two days because the water didn't heat up and one day it rained and water got into the upstairs bedroom, the glass isn't sealed well. There is also noise from the air conditioning in the bedroom on the floor

An excellent place to rest, walk, the villa is very nice with many amenities and just like the photos. Lupita was super nice, helpful and attentive and every day we had a very good cleaning. We would definitely stay there again.

Puerta Cortes is a great option for a family Lupita's service and warmth were excellent The only downside is the lack of flexibility with the check-out time; in addition to being very early.

The house is very nice and in the best area of La Paz in my opinion, in terms of tranquility, amenities and private beach. Very nice private beach and access to the amenities of the private development and the hotel, which are excellent. The only problem was the cleanliness of the house, mainly the bathrooms and the armchair in the living room, which is VERY dirty. The jacuzzi on the terrace was very dirty, it couldn't be used. The host was very helpful and kind.

We absolutely loved Villa 7. It was a group of 10 of us and we had more than enough space. The beach club is beautiful and the food is very good. The beach surrounding it is very shallow and warm. We had great housekeeping service from Lupita. She cleaned the space and was very responsive to any of our request and knowledgeable about the area. Overall, we would visit again.

Villa 7 is spectacular, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, the perfect space for 9 people. Lupita was super helpful, friendly and super attentive to making sure everything was fine. Highly recommended, an incredible place with incredible views.

We had a fantastic time at Villa 7. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. The Puerta Cortes resort complex has several choices of restaurants and other businesses (mini mart, coffee shop, etc) which are all along the marina and easily accessible by foot or golf cart. We loved the beach club access as well. In all, we felt safe, comfortable and entertained! We would certainly return!

I only have great things to say about our stay. Not only is the place a true gem worth visiting, but when traveling far away from home, and with kids, having an all the comfort in one place is essential for a true vacation. Further more, the communication and attention from our host, concierge also added an immense sense of security and comfort. We loved La Paz and all of the magical wild landscape it offers. I don’t think we could have done this staying somewhere else! Highly recommend for all sorts of trips, including those with small kids.

This house was beautiful. It is located outside of the city center but not too far. It's located in a beautiful resort that had great amenities. The house was just as described. The rooms were big and spacious enough for our group to have privacy when needed. Would definitely recommend this house for a group of friends or a family getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The location was absolutely stunning, with expansive views of the ocean that made every morning feel like a dream. We were two families of four, and the villa was incredibly spacious, well cared for, and spotlessly clean. The bedrooms were large, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with the master bedroom featuring a unique and refreshing outdoor shower. The villa came with wonderful amenities, including access to both a pool and a beach club, which also had a pool and a fantastic café. The property is perfectly situated on the beach, right next to a marina that offers excellent restaurants, a café ideal for morning coffee and pastries, and a charming boutique. Everything was easily accessible using the provided golf cart, which made getting around a breeze. I’ve stayed in La Paz at several locations including several spots in the Costa Baja Marina area. This villa worked perfect for our group, and at first I was a little unsure because it was a little bit of a walk to the beach club, but with the golf cart that was provided, it was super quick and convenient, and we found that walking actually became one of our favorite things to do to get a little exercise in between the amazing meals. Our host Kip provided a daily cleaner. That made the feel of the experience even better. The unit is in immaculate condition and so clean. At one point, I had reached out about an issue and they responded immediately and I really felt like they are professional hosts and care about their guests experience. Overall, this was a beautiful Location and Tripp we won’t forget. Huge thanks to Kip and his team for hosting us and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!

The villa is amazing and beautiful! It was perfect for our family as it has all of the amenities, and close to everything in la Paz. The villa was clean and comfortable and we had daily cleaning service. I like that we had access to the beach clubs at puerta cortes. And the 4 passenger golf cart helped to get around. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. The views are great. This is a very safe and exclusive area to stay in and I would definitely book this villa again!

La Paz is a place show! We have rented many houses and is by far the best of all door cuts. The house is big, the beds super comfortable and we find it spotless. It's great for large groups It has access to the beach club door cuts and a golf cart to move around the property. Thierry our host helped us with everything we needed and was always so nice to us. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay here surpassed our expectation. The villa is beautiful, spacious, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds, linens and furniture were all of high quality, nice and comfortable. We had ocean views, a walkable path to the marina, and access to a golf cart. The host and staff were very attentive and communicative, and they arranged to have the home cleaned every day. After long beach days at the islands, we felt right at home when returning in the evenings.
