Really lovely place to stay , this is my second time staying here and I always have a good time. Nice and big rooms with cold rooms. One of the rooms can use a ac unit tho as it only has a fan. Other than that place is nice and spacious. The lock on the front gate can use maybe some reprogramming or something as I did have to put the codes several times for it to open. The kitchen has everything you need to cook it just prepare a fast meal. Love the fact that the master has a microwave and mini fridge and own sink , really thoughtful touch. The hot water in the kitchen sink is really really hot tho so just be carful when turning on the sink a certain way in the as it was burning all our palms. Plenty of water was available for us to shower and to we had multiple family at the house and also came with plenty of water gallons and it down filter system, really nice. I would deff recommend this house and will be coming again in the near future.

This place was incredible. The pictures don’t do justice. It was beautiful inside and out. Private beach and not too far from town. Everything was easily accessible. Definitely would stay here again! We had a blast!

An amazing homes and an amazing host! We will definitely be booking with him again next time we go down to Rocky Point. Such beautiful sunsets and it was so awesome watching the tide go out. Walking through the small little tide pools was such a cool experience! If you enjoy a peaceful experience close to the Malecon then this is the place you need to rent.

The house was amazing. Very clean, fresh soft linens and right in the beach. Plenty of amenities from beach accessories to kitchenware. Would definitely stay again.

This home was beyond what words can explain. Chuck made sure we were accommodated in every way possible. The scene from the house to the beach was amazing and have us an overall spectacular experience. DEFINITELY coming back !

There are not enough stars to rate this home! We absolutely loved waking up to the sound of the ocean with a cup of coffee. We were also impressed with all the accommodations. This is not our first time staying at one of Chuck’s places, and he is truly an excellent host. Communication was great, he allowed us to check in early, and the house smelled amazing from how clean it was. There is so much more to say, but we would never finish. I 100% recommend this home!

Amazing stay for a few nights - felt like we were totally alone in the area and loved the relaxing accommodations. Highly recommend, especially if you have furry friends!

We had a great time at Casa de La Playa Barry Happy. Had everything we wanted, particularly beach access. We had a nice fire outside in the pit. The kitchen was very functional. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our dog felt at home. Nice location in Las Conchas. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to those who are looking.

Wonderful spot for our family vacation!

We had a great stay! Loved being so close to the beach. Close to the Malecón . Place was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Host was quick to respond. Only thing missing was beach chairs and beach towels. We would definitely stay again!!

My family and I had an amazing time at this home. The views of the ocean were absolutely incredible and there was plenty of space for the 9 of us. The kitchen was well stocked as well. The stairs for the direct beach access was steep so unfortunately my grandmother was not able to make it down to the water but the palapa at the half way point made up for it! We would absolutely stay again!

This place was exactly what we needed for a week in Rocky Point. Kids, adults, and dogs enjoyed our time. The home is comfortable, clean, and very well appointed. The beach is beautiful and expansive. We will stay in this home again!

Beautiful place with just about everything a family needs to vacation! It was clean, everything worked, tiny details made it feel like home, and the beach location is amazing. No rocks, gentle tides, semi-private stairs adjacent to the patio, and seating in all the right places. I could watch my kids from the patio as they enjoyed the water and only saw one vendor walking the beach. (This location is quite a distance from vendor parking) Dog friendly, except the yard is filled with unicorn horn sea shells, so there really isn’t a place to run and it can be tricky with feets. Still plenty of room to hang out and walk on the beach. Only small bummer was the internet works in common areas and the E side master. The W side master bathroom has no internet (lol), neither did the far E bedroom, and none outside. Not the end of the world, it’s a beautiful home, great quiet location, full of amenities and ample room for guests and pets!

This was such a beautiful home! It felt like paradise. It had every amenity you could want. The dryer was broken but I didn’t let them know and she said no one had told them and that they would fix it. We just wound up letting our clothes lair dry so was not a problem. Chuck is an amazing host and very responsive. We felt very safe here. Everyone was so friendly. We also used the tent and chairs set up on the beach which was a nice addition. The home was very clean and the bedding smelled fresh. We highly recommend this beautiful home. Thank you

"Barry happy", is selling this property short. I took my family of 8 people,2 dogs, and we still had room to get lost in this house. We spent a week there and the only problem we had was sunburn. Security was amazing, no one was on that beach they didn't know about and they even drove their atvs around the kids sandcastles at night.!The shells signed by all the families brought a tear when leaving. this is a VERY special rental we will have in our hearts forever.

Our stay at the home was wonderful! Chuck was very responsive and everything was an easy check in and check out. Only thing was that it could have been a bit cleaner in some areas but overall we had a wonderful stay!

Chucks place was a beautiful place to get away and enjoy some family time. The beach was wonderful in front of the house and a there is some sand in the yard away from everyone else for some private time. We had an amazing time here.

This was our second stay at the beautiful beach home. The house is big enough for our whole family and very clean! The beach is so close and never crowded! We love going to Rocky Pointe and hope to always be able to stay in this home each time.

This is our second time staying here and I’m was very satisfied with our stay. Chuck is very responsive and makes sure we get what we need. We just take groceries and not worry about taking things to cook on like pans or pots. Last stay, we grilled but this time when we arrived the grill was missing. I called the office and we got one the following day. The only thing was missing, was a propane tank. We had to request one and got it on time. The location is very convenient for us because we take our grandkids and we feel they are safe in the home. The beach is beautiful and is a short walk away. Will definitely stay here again!

Big and beautiful home with a great view.

Loved this place so much. Only issue was poor lighting in main room at night, and lots of fluorescent lighting which takes away from the ambience. Would have loved more towels. THAT SAID everyyyyything else was magnificent. Such a great space and lovely for a big group

What to expect at Casa Zillori is beyond comfort and relaxation. This beachfront property is very well equipped. It’s a beautiful kept home with a beautiful view of the water.

We couldn't get the tv's to work. Or the stereo. Other than that great spot.

We have a great time in this house.

This house made the whole feeling of puerto Peñasco come together. The amount of rooms available and the amount of friends and family that joined us still left us feeling like we had extra room. The price was perfect and I cannot wait to go back. Thank you.

Great place close to the beach

The house was very beautiful, spacious, and so close to the beach! The only thing I would warn anyone planning to ride ATVs about is that you aren’t allowed to ride ATVs or any type of vehicle on the beach, we were unaware.

this place was great very close to the beach walking distance, very clean spacious house. it was 10 of us and we fit perfect and just the fact that it had 5 restrooms was perfect hope to rent this home again soon.

Great view

WOW, we were all pleasantly surprised. I had booked a large group for my birthday with 11 adults and the house fit us all perfectly. There is a sink in every room for extra privacy and the location was perfect, you cannot beat the location and the VIEW. I’m from Florida so west coast beaches don’t really do it for me but WOW the water was crystal clear and calm and just beautiful. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place the location and the staff.

House was beautiful and clean. It was so close to the beach. The kids where able to play in the water. We had a slight WiFi issue and they sent there guy right over and fixed the issue quick. I would definitely stay here again. Well worth it.

Really great AirBnb with amazing views. Family & I had the best relaxed weekend away. Only thing I will say is that I didn’t realize the AirBnb was part of a rental agency so I had to stop by their office to receive keys & directions to the house. It’s easy to find with the map they give you during the day (no actual direction, just a map as a guide), but if you arrive late at night like we did you might have some trouble. Other than that, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful & nice.

Very beautiful! Beach was only a minute walk. Upstairs was amazing, a great space to watch the sunset. Great decoration and a lots of space.

We are just amazed with this home and our stay!! Everything was absolutely amazing, there is soooo much space and the best part is the beds here are actually comfortable!!! AMAZING views of the ocean throughout the home!! The garage is spacious and available for use. The floor plan is perfect for large families. All of the amenities you will need are here, we were able to cook multiple dishes thanks to the variety of pots, pans, baking dishes, spatulas, cutting boards, you name it- it’s there for you to use!! We will definitely be back to stay here in the near future.

The home is 100% accurate from the photos and everything b that Chuck said. It was easy to check in, lock up, and the warm water was amazing. 10/10.

The house has an amazing location and view of the ocean. You can see the ocean from the living room. The house is big and has a great lay out. I loved all the restrooms it has since we are a big family it makes it more convenient to get ready for our day. It also has a garage which can be a big bonus!

Great location! I loved being able to see the beach out the window and know what the tide was like before walking down. And the ceilings are so gorgeous!
