We accept that it was a mistake on our part not to read that the place did not have parking (which is unusual because the other apartments do have parking). We were visually misled by the photos provided, which can unintentionally be confusing when they show spaces with cars. It is worth clarifying that at no time did we ask for a refund, as we accepted our responsibility. However, the solution they offered us—paying an additional 7,000 colones for a parking space on the condition that we constantly move the car if another guest needed to enter or exit—didn't work for us, so we decided to leave immediately and look for another place on our own. At no time did we use the apartment. What disappointed us most was the lack of customer service: when we let them know that we were leaving the keys in the same place where we found them, we received no further response.
