Our stay was just wonderful. ❤️ The house is beautiful, impeccably clean and very tidy; everything is designed for enjoying the place and resting. The pool and swimming pool were a delightful temperature and the jacuzzi was super warm. It was one of our favorite spaces! The location is also excellent: it is very close to downtown Malinalco and to stores where you can do the necessary shopping without any hassle. In addition, we had the support of a lovely girl, super helpful and friendly, who even helped us prepare breakfast. Their attention made our stay even more special. We really felt at home, very comfortable and welcomed the entire time. It was definitely an experience that we enjoyed very much and that we highly recommend. We hope to return soon! ✨🏡❤️

Great place and perfect for a weekend get away

It is a very nice house, with nice details and a very good space. The children really enjoyed the pool, the lake, the campfire, and seeing the rabbits and chickens. Ricardo is always very attentive. We had a great time.

He answered our questions and resolved issues we had before check-in with a lot of patience, support, and cordiality. Each of his responses was extremely quick. The people who looked after us were super attentive. They prepared delicious food for us, which helped us relax even more. We highly recommend staying with them, as we would definitely come back!

Ivo, the host, was always super attentive. Ricardo cooked the menu exactly as we requested every day, delicious and on time. He helped us with everything we needed and they were always looking out for us!! Highly recommended.

a very quiet place to go, enjoy and rest The two people who were there on staff, specifically two ladies who help you with cleaning and part of the kitchen activities, like preparing what you ask for, are incredible and very attentive.

The time we spent was very pleasant and very good for relaxing. The place was always clean and with all the amenities to get there.

The house is very nice, with attention to detail and decoration, and a beautiful view of the lake. It has an excellent room for seniors without the need to go up and down stairs. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice. There are good options for teenagers to entertain themselves with board games, a basketball hoop, and ping pong. You can also hire someone for skiing, jet skis, and kayaks going down to the lake via some stairs (about 120 steps).

Everything's very good, excellent place

The house is very nice, comfortable and with many decorative details. The pool is clean and has a good temperature. The sheets and pillows are of good quality. The furniture is in very good condition. What we did notice is that there is a lack of ventilation in the rooms. There is a lot of moisture and there is a bedroom where a lot of light comes in and you can't sleep well. It would also be good to put air conditioning in the rooms if they get very hot at night. Another detail is that there are only 2 wine glasses. Marisol's help was very good, with a very service-oriented and friendly attitude Overall it was a good experience and we would like to return!

The property is truly beautiful — the lawn, trees and garden, pool, and indoor/outdoor living. The onsite cook was very helpful and made it easier for us to relax and enjoy time with friends. Everything was perfect except for the lack of wifi for our entire stay. Because the area is a little remote, we also could barely connect to data. It was nice to unplug, but made it a little difficult to coordinate some logistics.

The house is lovely and the service provided by the staff is excellent. The property is beautiful. The temperature of the pool and hot tub is perfect. We'll definitely be back to this property.

The house was just like in the pictures, everything was clean and the caretakers were super responsible and helpful. The pool, hot tub, and ping pong table are all you need to spend a cozy retreat, they were clean and everything was working as expected. We brought all we needed for our meals which was a good choice because there is really nothing within walking distance, but we may try their meal service in the future since their kitchen was well supplied with spices so I’m sure their food will be delicious. Temperature was over 40 degrees so we stayed in the pool to keep cool and we absolutely loved the hammock over the pool, great idea, you can suntan without getting heat stroke :). Thanks for a great stay!!

The house is spectacular. A common area (living room, dining room, kitchen) with a huge terrace overlooking the lake, a very large and well-equipped pool and jacuzzi area, and several very clean and comfortable bedrooms. Two of them have another terrace overlooking the lake, one of them is very comfortable for older adults, and there is a more isolated bungalow but very convenient for those who want some privacy. The house works perfectly. Hot water, Wi-Fi, kitchen, air conditioning, etc. And, as if that weren't enough, many beautiful decorative details. Going down about 150 steps you can reach the lake, right next to the Villa Béjar hotel. We rent kayaks there, but you can also rent boats and jet skis. A very pleasant surprise was the cleaning and cooking service. Getze and Ricardo are incredibly friendly and helpful, as well as excellent cooks. A deep thank you to them. Definitely a place to go back.

We stayed at Sofia's house and the experience was very good. The accommodation is as described: comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The terrace is a great plus, with an audio system, TV, dining room and space to rest. The area is quiet and the shops are about a 15-minute drive, which worked out perfectly for us. Excellent place to stay in Malinalco in the middle of the mountains and a beautiful sky. It is retired from the center so to go out for a tour you should preferably do it by car, but the location is well worth the location for the privacy, tranquility of the fractionation and nice view. Marisol and Pilar were exceptional, their attention very friendly, super collaborating with everything, and available to give solution or answer any questions. Very nice people also. We loved the house, beautiful, with very special details, comfortable and with good amenities. We really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at the house! The living area is beautiful and comfortable, with plenty of shaded outdoor space. The pool was clean and warm, the kids had a blast. The garden features beautiful flowers and trees, creating a nice and relaxing atmosphere. The bedrooms are simple but efficient, and the fans were helpful in keeping the rooms cool at night. The staff were very kind, discreet, and helpful.
