Aceptamos que fue un error de nuestra parte no leer que el lugar no contaba con parqueo (lo cual es inusual porque los otros apartamentos si cuentan con uno) nos confundimos visualmente con las fotos que facilitan y pueden confundir sin intención donde se muestran espacios con autos. Vale aclarar que en ningún momento pedimos un reembolso, ya que asumimos nuestra responsabilidad. Sin embargo, la solución que nos dieron de pagar 7,000 colones adicionales por un espacio de parqueo con la condición de mover el auto constantemente si otro huésped necesitaba entrar o salir no nos funcionó, por lo que decidimos retirarnos inmediatamente y buscar otro lugar por nuestra cuenta. En ningún momento hicimos uso del apartamento. Lo que más nos decepcionó fue la falta de servicio al cliente: ya que al avisar que dejábamos las llaves en el mismo lugar donde las encontramos no tuvimos ningún tipo de respuesta posterior.
