We were pleased with our stay. The location is great, you can walk to everything in Santa Teresa. Due to its proximity to the main road, you can easily reach the accommodation (4x4 not necessary). The proximity to the beach is also great. We were on the first floor and heard the guests above us a few times. On the terrace we noticed a somewhat unpleasant smell, but that is probably due to the proximity to the main road and the sewer. Overall, the atmosphere was very relaxed and the accommodation was great if you want to go surfing.

Good location! Santa Teresa is where we saw the most cockroaches (including one in our accommodation) but it has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the AirB&B itself! We enjoyed the pool a lot as the waves of the sea in Santa Teresa are very powerful - swimming there is less interesting, unless you're surfing! We liked the Banana Beach Bar!
